For best way to quickly earn 60 lvl (if you have already completed most of the trophies and challenges ) is repeat mission 11 on Ultimate Badass difficulty . This takes about 3-6 mins ( depending on skill ) per 2850 XP . I think it will help someone

Like with the I Feel Safer Already trophy, you can easily boost the Don't Count Me Out trophy with a second controller, just have a second controller 'join' your game, load it up, unload a shotgun shell to the grill of the second player, revive them, bam! Trophy is yours.
