Will you start over on PS4?

If you are able to keep your current PSN ID on PS4, will you? Or would you create a new one and start fresh on trophies? If forced to create a new one, will you still go for trophies at your rate, cut back or try harder?

Since I have wanted a new ID for a bit now, I will most likely create a new one even if it is a requirement.

I'd start a new one with the same name for no real purpose..I don't really care about my progress but I guess once the PS4 is out I'd like to see my progress with those games and not the ps3.

I would definitely take a new account. I like starting fresh but I don't want to start a new PS3 account. I would keep the same name of course but I wouldn't mind if PS3 trophies were kept seperate from the PS4's. I would try just as hard as I do now as well.

Just like you didn't have to create a new PSN account for your Vita, I doubt you would have to for the next PS. Account aren't connected to your system, your system(s) are connected to your account. Although I would like to have a different PSN id, I'm not going to start a new one.

im not worried about the PS4 since we all know the accounts will transfer over

making a new account for the PS4 will be no different than making a new one for PS3
because remember no matter what system its all on playstation network

I would keep it , not for the trophies but I like my PSN name because its my nickname in real life too , they must be able to carry over or you loose all your PSN downloads and so on , only problem I can see is you might not be able to play them to start with ( they better not try this shit ) so that you buy PS4 titles , they done this with Vita and it cost them dearly in its launch and to be honest it never recovered . If they are stupid enough to make the same mistake again and not allow you to play PS1,2,3 titles that you have purchased off there own network , then they can stick the PS4 up there ass , this would be a deal breaker for me , I would jump to PC and pick up a PS4 when they are going really cheap .

Perhaps if the forums were ever cleaned up, these type of duplicate threads wouldn't happen. Not to mention what I searched for, I didn't see it put like this so that is why I made it

Imo if you notice a thread which is similar to one that you have already posted in , you could ............................................................ read and post in another one that you have not been involved in ( there are plenty ) , no point in posting that you have made a post in a similar one , there is always new people joining and they might like to post in it , without having to search the archives .

I'd probably start fresh... I kinda hope PS4 is seperate from the current psn and everyone makes a new account. Mostly because this will make alot of people pissed off ^^

No point in starting over.I got a name i'm happy with now. I'm hoping for some sorta trophy sorting so i can seperate my Ps3,Vita,Ps4 trophies though.

I'd keep my main PSN account on my PS4 and collect trophies however that goes. I'd only make a new one if I want a new name to rock in that no one else can have.

I think I would start with a new account. It's always refreshing to have a new start. If the PS3 trophies show on the PS4 then it will give me another reason to play the games that I platted.

i'm okay to start over just hoping i reach a milestone like 100 Plats before i can go into PS4 which is not that hard since there are so many good PS3 games that i am missing out and would love to play them even if it took me a while before i get PS4
