Assassin’s Creed 3 - Weapon Details

It looks like Ubisoft has released some information about the weapons in Assassins Creed 3. Connor will be equipped with the assassins hidden blade. Although this time the blade won't be attached to his arm, he will be able to detach it and use it like a dagger. The second weapon will be a pre-order only bonus from Gamestop. This weapon is called the Sawtooth Sword, a sword with a serrated edge.

Assassin's Creed 3 will release in stores on October 30, 2012.

it is said that the hidden blade can be USED as a hidden blade and a dagger. "The semi-detachable blade could then be used as a more typical hand-held weapon, and presumably as a skinning knife for hunting, before being returned to a more traditional orientation for use in assassinations" so connor stil has it under his arm like the traditional hidden blade. and then he can sort of detach it. and use it as a dagger.
