assassins fight for freedom (he's choking a redcoat, so he's fighting for freedom against tyranny and taxes) while the evil mindcontrolling templars fight for europe

    (it is fitting)

i can see why non-american members are mad

one of my favorite parts of history though, so i don't care (WWII and Titanic are also my two other favorites)

also wondering when you get to play a female assassin, some people have been waiting for that (maybe next game).

guessing the main cities are going to be:

    New York, Philadelphia, and Boston

colonial cities are very fitting for assassins creed

the problem is that at the end of the american revoltuion george washington obtains the apple of eden then proceeds to pass it among all the presidents after him. (Play assassins creed 2 properly, getting all the info)

He's also a freemason. so i am guessing he's a secret templar or something.

I felt let down with Brotherhood and still haven't played Revleations but this new setting has got me interested in the series again.

the sea. these earthless catcombs. our tombs they have become.

I'm in the same boat as you, I just didn't get excited for Revelations at all.

I love the Native American era, one of the main reasons I actually enjoyed GCSE History.

fun fact i am at the bare limit of being called native american.

1/8th Heritage is the limit (i think thats it, if it's not it's some other requirement) and i fall right on that mark. if i felt like it i could get free land in the middle of the desert but nah.

cherokee indian by the way. i wonder if this allows me to pull the race card when i feel like it (but i look white so whateva)

    still excited for this.

Not really a big fan of the AC series but I'm going to keep an eye on this game, looks like its going to be pretty good. I have to play the 1st and 2nd game though..

That's made me sad. It better not be just killing English (I am English) as I can see templars being on both sides of that fight!

Imagine the western movie towns, but alot more buildings and instead of desert it's forrested enviroment and cobblestone/dirt roads.

or you can watch movies like The patriot (tends to hyperbole the british at times) and 1776 musical movie (it tends to get really silly at times) for a good look at old american towns while getting a ton of history about the event.

    example of 1776 musical silliness

OK cool, so it IS to do with the American Revolution....Desmond got a bit of a tanned look anyway, so maybe his native roots showing...

You guys remember the DaVinci DLC in AC:B? In the temple of Pythagoras Leonardo discovered some numbers and letters, and Ezio knew it was a location (GPS coordinates) and he mumbled something to quickly end the conversation about it with Leonardo.....I looked up those coordinates, and it was Venice, USA (state of NY)...

    Latest Platinum's : GTA5
    Working on : FIFA 14 - AC4 Blackflag
