The Official Platinum Difficulty Discussion Thread

This thread is first and foremost a discussion thread, but it also has a poll. Please do not vote in the poll until you have earned the platinum trophy for this game. That being said, we invite you to post below and discuss the difficult aspects of the game, even if you do not yet have the platinum trophy in your collection.

When you post, give more than just a number. Give reasons why you feel the game is easy or hard. What parts of the game are easy or hard? Were there collectibles? Were they a pain? Is there a required online component? How easy or hard is the online portion? What is the most frustrating part about the game?

Once you have obtained the platinum trophy, feel free to return to this thread and post your official vote. Say something to the effect of "I give this a 2 because there was only one tough spot and the collectibles were easy to find". At this point, you may also add your vote to the poll.

The poll is public, meaning everyone can see how you vote.

Not too hard, but with a few frustrating points in the game. There was a sharp "jolt" In the learning curve close to the last 5 missions in the game that required you to buckle down and be quick and stealthy. There were only a few aspects that made this game difficult:

1: Camera angle. God dang it, this really pissed me off sometimes. During fast paced action fights, when enemies swarm around you, the camera looses it's stability and you can easily loose your place, sometimes causing you to take too much damage. Although as long as you use the "Hit and run" technique, the camera can be controlled easier. Also, because of the six-axis motion steering, this game cannot be played in a car.

2:Leveling up. There are gems scattered EVERYWHERE throughout out the game that act as "currency" for leveling up, also you may receive a lump sum of gems after completing a challenge. Early on in the game, If you do not level up the necessary skills, you very well may be able to dig yourself a rut, and not be able to complete challenges with much, if any ease.

3:Collectibles. There are 2 types of collectibles, and unless you search EVERY nook and cranny, you will most likely end up looking for a guide trying to find the last of them.

Other than these few things, this game was just a little harder than a cake walk. Not too much of a challenge, but not too easy. Just enough, so that it's enjoyable.

Moderate - Hardest thing here was some of the challenges and getting the golds. I suck at time trials but they were moderately easy for me.

Moderate - the only problems I had were a some of the challenges, but as soon as I realised how much easier they were with the sensitivity off completely I flew through them, if anyone else is struggling I would recommend trying this

I voted moderate. The challenges and the rare nevi were the only hard bits. The rest was definitely easy.

The camera is fucking awful, the challenges are broken but not too bad, the game is broking, and the game is so freaking awful.

Glad i didn't pay jack shit for this game.
