You're improving well but you should really think of adding some more variation of colours to your work. Just looking at your last update all of the sigs you posted are very monotone, all just one dominant colour with different shades to define parts. Try to mix in some complimentary colours [LINK] so that things don't look so plain. Even just simple things like keeping skin skin coloured and not red or blue can help a lot. It keeps the realism intact. If you want to reflect the coloured light source on the skin then do it gently and lightly, maybe even just sticking to the edges of the skin.

Alright, thanks for the tips I think one problem why I might not be putting in enough color into the sigs, is because I've been practicing with stocks a little more than renders. For an example, the avenged sevenfold one I made above, his skin color was similar to that in the original picture due to lights at the concert. I'm having a hard time trying to find good stocks or renders that flow.
