Assassins Creed 2 trophy help Vitruvian Man

Hi guys, 1st post

ive decided to play through all the Assassins creeds again to sweep up on trophies and just because Ezio is awesome.

Im currently on 2 and im trying to get all subject 16. I have 19 of them and the only 1 i need to do isnt glowing. Ive read around that i may need to start a new game, just wondering if this has happenbed to anyone else.

Are you sure it's the one you're missing?

Just look at which one you haven't seen yet through the collectible screen.

Go to your start menu, and find the Subject 16 Glyphs or whatever it is called in your DNA, you'll be able to replay them there if you missed any. I believe you just quit one half way or so.

I did all the trophies for assassins creed 2. Use the guide, as it has a vid of where all the glyphs are.

But as everyone said, check your records. When i played, i was missing a few, but going to the top of a tall building and use your eagle eye to find them made it easier. Also, i only found 18 glyphs. the last one for some reason was already obtained. I think unlocking the other 18 unlocked the 19th one.
