South Park: The Stick of Truth is a new game based on the show on Comedy Central. The game was first shown off at last year's E3 during Microsoft's Conference. Since then the game has seen a lot of delays and a new publisher in Ubisoft since the THQ auction. South Park: The Stick of Truth is a role-playing game that is being developed by Obsidian Entertainment. In the game you play as the new kid, who comes to a South Park that is larping. As the new kid you must be the savior to Cartman and the gang as you are the only one who can help them on their quest for the stick of truth.
Today Ubisoft has released a new video for their game South Park: The Stick of Truth. In the video we see Cartman and the gang on a mission in the game. Unfortunately bad news follows the release of this gameplay video for The Stick of Truth. The bad news is that the game, which was supposed to release in December has once again been delayed. The game will now be releasing on March 4, 2014 in NA and March 6, 2014 in EU.
Matt Stone & Trey Parker on the delay:
Source: IGN.“We always wanted the game to feel like you’re actually in an episode of South Park. Getting the game up to the crappy standards of the show has been a real challenge and we’re excited to say it’s taken way longer than we thought it would.”
