    KickBeat - A fighting rhythm game

    So Zen studios, creators of Zen Pinball and Zen Minigolf, tries to knock to genres out on their resume... at once. Introducing KickBeat a hybrid between kung-fu fighting and fast rhythm action. It will be exclusively released to the PS Vita. Release has been confirmed to this year. The link below will show more about the game as well as a trailer. I personally think it looks interesting.

    Looks really interesting.. I usually like rhythm based videogames. Maybe I have to buy a Vita.

    This bit looks like a nice feature:

    We also thought it would be fun to be able to put your own music into the game – that was my favorite feature in Audiosurf. We’ve got a feature that will allow you to do just that, with no scripting on your part required – just put in a couple pieces of info, customize a couple settings to your taste, and the game creates a new level for you to play.
    Don't like the tracks they've selected for the game? not a problem.

    Hmm. Trailer didn't convince me. I didn't like it. We'll just have to see if they release more gameplay/info. I did like that bit that says that we can use our own music, though.
