PS3/PSVita transfarring trophies

My roommate has the MGS HD collection on PS3, and I've been playing it there and enjoying it. I'm wondering if I buy this game on the Vita will I have to restart the trophy list in order to get platinum? MGS2 is taking a ton of work to get through the VR Missions and it'd be easier if I could do them on the go.

you can transfar the trophies from the ps3 to the vita but u have to be careful because there are rumors that it cancels the trophy earning on the game but it is just rumors and the trophies are the same for ps3 and vita since the come under ps3/ps vita on the ps3 trophy list on your psn profile

I have got other games on vita and ps3 aswell, and they are seperate lists wich you have to obtain seperate. So you have to play the full games on the ps3 and you cannot play on the vita to get the ps3 trophies and the other way around. ps3 and vita both have seperate lists. I think it's nice becouse you get double trophies that way for playing one game on the ps3 and all the same trophies on the vita, no problem with a game you like, but when it gets difficult like you have right now it is a disadvantage.
