    Lydia is gone, after i started the companions quest.

    Just wondering where to find her or get her back. One part of the companions quest says she can't follow. I've done several other missions and quest and she has not shown back up. I really only care for her being my pack mule to carry loot. As stated before if this has been asked/answered I'm only able to use my cell phone and its a tas sketchy.

    I'd like an answer to this to... i did probably the same companions quest as you and my follower (not lydia) was left behind. I'm hoping he's back at his homebase but I haven't checked.

    If you can't find her. Go back to Dragonsreach. Because that's where she goes when you dismiss her. For me she was always either sitting at the tables or pretty close by to them. Now if you told her to wait. Than she's probably stuck there and you forgot to go back and get her.

    If you have bought the house in whiterun (dont know about the others) She will be in there on the topfloor otherwise she will be in dragonsreach as said before.

    Thank's all for the quick answer's, one more question sometime's the like misc quest don't show a quest marker and hell I have no idea nor can even begin to guess where I'm trying to go to finish them without the marker to remind where to go.

    you need to misc category selected as well as the objective, also some quests dont give marker to follow

    Nobody likes Lydia.

    Just get a new follower, a list of followers can be found here. If she was carrying stuff for you, then you may be fucked. Try some of the methods suggested, you should be able to find her in Whiterun, if not, she probably died somewhere.

    Make sure to leave messages in friend requests so I know you're from here.

    Yea I have them selected, good idea on the spell thanks.....and doesn't matter with lydia about 10 minutes after I found her I got into a battle with some bandits don't know if I or they killed her lol so oh well
