Damn stalkers. I had no idea these guys were in the game. So I got quite a scare the first time one of them shanked me from behind.

These guys ain't so scary, I was looting a chest when one ran up to me. Because I was looting the chest he fell backwards XD
Best part is you can stab them in the face once they're on the floor

i make sure i get the knife in first, keep an eye out for knife icons on your minimap!

Yeah the thing is I never saw the info box that mentioned them. Cause I got attacked right before the end of a mission so I just assumed it was part of the mission. And I didn't react quickly enough to press .

I think the Stalkers are the best addition to the game!

Also, you can hear them coming: you start to get the same "death whispers" that you hear in multiplayer when your killer is close. I like hunting them. If you scan the crowd with Eagle Vision, they show up as red.

And there are different types of Stalkers too, so far I've seen three different behaviors
* One rushes you to stab you even if you see him
* One will stand and point at you, and threaten you with his knife
* One stands still looking innocent

Though its really annoying when you are trying to sneak up on a cowardly den captain and they attack, making the den captain flee.

The stalkers are a cool addition to the game I think. They keep me on my toes.

However, what isn't cool is that they can attack you at any moment - even during story missions where you are trying to maintain secrecy. I've had missions desync on more than one occasion because I had to fend off a stalker.

I agree they are a good addition but they do get annoying at times. One of them tried to get me from behind as soon as I completed a mission for Sofia and walked outside the building, luckily I was ready for him this time.

I got stabbed once. And they are meant to be annoying haha
But I don't see them often, only 2 times so far. And I also haven't seen a single tax collector, stupid trophy ;(

I saw them all the time when I was playing. The best moment had to be when I was in the grand bazaar and the stalker spawned and I heard the music and at the point where the music changes for when he tries to gank you passed I stood there going, where is he? Turned out he was on top of the bazaar roof. Epic fail.

I agree the Stalkers are and awesome addition. They should be a bit tougher though. I like how your just walking around taking care of some side projects, "loo loo loo I got some apples, loo loo loo you got some too...", then "Oh my god whats on my back?!?!?!" LOL Keeps you on your toes.

I saw so many people trying to do this in MP, to avoid being killed unless someone had the pistol. They didn't seem to know that if you hang next to them, you get an Acrobatic Kill for taking them down. F*cking campers even in an assassin game... x.x

See, I never noticed death whispers or music changing or anything, and only once did I actually notice the Stalker symbol show up on my mini-map before he was on me. They always seemed to show up right after I finished looting a chest, or paying off a Herald. I'd just hit and shove their own knife through their throat, but it was kinda unnerving that they got the drop on me. Every. Single. Time. x.x
The only time I was actually stabbed was when I set my controller down without hitting first and walked out of my room to get something. Just as I walked back in, the Stalker was grabbing me, and I couldn't get to my controller fast enough. I hunted him down and took my vengeance with the business end of my hookblade.

Go to the bank near the Arsenal gates. Draw money from it, turn around then walk towards the gate. One spawns when you walk through and around the gate area.
