The Last of Us, the highly anticipated PS3 exclusive that comes to you from the infamous developer Naughty Dog has a few more screens and a bit of gameplay released. The Last of Us follows the stories of Joel and Ellie as they go across the U.S. trying to survive this apocalypse that is going on. These guys will have to work together if they want to survive. Their goal won't come easy though, as they will have to fend off the fungus infected people and looters to complete their goal.
The game's release date may be in jeopardy, reports VGRevolution, which discovered that the product listing for The Last of Us on GameStop has since been altered to June 14—a whole six weeks from later its original May 7 date. The report by Marc Price also indicates that Best Buy customers are also being notified of the delay. The product listing on Best Buy has since been updated to reflect the delay. So this could mean that it is really being delayed, or I'm posting this for no reason. We will see lol.

Total Awards: 8That's good to know, because the summer's always been a dead zone for games. Looks like this summer just got more interesting.

I had a feeling it might be delayed. It seems like games that are going to be big hits never keep their original release date. I bet GTA5 will be delayed also.

I feel a wave of complaints nearing, but honestly, I'd rather have a finished game than a rushed one.

It always seems like consumers make it about them when the developers designers publishers etc. want their product out too so for consumers to ever complain it tiring…
I'm with the rest of you guys I would love for a complete game and naughty dog hasn't let me down thus far and I won't want a huge title to break that for me plus a few months is never to bad

Total Awards: 10June works better for me than May anyway so I don't mind.

That's not too bad. I don't mind waiting a little longer if that helps the development.

I dont know it always sucks when a game gets pushed. But from the trailers I have seen this game needs to be complete so if that takes an extra 6 weeks im ok with it. I still cant wait for this, but its no big deal since i have 6 games coming out in the next 3 months. This is going to be an epic year.

Total Awards: 6More time to finish other games in the backlog before this one takes precedence! Although like mentioned above, it will be nice to have a strong title coming out in the summer, as summer releases are typically pretty weak.

Good, release it during my summer break. No distractions now.

Better to get a finished games that doesn't require months of patching to actually be playable then an early release. As others have mentioned will also give me time to work on my backlog
