Here's a couple of tips I found while playing the game that you can add to the guide if you so choose:

For the Deadly Haystack trophy, you want to use the northern dressing room on the screenshot you used to respawn the guards as the other one to the west isn't far enough away. You don't have to change persona, just enter and exit the dressing room. Just wanted to expand on the earlier suggestion made by stupot00.

For the Deadly Haystack and Umbrella trophies, don't spend money on blowpipe poison ammo. Just reload an earlier memory and abort it immediately. This will get you at least 10-15 ammo that doesn't cost you anything other than a minute or two of your time. I know the only mission in Sequence 8 will get you 15 blowpipe ammo per run. You just have to get to the first cutscene and abort memory. This will take you back to New Orleans and very close to the respawning Dressing Room.

For the Thief and Persona Collector trophies, you may experience some frustration with a lack of response from pickpocketing. I have found that walking while in precision mode and dragging your finger down the backpad yields results more often.

Finally, for any puzzle involve you to light up a letter you don't actually need any light. Just cover up the back camera with your palm (not flat, kind of claw the Vita with your thumb on the bottom of the device). Move your hand around until you hear the sound indicating you've found a sufficient light source. Your hand may be in some awkward positions doing this, but at least you can solve one of these puzzles in 5-30 seconds and not 5-10 minutes while you wait on the Vita to determine that a lamp is actually sufficient to light up the letter.

Additional Info: For the What is She Doing? trophy, kicking people off the roof does count towards the total. It's glitched only in that it doesn't count every single kill but if you are persistent with it you should be able to unlock it. I had to kill about 20 guards before it popped. I did it at the Governor's mansion.

Also, for the Tree Ninja trophy, you may be wondering how to farm kills there when you are caught after your first kill. Just run back up into the tree (there is a way up right behind where the screenshot in the guide is) and you will be in yellow alert status, so you can continue to farm the kills over and over.

There is a game ending glitch that happens after you beat the game and save, it won't restart the continue of the game and you have to start all over again has anyone experience this?

Yes, I did. Unfortunately there's not a fix at this time other than hitting New Game and powering through the game again. I recommend leaving the game application running until you Platinum it.

Yeah, does Aveline load up then disappear? If so, that's the glitch.

I think this is the same thing that happened to me which is a result of a corrupted save file. I had no choice but to restart the game.

there is a definite glitch here. I've played sequence 3 memory 3 four or five times now, getting back to yellow alert before assassinating again and letting it save. I've also just found that there is a guard on the third bridge after travelling to the Bayou, via the 'fast travel portal' at the top right of the map, which walks underneath some tree branches that are ideal for a hidden blade assassination from. It's the only other place i've found where a hidden blade assassination is acheivable. I've also been trying it this way, but still no trophy.
Great guide by the way RaveNScythE18, it's helped me a lot. Shame the game is so glitchy.
