    I had a problem yesterday with my psn card I bought. I kept trying and it eventualy accepted and added the funds to my wallet.

    This happened recently to someone else, and it was fixed by repeatedly trying to add the funds I believe.

    Yes, two days ago, I tried and then it worked, but after a while, it stopped working again. I buy FIFA Ultimate packs, so I add often..

    I added funds to my account today ok, it was from a psn card and not a credit card dont know if that make a difference

    You may have accidentally put a block on your account by attempting the same transaction over and over. I suggest calling up Sony and getting more details.

    The error code 80023102 is a code that can occur for a number of reasons but is often linked with issues updating billing info or adding funds.

    The troubleshooting is to ensure that the billing address on your card matches the address linked to your SEN account. You can also make no further attempts for 48 hours as to many attempts locks the system for that amount of time.

    If after trying the above and you are still unable to add funds/update billing info then you will need to contact PlayStation Support for further assistance. They will be able to look at your account and find the reason for the error.

    Usually when I get an error adding funds, I just wait a few hours or until the next day and it works. You could also try to keep adding funds until it works. It's a problem on Sony's end, so you can't do much.

    This happened to me a while ago while trying to redeem my online pass for either Shift 2 Unleashed or Madden NFL 12 and I ahd to enter that code in a few times before it registered.
