    Wow!!

Perfect review. He stated all the games positives and only missed the negative of escort missions, IMHO. Will have to check out more of his reviews if they are all this good.

I have played this game for nearly 60+ hours and the problem mentioned in his review about no fast travel isn't relevant. You actually can purchase ferrystone's from a shop in Gran Soren and you get portcrystal's which can be deployed anywhere on the world map and transported to using a ferrystone. You can even pick up the portcrystal and move it to a new location. Also the voices of the pawns can be turned off completely by going into the options and moving the voice down to zero (if needed). You don't even need to travel with two extra pawn's. You could just travel with your main pawn only, reducing the amount of talking while exploring. Personally i don't find the talking by the pawns an issue.

Escort missions are optional and can be worked into other quests. For example if you need to go to the healing spring for a quest, take an escort mission to escort someone to the spring at the same time.

NG+ You can actually purchase as many portcrystals as you want from Mountebank in the Black Cat in Gran Soren . 200,000 gold but you prolly won't need it too much starting off again hehe.

Got them at every corner of the world.. including where I left my first one at down by the Encampment last game. It doens't move and get another from Bluemoon

What he says is true haha, Later in the game when you have a lot of coins just buy Ferrystones and Portcrystals. Place the Portcrystals in the 4 or 5 corners of the entire map and that solves your traveling issue i had to do this because i could not stomach anymore walking =/.

You have a point a point about the walking but i like exploring and i usually seek out every part of a location to find hidden treasure, resources and items. I have found many secret and hidden chests in locations that require the sorcerers levitation skill. I don't know if any of you have used the socrerer vocation on your arisen but i found that one skill alone to be very useful.

A strider's double jump OR grabbing a harpies legs can also help you reach some of those places. . Or using your ability as a fighter to springboard a pawn up and they can check out.. if they are smart enough to pick up the damned treasure >:F

That's an issue i have.. they'll make note of it.. open a chest and then stand there over it. If you walk away, they do to and leave it!?? WTF? Making me have to come get it myself. ):F. But I really love the walking and exploring, it has me more into the game, though I have every means to fast travel everywhere even in battle hehe.

If the world was as empty and void of killables like Skyrim then I'd have a problem with the walking, but with baddies around every corner, and different baddies all the time, it makes walking enjoyable and not a chore.
