This thread is first and foremost a discussion thread, but it also has a poll. Please do not vote in the poll until you have earned the platinum trophy for this game. That being said, we invite you to post below and discuss the difficult aspects of the game, even if you do not yet have the platinum trophy in your collection.
When you post, give more than just a number. Give reasons why you feel the game is easy or hard. What parts of the game are easy or hard? Were there collectibles? Were they a pain? Is there a required online component? How easy or hard is the online portion? What is the most frustrating part about the game?
Once you have obtained the platinum trophy, feel free to return to this thread and post your official vote. Say something to the effect of "I give this a 2 because there was only one tough spot and the collectibles were very easy to find". At this point, you may also add your vote to the poll.
The poll is public, meaning everyone can see how you vote.

3/5 - Moderate
Got plat today and the only hard part is the Vergil boss fight on Hell and Hell. Took me an hour or so. The other bosses are pretty easy. On DMD you can use all your items - and items are pretty cheap. On Hell and Hell you can use unlimited devil trigger and you always get 3 gold orbs (for free) when restarting checkpoints. That way you always have three lives and with unlimited devil trigger you are basically unstoppable.
Easist DmC I'd say. Secret missions are also a joke and all enemies in this game are really slow (except for Vergil). Most enemies can't even attack you if you are in the air and you can keep spamming the same moves over and over again without taking a scratch.

2/5 - Easy
I will give this an easy rating because I didn't find DMD hard at all. I didn't even die once. HAH is an easy run once you have beaten DMD because you will have access to the super dante/infinite devil trigger option. Vergil on HAH mode can be troublesome but if you know his movesets and know when to counter then it shouldn't be much a problem.
Just a tip for DMD mode. When dodging always hold thatbutton because the Demon Evade gives you a tremendous power surge and combine that with Arbiter's Trinity Smash and you can hurt enemies a lot with this move. The Arbiter weapon is a boss killer specially that Trinity Smash move and you can just use that until the boss dies. Combine that Trinity Smash with the Demon Evade power surge plus Devil Trigger and you can wipeout bosses easily. Also normal mobs. Oh yeah this can also make that stylish meter reach SSSensational easily
