On the for wolcott peg leg trinket mission I can't get the three killstreak. I kill three guards without taking damage but no luck look at a walk through on Ign but was not help.

I found some in the wooded area on the other side of Warren and Prudence (Farmers) Windmill that gets created when you have completed their missions. If you havent made it that far, head down the road past their farm, but instead of turning left to go towards the Miners hut, head straight and go up the small hill and into the forest

im just checking but if i complete a level 3 club challenge whilst im still doing the level 1 challenges will it automatically unlock when i get to do the level 3 challenges or do i have to do it again. thanks

you don't have to do them againg once you have done them

does every pixels have to be revealed on the maps to count for the frotiersmen challenges? or is being nearby good enough?

no ive noticed that if you unlock the majority of the map, the challenge will get completed

Any challenges you have done will count even if you haven't gotten to that level yet. Say you never pickpocket $100 to start the Thieves Challenges, all progress is made toward them so once you do you can insta finish it if you did all the other reqs.
