Just to quickly touch on the Citizen missions, don't know if I'm the only one who experienced this, but the only citizen missions that I noticed any kind of consistent respawning were the "starving civilians." These guys respawned in the same places all the time. There was no variation to where they were. I noticed absolutely no pattern of consistent respawns for either the wolves attacking the civilians nor the prisoner convoys. The convoys were usually in the abandoned towns, but the civilians being attacked by wolves was completely random in my experience. I ended up running around, following the roads in free roam for almost 3 hours (between 2 playing sessions) trying to find wolves attacking civilians. Just an FYI.

As an aside, after watching the memory fragment, I think I already know what the explanation will be for how Connor ended up in this alternate reality. I had my doubts when I first read that this DLC would be canonical, but we'll see.

Yes the starving citizens are def easier to find than the wolves, I did notice a place in the town in the middle of the map where there was a citizen that was being attacked by wolves, respawned for me again about 30 mins later when I went back by there

I found that after I completed a citizen attacked by wolves mission I stayed where I was, quit the game and restarted, i was in the same place with the mission already popped again, this worked for me for the last 3 I needed, might of carried on doing it but once I had my 5 I never bothered to find out.
