I wasn't able to sync the trophies, but hopefully I used to save constantly my saves on a USB.

I was playing 2 games, Trinity Universe and Final Fantasy X.
When I sent the Trinity Universe same to my new PS3, same user, so no prob loading it, some trophies popped up after lefting a dungeon and finishing a battle, but for FFX, no trophy popped up, I just started it, so I'm not too far on the history, will I need to start over again FFX for the trophies?

You'll have to play FFX again, starting with the trophies you didn't sync.

you should get PS+. its $50 for 12 months, you get 1GB (1028MB) of online storage for your save files, about $100-185 worth of free games/extra content (through PS3, PS4 and PSVita) EACH MONTH, and you can also set options for certain features that the system can utilize such as syncing trophy information, downloading game patch updates as well as system version updates and a few other features as well

This is definitely the way forward, when I switched to an old fattie PS3, after trading in my Slim model during my PS4 purchase, the transfer of those saves I'd uploaded to the online storage was essential. Those extra games certainly sweeten the deal too.
