I know this thread has probably gone waaaaay off-topic, but here's what I've got to add:

The problem I have are the trigger buttons (L2/R2). A lot of the time, my finger slips off the trigger button when I press it all the way down.

However, you can buy trigger attachments that give the trigger buttons an outward curve, which stops your finger from sliding off:

I like both controllers, but I prefer the Dualshock. 360's controller has good weight and the triggers are amazingly comfy, not so much the bumpers. With PS3 to me is the opposite, L1 and R1 are perfect but L2 and R2 can be annoying as triggers, I wish they just left them as regular buttons.
I also like the 360's buttons (X, Y, B, A), I feel they're really confortabe as well and a little more durable than the Dualshock's. But that may be because I've broken many a controller back in the day due to mashing (Curse you Devil Kings, Naruto fighting games and Saint Seiya), and I haven't played 360 enough to break one.
