Infamous 2 (especially the evil playthrough) and Red Dead Redemption

Both have sad endings to the stories. I won't spoil it any further for you.

Red Dead Redemption..pissed me off so much, and in my opinion an incredible game.

I also found myself get attached to the characters and story in Dragon Agerigins.

This is also a subject I'm interested in. You say Enslaved is emotional? I just ordered it off Amazon because it is super cheap. I saw some footage of Heavy Rain on You Tube. I hope there are more scenes that are tear-jerkers because the dude's kids are so unlikable that I didn't feel anything for them through the video. I still want to get the game because it looks sweet though.

As mentioned before Heavy Rain and Red Dead Redemption.
You get really attached to the characters

Also, when I played Dragon Age.. and it's DLCs.
I got a bit attached to them as well.
    It's just a flesh wound.

I must admit Red Dead Redemption really wasn't that emotional appealing to me. John (The main character) just didn't feel careworthy.

Heavy Rain, InFamous 1 & 2 (I actually find the good karma stories to be better), Skyrim does also have it's moments, Shadow of the collosus (Haven't played ICO yet though).

Yes, if you compare to other games of this gen.
And I agree, the dudeīs kid , I yawned at the "incident".

And thanks for all your tips gals/guys.

Iīm just surprised no one mentioned Nier. I havenīt cleared it but about 6 h in and thereīs something with it that makes me care.
    Hand-bra Jeans

The exposure of the female's soft body. Whether you like it or not, being naked to the waist and the mismatch between the hard and thick jeans. The true essence is the union of girly and boyish styles. At the same time, the hand-bra forces even the current girls that lack shameful feelings to make an embarrassing pose. Depending on how it is seen, it also shows a form of eroticism by making it look like the girls are rubbing their own breasts.

There's some good suggestions here, but one that I haven't seen in here is Nier. Very emotionally heavy story, and in case it wasn't sad enough the first time the second time through adds a lot to the story and puts it in a whole new perspective.

I agree and really liked Dragon Age: Origins. Just playing a few hours into the game really drew me in and I won't spoil what happens but I couldn't put it down afterwards.

I really want a sad game but I've already played most of these games I've already played the walking dead, uncharted, beyond two souls, heavy rain, rdr, the last of us and the others I've watched play throughs or don't care... I'm being a little picky here but I want some thing like the last of us and beyond two souls. Any suggestions?

Red Dead Redemption and BioShock Infinite. Red Dead's ending just took me by surprise, I'll admit I cried quite a lot, I had just gotten so attached to John. Infinite's ending is pretty emotional too, it get's really deep, trust me, when you fully understand the ending, you'll definitely shed a tear.

Have yet to play BioShock 1 & 2, so yeah.

I too would have to say Heavy Rain. It was a great story and it is dependent upon what you do in the game! Another good one for me was "The Walking Dead" season 1, I haven't tried season 2 yet due to waiting for the whole game to be completed. Finally inFAMOUS 2 as mentioned both endings could be considered sad.

Nier ripped out my heart, picked it up like it was going to heal it with an alternate ending, and then punted it into an ocean of salty tears.

    Dragon Age : Origins

    Red Dead Redemption

    inFamous 2

Majin and the Forsaken Kingdom (if you didn't finish all collectibles)

Heavy Rain, enough has been said about it before.

Ratchet & Clank: A Crack In Time was a huge surprise from me. From a 'kids' series that makes innuendos came a game that questioned what you really valued, your friends, your family and your own existence and that of your race. All this whilst being followed by Mr. Zurkon complaining about not being able to shoot fongoids.

The game might not been much in the way of a tearjerker or very heartwarming, but when Cristina dies in Ezio's arms in Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, I could feel myself welling up inside. It's probably the saddest moment I've ever seen in gaming, even more so than when Aeris was killed in Final Fantasy VII.

If you want a tearjerker, the only one I can recommend is Brothers.

    It made my eyes rain.
