I have a bad feeling EA is going to be the winning bidder on all things WWE. They will likely tweak their MMA engine for it. They're a sucker for yearly release games like WWE titles.

All I care about is Relic and their Company of Heroes IP, as well as their licensing of the Warhammer 40k IP. If EA get their grubby mitts on those then a truly talented dev group will be lost.

Edit: It seems that Relic has indeed been acquired by Sega.

Pretty funny that Koch Media, owned by the ultra-conservative Koch Bros., bought up Saints Row.

As far as I understand, the results of the auction won't be released until the morning after.

'Sources' close to auctioneers are reporting Relic went to SEGA for $26 million. Homefront went to Crytek for $500,000.

Honestly I'm not really going to be pleased if EA buys any of these IP's except maybe one but idk, as for Ubisoft can't really trust them knowing how they shove the middle finger for PC gamers with their U Play crap.
