What Speedrun Chapter is The Hardest?

So far I'm having trouble with chapter 2 that for the first time I rage quit. Plus I hate that stupid 2nd huge door won't open until the 1st huge door closes and wasting my precious seconds.

Which speedrun chapter is the hardest?

In my opinion, the hardest is the 2nd.

For me, it was Chapter 9. It was pretty easy until you had to destroy the 4 mainframe things by quick disarming a guy and then shooting two far-off guys with one clip. That bit took so many attempts.

chapter 2, for sure. you should watch prilt speed runs on youtube.. those reeeeeallly helped me. i mean.. REALLY.
the guy found some shortcuts that are life savers. there are other good speedruns on youtube too. you should watch some of these and do the shortcuts you can(some are pretty hard).
it took me almost a year to platinum this one, but heck... it was satisfying when that trophy popped.

Finally I beat Chapter 2 Speedrun! I mostly did it as a normal run, except I used 2 shortcuts only.

Chapter 9 is definitely the hardest one. That's the only level that has absolutely no flow. Chapter 2 is just long. There really aren't any hard parts in that one unless you try some of the harder shortcuts and you don't know you can pause the game while waiting for the second door to open.
The time for chapter 9 really should have been 7 minutes. It's the only chapter that requires a really good run to get under the time limit.

I agree with most that Ch. 2 is hardest...even doing some of the shortcuts and still so damn hard!!! maybe someday soon...

Pff chapter 2 took me multiple days... Definitly the hardest for me.

2 isn't bad if you can get the fence jump at the beginning. Although when I got to the roof at the end it decided to screw me and I almost didn't get it. Anyway I would say the hardest is either Ch 9 The Shard or Ch 7 The Boat

This. Exactly this. I can't tell you how many times I have had a great time going into the server room and still not getting it. This is the last one I have left and imo it's easily the hardest. I did have a time with 3 too because I hate that crane area. I didn't really mind 2. 8 was not my forte either though. Getting up to that vent at the top was a nightmare to me. But overall, 9 blows the hardest.

It's been 3 years since I last played Mirrors Edge so I have almost no recollection on what I found the hardest speed run level but I recall chapter 9 being a compete pain in the ass to speed run through so I'm going with chapter 9.

i agree been couple yrs since i played for the plat, but member i spent hours on that damn server room, was so happy to hear that plat ding.

I don't know, I found chapter 2 quite do-able actually. It took two goes to get 10:53, without doing the really difficult fence jump at the start :/ Chapter 9 was a different story. I lost count of how many re-dos I ended up doing. The server room was horrific every time. Ended up just saving up enough remaining time to just shoot down everyone before taking out the servers, and just gunning it for the finish. And missed the helicopter. And just about got there on the second go :') 9 definitely wins hardest for me.
