This is the latest collaboration between me and beam. Our good friend jondeere helped alot with this one. Once again my part consisted of painting the piece and adding some smoke in the bg. Beam kicked it up a notch with the effects and he arranged the image. Jon did the masterful lighting and the text. All in all, I think we have some of the best collabo's going right now.
to both of them.
This is the 3rd collabo between beam and I. He picked the render and did the beautiful effects. The text is his and I'm proud to see him wearing it now. Tried a more subtle approach with the bg, trying to recreate just the memory of Aerith. All in all, this is my favorite piece we've done.
This is the 2nd in a series of sweet collabos between me and beam. I was real happy with how it turned out, and I'm proud to see jondeere wearing it right now. To be honest I just chose the image and painted it, beam made the mofo pop. Thanks for everything man
This is one of my all time faves. I love Stephen King, and when beam requested it I was a noob in GIMP and just became a Guru
He must have worn this thing for months on end. I was really big into having an image in the bg at the time. But I was only like 2 weeks into GIMP.
This was beam's and my first collabo. In this one beam had majority of the work done, I just put some text onto it. Me and him have always appreciated the darker sigs, both in theme and colors. Seriously, beam's the shit.
What can I say about Kingway and his requests. I should have a whole section just for him. This is my favorite piece that I've done for him. I had just learned how to paint a sig. This piece started out with a black and white render, and i just went nuts with it. Plus you got to love the guy, he wears my shit forever.
This was the first sig I made Kingway, and he wore it forever. It's rather big, but the render was too sweet to pass up. I was learning how to mess with blends and borders. I think I used everything I could on this sig. Had so much fun working on it.
I did all these cards for Kingway's checklist. Almost all of them are variations on Spawn or his enemies. I really liked how they turned out. And he was so patient. I wanted to come up with something unique for him. Please go check it out....
I entered the first Sig Warfare with beam as my partner. We didn't win, but I thought our entries were beast. Anything I do that is related to FF7 can find a home in Omni's checklist. I love working with FF7 renders, they bring out the best in me.
Yet another Final Fantasy 7 sig. This was an entry into a SotM on a different site. Sadly, nobody was feeling a romantic sig.
It too has a loving home in Omni's house.
This was the only sig that Omni actually requested from. It leans more towards my darker themes. Something I don't do with most of my FF work. I was really big into abstract backgrounds, I just kept throwing stuff on there. I was a noob.
She is the reason why I take real pride in my avatars. She's been a faithful customer and a true joy to work for. Whenever i can I make 3 or 4 versions so that she may have a bunch to cycle through. And she's always grateful and thankful.
This is where I'll be putting all the work done by my son. He's been watching and critiquing me since I first began. This summer he wanted to try his hand at GIMP. I'm proud as hell of him, he shows great promise.
Here are some sigs and avies that I've made recently. I'll be rotating new ones in and out as I get them done. I f I can manage to place higher than 2nd in some battles I'll make note of them.
Sig of the Week 9 Winner
Sig Warfare Winner
Sig Battle 65 Winner
Sig of the Week 8 Winner
This is a showcase for all intents and purposes. But that doesn't mean I'll turn down requests.
