The Official Platinum Difficulty Discussion Thread

This thread is first and foremost a discussion thread, but it also has a poll. Please do not vote in the poll until you have earned the platinum trophy for this game. That being said, we invite you to post below and discuss the difficult aspects of the game, even if you do not yet have the platinum trophy in your collection.

When you post, give more than just a number. Give reasons why you feel the game is easy or hard. What parts of the game are easy or hard? Were there collectibles? Were they a pain? Is there a required online component? How easy or hard is the online portion? What is the most frustrating part about the game?

Once you have obtained the platinum trophy, feel free to return to this thread and post your official vote. Say something to the effect of "I give this a 2 because there was only one tough spot and the collectibles were easy to find". At this point, you may also add your vote to the poll.

The poll is public, meaning everyone can see how you vote.

Obvious spamming will not be tolerated. Moderators will take action against obvious spammers as necessary*.

2 Easy Nothing hard about this game, only some trophies and collectibles are missable and does require almost 2 full playthroughs but other wise none of the trophies gave me any trouble at all.

I agree with this. However, if you're talking about the Trials of St. Lucia DLC, then the difficulty is much, much harder.

Easy.
To find all of the collectables WITHOUT a guide can be done but may take a little searching and if you miss one then it's a new game, but that's all that stops this from being very easy. Poetry in motion is easy, just spam cross...over and over and over zzzzz.

2 - Easy

Follow a guide for the collectible trophies. Otherwise, this is a pretty easy

I felt a little "ripped off" as this game is GoW with a different theme/story. Overlooking that, the story is a decent summary (with embellishments, of course) to the literature for which it was based upon. The graphics were crazy and compelling. Overall a fun and quick game to Platinum.

3 - Moderate I think the only trophy that gave me any problems in this was the combo. Other than that fairly easy

2 - Easy Other than finding all the Shades for The Damned Trophy, this game is fun and easy.

Easy- It can be platted in 12 hours and there is no difficulty trophy. The collectibles were also easy to find if you use a guide

Any platinum that requires 2 playthroughs, collectables, and missable requiring new playthrough is automatic HARD for me. However, since there is no difficulty trophies, I gave this easy.

I had to complete a third playthrough because I missed "The Guide" trophy.

Easy only difficult trophy is poetry in motion but even that isn't very hard

Easy: I would have voted too easy but it dropped down to easy purely because of the collectables. Other than that, a piece of cake especially as there were no difficulty trophies so you could set it to the easiest difficulty.
