The Sly Collection is a 10/10 to me. I played them all when they first came out and played through each game 3 or more times.

Sly Cooper and the Thievius Racoonus - 10/10
Sly 2: Band of Thieves - 9.5/10
Sly 3: Honor Among Thieves - 9.5/10

Like many above, I strongly disagree that third is the best, I feel it's the worst in my opinion as the basic gameplay didn't feel as smooth as Sly 2's, it strangely felt like kind of a downgrade. Also since they added many of the random mini-game missions had very sub-par controls in my opinion. Missions like the grapple-cam missions and diving missions I felt had pretty bad controls and felt like a nuisance to me. But we all have our own opinions, so it's interesting to see someone's review who thinks otherwise.
