Loved the days where you got a prologue in the manual

Who doesn't read the manual when they're coming home from the shop/installing the game?

God I remember those days, too bad it's not the same when you buy everything online. :|

I still do as well. Especially for a massive RPG. The problem is many games don't came with a manual anymore. Just 3 pages with the legal mumbo jumbo.

    Exactly!

I do try and read the manual now when it's installing but I tend to throw it down (not literally) when the game loads up!!

Gone are the days when a Gamer had to be literate. Now all they have to do is, be able to pass show & tell.....

I remember when reading the manual was a necessity. It was almost as important as the disk itself. Now the avg manual consist of what 6-8 pages. And only about 2-3 actually pertain to the game it came with.
