Gust has confirm Atelier Totori are coming to Vita as Atelier Totori Plus.
The Extra content of Atelier Totori Plus are: Ceci, Iksel & Cordelia as playable character (Was free DLC for PS3) and additional costumes, illustrations, and alchemy recipe.

Atelier Totori Plus is set to release in JP on November 9 2012 with both a Standard and Limited Edition, which will contain Vita Skin and Paperweight.

Note: NISA haven't said, if they gonna localize this title, but let's hope.

That's interesting. I wonder why they didn't choose Rorona. I mean, I liked Totori but I would think that they would start with the first one.

I've always been interested in the Atelier games but after I played one of the DS ones for a bit I was turned off a little. I assume the consoles ones are better but I've just never went and bought one. Another game for Vita to add to my collection is always good but I can't see this coming in English for a while if at all.

I never got a chance to buy this, mainly because it is very rare now, so I hope it is true.

Most likely, because this are the game in the Arland series, that is seen as the best.

It's now confirmed that it will be released on PS Vita but only Japan has a release date for now.

Rumors of a PlayStation Vita version of Atelier Totori: The Adventurer of Arland surfaced earlier this month through Taiwanese retail listings. Dengeki PlayStation this week confirms these reports, announcing Atelier Totori Plus for PS Vita.

Due November 29 in Japan, the game will include new outfits, new illustrations, new alchemy recipes, and other new elements, as well as downloadable characters from the PlayStation 3 version in the box.

The standard edition of the game will cost 6,090 yen, while a premium box, which includes a PS Vita skin and paper weight, will cost 8,190 yen.

I was going to make a new thread on the Vita discussion forum but then I found this If this gets localized, I will buy it and gladly replay it again. I just hope that I will not unlock all trophies automatically because I have the platinum on the PS3 version

Wait. I'm too lazy to swap discs right now (Playing Atelier Rorona) but that forest area there is a new one right? Correct me if I'm wrong, but I can't seem to remember seeing that beside Arland

Source - Atelier Totori Plus Includes Bikini DLC as Bonus Download Content -- Andriasang.com

First Print copies of Atelier Totori Plus will included a voucher for 2 Bikini DLC - Angel Swimsuit and Little Devil Bikini.

This sadly means that, Atelier Totori Plus is enchanted edition and not a complete Edition.
