    The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct Gets First Gameplay

    Remember when then gameplay trailer of Terminal Reality's The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct made its way online and then we found out it was just fan made? Well, now the real first gameplay footage and thankfully, it looks way better than the fan made one. Expect the usual grim setting that's been the staple of both the TV show and Telltale's excellent adventure series. Speaking of TV show, you guys will no doubt see the familiar faces of Daryl and Merle Dixon in the trailer, which are voiced and modeled after their real-world counterparts.


    So, what do you peepz think? It certainly seems like it will be more action-packed than Telltale's TWD, but it looks to much like Left 4 Dead to me. Then again, maybe Terminal Reality copying Valve's fantastic zombie FPS isn't that bad a of thing. Either way,the game doesn't look all that bad, but I guess we will find out once it releases March 26 for all consoles. Gameplay is below. Closing thoughts on the looks so far. It looks meh to me.

    Hopefully the campaign will be online co-op rather than Activision cheaping out again like they did with Family Guy: Back to the Multiverse.
    The game may well be terrible but if you can play through it with a friend online then it adds a lot more fun to the game, personally. Still a day one purchase for me.

    this doesnt look too bad but it really doesnt show the gameplay.....I enjoyed the first one ALOT more than i anticipated, so i will give it a try. I wonder if it will be identical gameplay to the first

    the series itself is awful, how TWD became this universal icon is beyond me...

    Funny comment considering you have the TWD platinum.

    Just as a side note, zombies are not a fad. They may have had bursts in popularity from time to time, but they have been part of movies/gaming for a long time before TWD and will continue to be long after it. With that being said, this one piece of the TWD universe, "Survival Instinct" looks bad. The only thing that can save it is its gameplay, which we have yet to really experience, but graphically and from the history of the developer, I think we can expect mediocre at best.

    I only rented it from redbox for the easy platinum and to see why it was being declared goty :p

    and right I know zombies have been around for awhile but throughout 2010 to now its been nonstop zombies in the media ESP since TWD became so popular
