    How and where do i get to buy (assuming that's the way to get it i suppose) any expansion for my megaton house?

    I Call This Place Home I Ain't Going Nowhere I Am Getting Comfortable Here Got Nothing Better to Do It's Getting to Be More than a Little Hobby So, This Is What It Feels Like Trophy Level 15 Trophy Level 10

    You unlock it after disarming the bomb, then you purchase things from the crazy chick above the bomb in the shop

    It might be Mods on the PC version, I have not played the game in a while but I am sure you cannot . You can get another house at the tower if you blow megaton up .
