Mine was 159 hours, but I have to add that I have ADD and get sidetracked REALLY easilly.
"Oh look! A cool-looking tower! Wonder what is hidden inside...."
"Didn't I just see something glowing over there?"
You get the point. It's doable in 100 hours if you rush it, but then again... This is not a game that should be rushed, it should be enjoyed to it's limits. Makes all the glitches worth it in the end.

156 hours for me, but as with the above poster, I have to investigate everything, and do every side-quests/miscellaneous objective I come across. Totally worth the time involved. I loved every minute of it. Now that it's finished, it will be weird getting more than 2-hours sleep before going to work.

About 115 hours over two characters.

89 hours with my first (main) character. Then I ran into the Thieves' Guild armor issue, so I started a new one and got about 26 hours into that one before the popped.

124 and some change. But 6-7 of those hours was just me wondering the map. Like I had ADD or something. I set off from Windhelm to Whiterun. And ended up discovering Dawnstar, Solitide, Markarth, Rifton and just about everything else in between. Ironically I ended up fast traveling from Rifton to Whiterun. Which is what I started to do in the first place.

    About 130-135 in-game hours, just over a month real-time.
Would have taken my time but the freezing ps3 was driving me mad.

According to the game, I'm 700+ hours, and 58th level, but I'm not convinced the game tracks that properly, because I rarely turn my ps3 off and rarely exit the game I'm currently playing (and just pause it into one of the menu screens rather than exiting). I just have the 2 bugged civil war trophies I'm during with a 2nd character left til plat, so I'll be done in about 4-6 hours, tops. I'm playing on Adept, with occasional step-ups to expert.

Oh, and I've been deliberately taking my time in order to enjoy the game to the full ... lots of random wandering and exploration, I almost always accept every side mission and misc errand that's offered, etc.

Just completed the game and it took me 190 hrs to complete it!

But I must say I didn't used a guide much and also played on expert lvl!

Overall I played not for the platinum. I spend hours just looting a dungeon and worked on skills!

But played a lot side quests without a trophy related to it!

Think I got the platinum in around 160 hours or so? I could have done it a lot faster but I didn't want to rush it.

I I just hit my 40 hour mark and seem nowhere close. The PS3 lag is killing me on Skyrim and is really holding me back from playing it.

The lag cant be stopped entirely, but you can partially avoid the worst of it as follows:

    * Turn off all autosaving, and get in the habit of doing it manually every hour or so. Personally, I used about a dozen slots in round robin rotation, and used a thumb drive to do a weekly backup.

    * Whenever the lag starts getting bad (usally after several hours of play and then fast travelling to a major city), save, then exit fully and reboot the console, then reload the game and resume ... rinse and repeat whenever the lag gets bad.

    * Try to NEVER drop things ... instead, only pick up the loot you want, and leave whatever you dont untouched in it's default location/orientation, and then sell whatever you dont need to keep your player inventory and household's chests lean and mean.

    * Always recover any stray arrows after a fight, even if you dont need them.

    * Try to limit the number of quests and misc errands you have open at any given time to under a dozen, preferrably less.

It's not a cure, but it's been repeatedly proven by many to help.
