The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct, the game that comes to you from Terminal Reality got a new trailer released for the game. The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct is a FPS and is based of the show on AMC. The game is set in the Georgia countryside and follows the characters of Merle and Daryl Dixon as they fight to survive the zombie apocalypse. The game is also set before Daryl and Merle join the group that has Rick and the others. The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct is set to release for the PS3 sometime in 2013.
Today Activision and Terminal Reality have released a new trailer for their game The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct. The new trailer that was released focuses on gameplay from the game. This is the first gameplay anyone has seen for the game since it was announced. The gameplay doesn't show a lot of action, but it does show off a few things to fellow gamer's. The gameplay doesn't show off much of the characters, but does show them wielding weapons like an axe and a shotgun. The next thing it shows of is a zombie getting stabbed in the neck with a knife. Another thing you can see is a glass bottle being thrown to cause a distraction, so the character can go out and find supplies. Finally you can see the character going out to gather a group of zombies. Now may I present you with the new trailer to The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct.

Never forget how Terminal Reality handled (or failed to handle) the Payday! trophy in Ghostbusters: The Video Game.
Be warned: if they botch a Walking Dead trophy and fail to properly patch it then it won't be the first time. (This warning is given especially for the Perfect Platinum Streak folks. These francise-leeches will royally F you with no remorse, as will their friends at Atari and Threewave.)

Total Awards: 5this is a type of franchise you cannot milk due to it being more focused on human interaction and suffering rather than killing, and zombies. (Meaning a game for this series is nearly impossible)
I'm going to be honest - this video made me laugh out loud. When they threw the bottle in that graveyard I just stopped the video, this is truly pathatic and after what TT did with there perspective on TWD... its going to be impossible to even come to par with them.

I'm afraid this won't be at the same level as everything The Walking Dead related is... But I'm still looking forward to this game

Total Awards: 8From previews alone, this looks like a middle of the road experience for fans of the franchise...at best. There's more than can go wrong than right in this adaptation given who's making it and what kind of things they're planning on doing. From what I've read, it's ambitious, but I'll reserve judgement until I get to play a demo to see how it handles and experience the story a bit. I had reservations about TT's TWD's gameplay system and it turned out great. You never know, but I still think at this point you can be cautiously optimistic.

The trailer put me in the mind of Homefront, and we all know how that turned out.

Total Awards: 9so merle and darryl are magically immune to zombie infection? because whichever one is being played takes a couple shots from zombies and i dont see those parts being cut off to battle the infection, in order for this to be true to the series youd have to go through the entire game not being scratched or bitten which would seem to make this into a fp stealth game instead of the fp shooter that it is being billed as, this will make my brain hurt when it comes out because of how afwul it will be
