Name the best scary assed games you've played

    I'm looking for the best spine chilling, heart stopping scenes or whole games you guys have played;

Mine I can list are pretty tame, by any standards hence why I need the help to win an argument !

1). Resident Evil 1 - Those bloody dogs that smash through the glass windows in the corridor you're standing in.
2). Dead Space - The attack when you arrive on the Ishimura.
3). Call of Cthulhu - Hell the whole damn game gave me nightmares for weeks.

Can't wait to see what everyone else rates

Resident Evil 4 - Those things that never goes down..........so glad the whole game only had like 3 of those enemies.
Dante´s Inferno - Babies from the nipple....never slept that night

OP: Call of Cthulhu? The board game or what? The book?
    Hand-bra Jeans

The exposure of the female's soft body. Whether you like it or not, being naked to the waist and the mismatch between the hard and thick jeans. The true essence is the union of girly and boyish styles. At the same time, the hand-bra forces even the current girls that lack shameful feelings to make an embarrassing pose. Depending on how it is seen, it also shows a form of eroticism by making it look like the girls are rubbing their own breasts.

    Fatal Frame
    Fatal Frame 2-Crimson Butterfly
    Fatal Frame 3-The Tormented

The whole series- hands down the best horror stimulation you can experience,The first, second, & third, all of them.

These game's , like a good scary movie played with the right settings ,(all lights out, volume turned up) will in fact freak you out, they did for me. Its really an unfortunate deal that they never made these for the next gen counsoles.

    Dead Space. Defiantly.
The scariest for me was the first Bioshock. Heaps of times in that game I shat myself. That bit where your in a bathroom type area and you walk up to a bench to pick an item up and all of a sudden this shadow appears on the wall in front of you. You turn around and there's this crazy looking splicer just staring at you (shat).

I've only really played one really Scary Game.

Dead Space, It isn't scary any more but back when I first played it I was too scared to play it again for months, right after I did the elevator bit and saved the game.

I have to say, Bioshock was one of my favorites because of the scare tactics. It was suspenseful at some points!

Well I'm not a fan of survival horrors so you can rule that out

I would have to say The Suffering.

It's just such a creepy story and has some really intense moments, I so want a HD remake

Resident evil 3 is the only game that ever scared me.
It was the nemesis of course mixed with the music just never knowing when he will show again.

Either Dead Space/Dead space 2 or Hannah Montana. It's a close call.

Condemned 2: Bloodshot, it has some of the most heart stopping, blood curdling moments I have ever witnessed in a video game! I would totally recommend it. Only down side is there are no trophies…

Both Condemned and Condemned 2. That part with the bear in 2 scared the hell out of me.

I think The Suffering was the scariest game for ps2. I also think that Dead Island is getting suspenseful

    Resident Evil 1
    Dead Space
    System Shock II
    7th Guest
    Doom II
    Fatal Frame

Sure most of these were when I was a kid, but they got me into scarier games and movies which I'm thankful for.
