Hello.. For the use every type of firearm on a zombie type trophies, do you have to use every weapon on one playthrough?

I'm not entirely sure but I believe it is better if you did do it in one playthrough anyway. Thats what I did when I was going for that trophy.

Sorry to revive this thread after 30+ days but, I just checked your trophy list for the game and you don't have the trophy in question.... so, I figured I could chime in...

You do not have to do this in the same playthrough. I finished the story solo and thought I had used every weapon; about mid-way through my 2nd playthrough, I picked up the Blast Frequency Gun and shot a group of zombies... Ding! Be careful though... you will want to start the story over with the same character in order for those to cross over. If you start a brand new game on a brand new save file, this will not work.

I can also confirm that yes you can do it like bmj14772 said make sure you use new game plus where all your stats carry over.
