    I know that people do get banned for offensive emblems and hacking/cheating so yes, but I doubt Treyarch sees every report.

    Yeah, it does. It's not the most effective system and it might take a while some times, but I know for a fact some people have been suspended/banned due to being reported multiple times.

    This is true, if the person/'s only been reported once most likely the 3arc team will ignore it as view people that have been reported numerous times a day.
