Gaming Minds Studios the company behind the Port Royale series have sailed the trophy list for the game in. This is the first Port Royale installment made by this studio. Port Royale 3 is an open-ended, business simulation game. It is set in the 16th and 17th centuries. You can pursue any career in the game. Some of those that you can pursue are a business tycoon, buccaneer, and a pirate. Ships in this game range from the smallest ship, to the biggest ship. There are missions in the game where you can earn money, supplies and improve your relations with relatives. Their isn't a set release date for the game yet.

Oh man, Captain Lasombra will be sailing the Caribbean once this hits the stores. I loved Pirates GOLD on the Genesis, so spending 50 hours on this will be a snap. although the ship sinking trophy is counter-productive unless you get loot from it, otherwise hope for lots of city defence battles.

Ooh...Port Royale makes it to console. Loved the predecessors on PC and there are too few strategy games on PS3.

Could be...or it could be the guys that write the game guide. It's just odd, as I don't think I have ever seen anyone with the game a month ahead. 2 weeks...sure, but a month seems a bit excessive.
