First time I've ever seen PLOK in this type of discussion. Great game by the way loved it the first time I played it would be sweet for a remake.

This has been posted before, but it's better to make a new one instead of bumping an old one I guess.

    On topic:

I'm not saying this because I'm a huge fan boy of the series; Sly Cooper, it's the least sold of the PS2 trio (Jak + Ratchet) and it's getting it's first sequel since 2005 next year. (Jak had the Lost Frontier 3 years ago.).

i thought WET was a really good game too but after so many levels you realise how pish it really is, so repetitive.

underrated games i would say (these are just on the PS3 or i would be here all day lol)

The Darkness - my very first PS3 game, i loved the moody, almost film noir style of the game, and lovely amounts of gore, lots of fun impaling enemies and throwing them around or dropping police cars/dumpsters on their heads lol

Everybody's Golf: World Tour (aka Hot Shot Golf: Out of Bounds) - love this golf game, nice colourful graphics and characters, its fun and doesn't take itself too seriously, plus you can play as Sackboy (nice little touches like the caddy carrying him onto the course lol) and Kratos

Mirror's Edge - at first i wasn't sure about this game but the further you play into the game the greater it gets, as it suddenly becomes a first person shooter with parkour mechanics.

Star Wars: The Force Unleashed - simply one the greatest and most fun Star Wars games ever.

Not sure how underrated you would classify these two, but I don't see much love for Enslaved and Shadows of the Damned. Both of them are essentially great but Shadows of the Damned was a real pleasure to play through several times.

First off, Deth-PLOK is awesome and anyone who hasn't played it should try it out.

    Sticking with the SNES theme
B.O.B. is a great shooter/platformer. Tough as nails and has an amazing soundtrack.
Twisted Tales of Spike McFang-a real fun action RPG where you play as a Vampire trying to take down an evil Zombie General trying to take over your family's castle
-Soul Blazer-by the same company that brought you Illusions of Gaia, Soul Blazer is another Action RPG which has huge bosses, great power ups and an awesome score

Continuing on with the Action RPG we move to the NES
Chrystalis-One of my favourite NES games. It has tons of power ups, a great score, decent graphics for the time and just a lot of fun.
Base Wars-Alright this game is actually not that great, but who can argue with Suped up Robots playing baseball and killing each other. It is so much fun I can look past it's faults (even though the game is pretty broken once you buy the best equipment).

    Some N64 games
-Jet Force Gemini It seems that whenever people think of RARE they talk about Banjo, Conker and Goldeneye, but people often forget about this amazing 3rd person shooter. It is hard to describe how good this game is, so get a copy and give it a go.
Mischief Makers-Treasure usually makes good games and this fast paced platformer is no exception. Trying to get S rank in this game is painful at times, but a lot of good evenings were spent earning them with my brother.

I could go on and on but I will leave it with one more

i-NINJA. To User011010, if you liked Mini Ninjas you have to play this game. I-NINJA is just so much fun. It is a senseless beat em up but you earn unique powers, take on huge bosses and you do it all while yelling out one liners (which are provided by Billy West).

If you want some fun games check out some of these

This generation i would go with.....

    Binary Domain
    Bulletstorm
    Prince Of Persia (2008)
    Silent Hill: Downpour
    X-Men Origins: Wolverine
    Everybody's Golf: World Tour

In the past gens, i would mention....

Vib Ribbon (PS1) The idea of levels based on your own music was mindblowing even with the simple look of Vib.
SOS: The Final Escape (PS2) I adore this shoddy looking, badly acted natural disaster survival horroresque game, it's charm outstrips it's shortcomings.
Fear Effect (PS1) Had a good plot and looked beautiful at the time oh and it had boobs, cel shaded boobs at that.
GTA 2 (PC) You may think that's not underrated but i assure you, there was really a time before GTA III changed the world and GTA was considered 'just another game'.

The Operation Flashpoint games , while they cannot match the graphic power of COD games the actual combat is spot on and requires a bit of skill , plus if you get shot you most likely die not hide for two mins then ready to take on the world again .................... *****rant alert***** I fucking hate call off duty it is designed for thick people

Legend of Dragoon 2. Sure it kind of made a comeback and has a cult classic follow, but it still deserved a sequel! Wont sony refuses to make Was hoping to at least see Dart as a playable character in Playstation Allstars. Oh well maybe DLC?

Spec Ops: The Line. The game is funny throughout in some parts but not many people seem to appreciate that.

I have all three of these and loved them all. Definitely underrated.

I would also like to add The Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena two pack. It also comes with a remastered version of Butcher Bay that was only originally released for PC and Xbox (I think). One of the best movie-to-video game transitions ever. Must have 50 hours of SP alone. Pretty epic too if you are into the series.

    Urban Reigns for the PS2.

Fantastic beat-em up by the creators of Tekken and Soul Calibur. I hope they make a sequel one day.
