[top]Introduction

The epic Assassin’s Creed saga begins. Take on the role of Desmond Miles, an everyday bartender who is thrust into a world of mystery and intrigue as you use the Animus to relive memories of your distant ancestor, the notorious assassin Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad. Discover and participate in the age-old struggle between the Knights Templar and the Assassins to find a Piece of Eden, an ancient artifact that promises untold power. Ultimately you discover that your employer, Abstergo, is actually a front for modern-day Templars, and that you have mysteriously gained powers like Altaïr’s through the bleeding effect. Rather than staying to help the modern-day Templars, Desmond realizes that escape is his only hope for survival and freedom.

Relive more memories of the life of Ezio Auditore, now a Master Assassin, as he hunts down

Many thanks to PowerPyx for allowing me to incorporate his videos into my guide. Check out more of his helpful videos by visiting his youtube channel or his website:
NOTE: PowerPyx does excellent work and his help is greatly appreciated. However, if there are trophies that warrant video walkthroughs and he decides not to record videos for them, I will record the videos in HD myself. After all, PowerPyx is typically working on multiple games simultaneously and he certainly can't be expected to record a video for every trophy in this game. Videos that I make myself will be distinguished appropriately below.

[top]Roadmap
Be wary of working on the singleplayer trophies if you have installed patch 1.02. This has reportedly caused trophies to glitch. See the Cheats, Glitches, & Exploits section for more information.
- Play through the Story. - This is an excellent game so just enjoy yourself and play through all 9 DNA sequences. Feel free to tackle any side quests like faction challenges or chapters in Desmond's journey along the way if you like. In between missions you're welcome to explore and collect Animus Data Fragments or Ishak Pasha's memoir pages, purchase or find rare books, or go for any other trophies you want to get out of the way early.
- Complete all 9 DNA Sequences to 100% Synch. - If you want, you can replay memories during your first pass through them in step 1 so the area, enemies, and your strategies for 100% synch are still fresh in your mind. On the other hand, if you go back to clean up memories you only scored 50% on after completing the game, you will have quite a bit more experience, money, and variety/quantity of weapons at your disposal, which will all certainly make reaching 100% synch on all DNA Sequences easier.
- I have provided a full 100% synch guide under the
Fond Memories trophy below.
- I have provided a full 100% synch guide under the
- Complete the side quests. - Now is the time for you to work on all of the following, if necessary:
- Complete all Piri Reis bomb missions.
- Complete all faction challenges for one faction.
- Complete all Desmond Sequences.
- Control all cities except Rhodes simultaneously in the Mediterranean Defense Game.
- Recruit and train 7 assassins to the rank of Master Assassin.
- Collect all Animus Data Fragments, Ishak Pasha memoir pages, and books.
- PowerPyx has provided videos for the Animus Data Fragments and Ishak Pasha memoir pages.
- I have provided maps for the Animus Data Fragments.
- Collect 25 Animus Data Fragments and you can buy a map showing all Ishak Pasha memoir page locations.
- Complete the Sophia missions to reveal the locations for all books you can't purchase.
- After you have all 10 Ishak Pasha pages, complete the Hagia Sofia hidden tomb level.
- Clean up all remaining non-multiplayer trophies. - If you need kill-related or speed-related trophies, go get them now.
- Earn all multiplayer trophies. - This step can be done at any time. If you are new to Assassin's Creed gameplay, don't try this first. If you are experienced in the Assassin's Creed series and Revelations has been out for less than three months, it may be wise to get your MP trophies first as there will still be plenty of n00bs around that you can take advantage of. If you like, you can boost many of the trophies in private matches, all except for
True Templar since XP earned in private matches does not count.

Mastering the Art
Earn the INCOGNITO bonus (Multiplayer).

Earn the INCOGNITO bonus (Multiplayer).
"Incognito" is one of the many bonuses you can earn in multiplayer matches. This refers to how obvious you are to your pursuer, at least as far as the game can assume. Watch your detection meter in the top-right of the screen. Approach your target slowly enough that it says "Incognito" and the meter is completely full when you execute your kill and this trophy will pop.
Other ways of earning the Incognito bonus include hiding in a bush or haybale and killing your target. Also, sometimes you may just be walking normally and your target will run straight up to you. Usually if you kill him at this point you will earn the Incognito bonus. Alternatively, you can earn this bonus while disguised.
You can earn this bonus and this trophy in the Introductory Sessions, or you can even boost it with a friend in a private match if you need to.

Purchase your first ABILITY in the Abstergo Store (Multiplayer).

Access the Abstergo Store by navigating to the Multiplayer Main menu, pressing

. You must be level 5 or above to purchase even the "cheapest" abilities, so you will need to play competitive matches for a while before you can purchase an ability. You need 11,500 XP to hit level 5.As you play multiplayer matches you earn Abstergo Credits. This is the currency you use to buy abilities, templar profile items, and customization items from the Abstergo Store.
Once you are level 5 or above, visit the Abstergo Store, click "Abilities Set Items", and buy any ability you can afford. This trophy will pop shortly after.

Achiever
Complete a Challenge (Multiplayer).

Complete a Challenge (Multiplayer).
Challenges require you to perform certain tasks a specific number of times. For example, one of the simpler challenges is "The Liar: Kill a target while Disguised (5x)" which means you have to disguise yourself and kill your target while disguised five times to complete the challenge. All challenges reward you with XP and the first challenge you complete rewards you with this trophy.
Unfortunately, the list of challenges is not available while you're engaged in multiplayer matches. You do get status updates as you perform actions that fulfill the requirements for challenges though. Since you can't get the list in-game, I will put the list here for you.

True Templar
Reach level 20 (Multiplayer).

Reach level 20 (Multiplayer).
XP earned in private matches does not count towards your level or this trophy.
You reach level 20 when you acquire 136,500 XP. Pick whichever Multiplayer Mode (non-private) suits your style of play best and work your way up to level 20 to pop this trophy. The trophy pops as soon as you hit level 20, even if you are in the middle of a match. If you wish, you can just quit out of the match as soon as you get the trophy. Your XP for that match will not count and you will remain at level 19, but if you don't plan on playing the MP after you earn this trophy then it doesn't matter.
Check out the Challenges listed under
Achiever and work towards them to earn XP bonuses. Some are quite easy. For example, if you stun and then taunt (tap
) three opponents, you earn an extra 500 XP.
If you want to, you can organize a boost session. You will need a minimum of 8 people and you will want to play Manhunt. The fastest way to boost is to make "stun pairs". That is pair up with someone on the opposite team, then have whichever of you is on defense stun the other person repeatedly until the round ends, then the teams automatically switch and you will switch roles. This boosting method can be quite frustrating because if anybody drops or gets kicked out, their spot may be filled by a "random" competitor who will not know that you've organized a boost session. He will just come in and kill or stun everyone and the whole thing will become a huge mess, and fast.
Here is the link to the Assassin's Creed: Revelations Boosting Thread.

Scoring 2505 points during a session of Manhunt or Wanted is a pretty average score, so this trophy isn't asking that much. If you are new to Assassin's Creed Multiplayer, you may not score this high at first, but it's very likely that you will at some point before you hit level 20.

The Early Years
Complete Desmond Sequence 1.

Complete Desmond Sequence 1.
Desmond Sequences are not part of the main storyline. As you collect Animus Data Fragments while playing as Ezio, you will unlock the five Desmond Sequences. Sequence 1 unlocks when you have collected five Animus Data Fragments. A message will pop up on your screen telling you that a new part of Desmond's Journey is available and that you can access it any time by pausing the game and selecting "Exit to Animus Island".
Pause the game, select "Exit to Animus Island", and run up the slight hill in front of you. Notice two pillars are now glowing and they form a doorway. Walk through the doorway/portal and confirm that you wish to experience Desmond's Journey, Part 1: "Doubts".
This somewhat trippy first-person experience is a new addition to the Assassin's Creed series. Desmond narrates memories of his past aloud while you navigate some strange new world comprising blocks and platforms. All you can do is move with
, look with
, and jump with
. Halfway through your journey you recover the ability to manifest blocks of your own that you can use to make your way around the area. Place a block with
, change the block template with
, and erase blocks with
.
Desmond's first sequence is quite linear. Your objective at each stage is generally to make it to the other side of the room, either by using the available platforms or manifesting them on your own. Your targets are glowing portal-like doorways. Take a moment periodically to use
to scan the area. Chances are if you see a path you haven't taken yet, that's the one you're supposed to take to get closer to solving the puzzle, exiting the sequence, and popping this trophy.
Note there are two Multiplayer Emblems that you can find in this sequence. When you are close to them, they sound just like treasure chests and bomb-crafting tables. They are not required for any trophies but you can use your powers of block and ramp creation to get them if you wish.

Desmond Sequences are not part of the main storyline. As you collect Animus Data Fragments while playing as Ezio, you will unlock the five Desmond Sequences. A message will pop up on your screen telling you that a new part of Desmond's Journey is available and that you can access it any time by pausing the game and selecting "Exit to Animus Island".
Pause the game, select "Exit to Animus Island", and run up the slight hill in front of you. Notice a new set of pillars is now glowing and it forms a doorway. Walk through the doorway/portal and confirm that you wish to experience Desmond's Journey, Part 2: "Training".

The theme for the first portion of this level is "go up". Look for exits at higher elevations than your position. When you reach the large moving dark blue/gray blocks, cross them without changing elevation much; descend if anything.
When you reach the area with the platforms lined in neon orange, beware that any block you manifest will instantly deconstruct. You don't really need them to navigate the next few platforms, though.
After the neon-orange-lined platforms, drop down. And down some more. Then spot the larger area with what appears to be falling snow. Use the ramp blocks to quickly build a path up and onto the ledge. Beware that the snow-like substance causes your blocks to fall at a moderate pace, so you need to be fairly quick.
Next you will encounter a series of sections that alternate between white particles and orange lights mounted on the walls. If you are in an area with moving white particles, your blocks will float in the the direction the particles are traveling. If you are in a section with orange lights on the walls, your blocks will disintegrate and chances are you will die quickly. Try to plan your block placement in the white areas so that you spend as little time in orange areas as possible.
The last set of orange-mixed-with-white areas is more complicated. The good news is that simple trial-and-error will get you across. So if you die, you will be immediately restarted at the most recent checkpoint, and this usually does not set you back more than a few seconds.
In the final segment, you find yourself floating downward in a white-particle cloud. Be quite generous in manifesting new platforms as you must avoid contacting the dark blue/gray blocks at all costs. Reach the exit at the bottom of the shaft then cross the room to reach the exit and pop this trophy.

Complete Desmond Sequence 3.

Complete Desmond Sequence 3.
Desmond Sequences are not part of the main storyline. As you collect Animus Data Fragments while playing as Ezio, you will unlock the five Desmond Sequences. Sequence 3 unlocks when you have collected 15 Animus Data Fragments.
Walk through the doorway/portal and confirm that you wish to experience Desmond's Journey, Part 3: "Escape".

From the start, go up and across the room to find the glowing-white hand on the far wall. Hit
to interact with it and watch the entrance portal change into a different portal. Go up and get on the ceiling beams so that you don't have to rely on Desmond-manifested blocks (which don't work in the orange-lighted areas anyway) to get to the new portal. Go through the new exit and turn left to reach the next room.
In the next room, observe that an orange grid moves towards you and then away from you. Wait until it gets close to you and starts heading the other way. Follow it, creating new platforms along the way until you reach solid ground on the other side. Do not worry, the orange grid will not hurt you. Go up and around to the right, then up and left. Observe that there are multiple moving orange grids in the next area.
Your goal is to go up and reach the far side exit. If an orange grid hits you and disintegrates your platform, just hit
to make another one and keep going.
Notice that the white particles basically flow like a river. Your goal is to create and ride platforms down the river until you can go right to solid ground. Follow the stairs up and to the left, then turn right and look down to see a long drop. Drop down, spawning blocks along the way to break your fall, then head towards another set of moving orange grids.
Navigate the moving orange grids and go left down a hall, then right to see yet another set of orange moving grids. Cross them by rapidly pressing
to create many new platforms and just ignore the orange grids, for the most part. Use this same strategy for the last set of moving orange platforms, taking a second to pause on the gray/silver blocks if you want, to reach the final solid platform. Turn right and to up the ramp to exit this part of the journey and pop this trophy.

Getting through the first few sets of laser grids requires good timing. Wait until the lasers all converge to a midpoint then head directly across the room, rapidly pressing
to generate new blocks in the process. Each time you get past a moving laser grid, look up for a ledge. Get to it and take the exit to the next area.
Carefully make your way through the stationary laser grids. Just use the appropriate bridges or ramps to satisfy your needs. Be careful as you will soon reach a timed laser grid that is active for a few seconds, then inactive for a few seconds, then active again, and so on.
Get through the first timed laser grid by sprinting then look down to observe more timed laser grids. The best strategy here is to wait until just before the time laser grid below you shuts off, then drop down towards it. Pass through it in free fall and spawn a new platform right before you encounter the next timed laser grid. Repeat this process all the way to the bottom of the shaft and take the exit in the wall.
Make your way straight across the light bridge into the next area. When the light-wall impedes your progress, turn around and go back a bit, then turn right. Go through the moving white-light snow and over a stationary orange laser grid. Head left and be careful to avoid other stationary laser grids and remember that the orange-lighted areas prohibit you from manifesting more blocks. Go across and up to the left, then up some more to find and activate a glowing-white hand. Notice that this reconstructs a light-bridge below.
Cross the bridge into a new area and take the new exit to find a lengthy series of lasers making a wave-like pattern. Wait until the laser nearest you passes in front of you, then go for it. Rapidly tap
to continuously manifest new blocks and keep moving all the way across to the far side. Be careful not to catch up with the curve of the wave and do not lose too much elevation or you will be scrambling to climb up to the exit before the laser grid comes back to get you.
Cross the next even-more-trippy area to exit this part of the journey and pop this trophy.
Pause the game, select "Exit to Animus Island", and run up the slight hill in front of you. Notice a new set of pillars is now glowing and it forms a doorway. Walk through the doorway/portal and confirm that you wish to experience Desmond's Journey, Part 4: "Metropolis".
This somewhat trippy first-person experience is a new addition to the Assassin's Creed series. Desmond narrates memories of his past aloud while you navigate some strange new world comprising blocks and platforms. All you can do is move with

Are You Desmond Miles?
Complete Desmond Sequence 5.

Complete Desmond Sequence 5.
Desmond Sequences are not part of the main storyline. As you collect Animus Data Fragments while playing as Ezio, you will unlock the five Desmond Sequences. Sequence 5 unlocks when you have collected 30 Animus Data Fragments.
Walk through the doorway/portal and confirm that you wish to experience Desmond's Journey, Part 5: "Regret".
This somewhat trippy first-person experience is a new addition to the Assassin's Creed series. Desmond narrates memories of his past aloud while you navigate some strange new world comprising blocks and platforms. All you can do is move with

Go up the ramp to enter the level and go straight ahead. Interact with the white-glowing hand then place a block beneath your feat and ride the white particle cloud up to the top. Exit onto solid ground. Cross the next two white particle clouds by moving quickly until you reach more solid ground. Zig-zag through the next white particle cloud to avoid the oncoming orange grids, but if you go through one just rapidly tap
to generate new blocks. Hit the next white-glowing switch to reveal the next part of the path.
Use ramps to mitigate the effects of the downward-moving white particle cloud and cross to the next platform. Time your next cloud crossing so that you are chasing the laser grid. Go a little ways and take refuge in the alcove on the right. Wait for the laser grid to pass you going left, then make your way to the end of the particle cloud and reach solid ground. Go left and hit the switch in the elevator.
Turn right out of the elevator and go left through a doorway. You can't step on the dark blue/silver floor so you will need to build bridges. Time your crossing so that you can avoid the moving orange grids. On the other side, turn right.
These last two sections just require good timing to avoid orange obstacles. Use bridges and quickly go through the orange gates, then make your way left down the long corridor and hop off on the platform to the right. Go through the portal in the middle to conclude Desmond's journey and pop this trophy.

Fond Memories
Achieve 100% Synchronization in all Sequences.

Achieve 100% Synchronization in all Sequences.
Do not fear, this trophy does not require you to get 100% Synchronization in the entire game. You only have to get 100% Synch in each of the 9 DNA sequences (where you play as Ezio and sometimes Altair).
Each DNA Sequence comprises multiple memories and every memory has a requirement for achieving 100% Synch. This typically involves killing a certain number of enemies in a certain way, completing mission objectives without being detected, or reaching a certain checkpoint within a specific time limit.
You can check your synch level for every memory in every sequence by pausing the game and navigating to the DNA option. Hit
to go a level deeper and hit
to go a level higher as you inspect your progress. Notice that in this DNA list, each memory tells you the requirements for full synch. If no explicit requirement is listed, the only requirement is that you complete the memory.
You can replay memories in a similar fashion as above. When you find a memory you do not have full synch on, just replay it. If you are going for full synch on a memory during Story Mode and you fail, just pause and hit "Restart Memory", learn from your mistakes, and try again. If you are replaying the memory via the DNA list and you fail, you may be able to select "Restart Memory", but you may have to hit "Exit Replay" and start anew. After you finish the memory the game will take you back to the DNA sequence screen and you can either select a new memory, or watch this trophy pop if you reached 100% synch.
Achieve 100% Synchronization in all 9 DNA Sequences to pop this trophy. When you select "DNA" from the menu and it says "Total Synch: x%" in the upper right, know that is not the same as 100% in all DNA Sequences. I hit 100% in all DNA Sequences and only had 87.5% overall, and this trophy popped right as scheduled.

- Memory 1 - "The Hangman"
- Full Synch Requirement: None.
- Tips: Just complete the mission.
- Memory 2 - "A Narrow Escape"
- Full Synch Requirement: Kill a Byzantine Templar with a counter kill.
- Tips: Counter kill by engaging in a fight, holding
, and tapping
once immediately after a guard begins his advance towards you. All of the guards here are Byzantine Templars, so just kill one with this technique to complete the full synch objective.
- Memory 3 - "A Journal of Some Kind"
- Full Synch Requirement: Do not fail a single tail.
- Tips: You will be told to follow a group of enemies. One will be marked by a yellow box with a crosshair. Stay behind the group and stay on rooftops where possible, but keep the target in sight and to not let him get too far away. After you tail him for a few minutes, if he did not detect you, you will have satisfied this objective and a cutscene will play.
- Memory 4 - "A Hard Ride"
- Full Synch Requirement: None.
- Tips: Just complete the memory.
- Memory 5 - "The Wounded Eagle"
- Full Synch Requirement: Kill at least 5 guards from a haystack.
- Tips: You will need to employ a lure technique here. When you get to the bottom of the hill and find the carriage, go around to the left and spot the single guard. When he isn't looking, get in the haystack. Hit
to lock him as your target and hit
when he's close for your first kill. There are two pairs of guards nearby. Get into their line of sight and watch their yellow awareness meters fill. Once it fills yellow and you hear the bell sound, they will come to inspect you. Lead them to the haystack and get in. Then rapidly kill them. If you're quick, you can get the first five guards in the area all in the same haystack. If not, there are other chances in this level to kill more guards from haystacks.

- Memory 1 - "A Warm Welcome"
- Full Synch Requirement: Do not wander far from Yusuf.
- Tips: Just stay close to Yusuf. If you get too far the game will warn you saying "Reduce distance to target" and you may fail the objective. If that happens, get close to him again. For simplicity, get quite close to him and let
idle. Ezio will follow him automatically and the camera angle will change to a more cinematic viewpoint.
- Memory 2 - "Upgrade and Explore"
- Full Synch Requirement: None.
- Tips: Just complete the memory.
- Memory 3 - "The Hookblade"
- Full Synch Requirement: Perform every hookblade move successfully at least once.
- Tips: Just follow Yusuf around the city and pay attention to the on-screen prompts. The moves are the basic wall climb (run towards a wall and hold
and
), the extended reach (jump from one rooftop to another and hold
as you land), and long jump (jump towards a hanging light or potted plant and tap
before you reach the light/plant), and the hook-and-run (hold
and
as you run towards someone). There are multiple opportunities to compete each move.
- Memory 4 - "The View from Galata"
- Full Synch Requirement: Climb the tower in under 60 seconds.
- Tips: Employ the hook-leap technique here. That is, when you're climbing a building just hold
and
. If Ezio freezes and looks up, keep
held and tap
to cause him to jump. He should jump with his hookblade arm, catch the hook on something, then jump up even higher. Follow Yusuf initially, but about 3/4 you can go right instead of left if you like, allowing you to climb faster than him. Reach the first platform level to trigger a cutscene and if you did it under 60 seconds this objective will be satisfied.
- Memory 5 - "Advanced Tactics"
- Full Synch Requirement: Perform a zipline assassination.
- Tips: Run and jump near the start of a zipline to get on it, or hit
while falling near a zipline to get on it another way. If you see a guard below you while you're crossing or near the end of the zipline, get ready to hit
. When the guard lights up, hit
to assassinate him from the zipline. Before the third zipline in this memory, Yusuf will slide down and kill a templar scout. After the cutscene, follow him down the zipline and hit
when the other enemy lights up to kill him and complete this objective.
- Memory 6 - "On the Defense"
- Full Synch Requirement: None.
- Tips: Just complete the memory.
- Memory 7 - "On the Attack"
- Full Synch Requirement: Do not create any conflict in the Imperial North District.
- Tips: Killing the first group of guards with Yusuf does not void this objective. When it is your turn to throw the bomb, be sure to throw it into the center of the target circle to attract all the guards away from the doorway. As you assault the Templar Den and it's captain, be sure to dispatch any guards stealthily without creating open conflict. Isolate the guards and take them out from a distance (if you want) using poison darts or the crossbow). Identify the captain and kill him from a distance without being spotted, then quickly climb the tower and light the flame.

- Tips: Your best friends will be ranged weapons like the crossbow, poison darts, throwing knives, and lethal or diversionary bombs. Your first objective is to obtain the key from the guard marked with the red target icon. You just have to kill him to get the key, you don't have to loot him. Kill the guard in front of you and head left. Kill the guard on the ledge and the one sitting on the bench, then wait for the target to come around (it takes a minute). Take him out to get the key, then climb up onto the platforms suspended from the ceiling. Take out any guards near the exit and any that come to investigate, then take the exit.
-- Your next objective is the same as the first, but the area is different. Use a similar strategy: kill the guard(s) in front of you and head left. Take out any guards that might spot you, but this time stay low. Get close enough to the target that you can kill him from the ground, then just scamper on over to the exit. Watch out for the lone guard looking right at you in the next area.
-- Your next objective is the same again. This time you are in a larger, more open area, but there are ways to traverse the ceiling (up and left) almost all the way to the exit. Take out the guard right below you then use the long jump technique on the light fixture to get to the beam nearest the platform in the middle. Turn on your Eagle Sense to find your target, then take him out at range with a lethal bomb. Come back towards the screen and head left, then clean up any enemies below you as you traverse the beams and platforms on the ceiling. Drop down to the exit and complete the memory to complete this objective.
- Memory 7 - "Quid Pro Quo"
- Full Synch Requirement: None.
- Tips: Just complete the memory.
- Memory 8 - "The Mentor's Keeper"
- Full Synch Requirement: Save all citizens under attack.
- Tips: Do not be concerned with reaching the green objective marker at first. Run around the area taking out as many enemies as you can and on your way you will see black circle icons on your HUD. Go to each one to find a group of guards and a citizen. Take out all the guards until the citizen flees, then continue scouring the area for enemies to defeat. Each time you see a black dot, take out the guards so the citizen can escape and you will complete this objective.
- Memory 9 - "Curse of the Romani"
- Full Synch Requirement: Poison all of your targets while blending with Romanies.
- Tips: Press
near a group of Romanies to hire them and have them surround you. Then walk normally after the chest. Use poison darts to take down your targets and make sure you are close enough and have a clean shot before firing. Take down each chest-carrier while in the middle of your hired help and you'll complete this objective.
- Memory 10 - "The Sentinel, Part 2"
- Full Synch Requirement: Do not be detected while you search for the prisoners.
- Tips: You need to free two captured assassin comrades. Each are on ground-level in an alcove guarded by enemies. The area surrounding the captives have additional enemies roaming about. Load up on lethal bombs and other ranged weapons and take to the rooftops. When you reach one of the blue objective markers, take out the guards nearest your comrade, then wait for other enemies to come and investigate. Take them out as well and use your Assassin Signal(s) if you like. Once the area is clear and no guards are coming to investigate (keep an eye on the red dots on your HUD) you can jump down and talk to your comrade. Free both assassins this way without being detected and finish the memory to complete this objective.

Once the area is clear and no guards are coming to investigate (keep an eye on the red dots on your HUD) you can jump down and talk to your comrade. Free both assassins this way without being detected and finish the memory to complete this objective.
Sequence 4 - The Uncivil War

- Memory 1 - "The Prince's Banquet"
- Full Synch Requirement: Beat Yusuf to Topkapi Palace.
- Tips: This is a straight-up footrace to the first objective marker. I found it easier to run along the ground than to try to navigate a long series of rooftops. There are many ways to beat Yusuf there, but I show one in this video below.

- Memory 2 - "An Uneasy Meeting"
- Full Synch Requirement: Do not be detected.
- Tips: There is no shame in spending your entire time during this memory on the rooftops, even though it's the long way around. As soon as you spawn, climb up on the roof an run around to your objective marker. Drop down behind the courtyard and interact with Suleiman. After the cutscene, go back out the doorway you came and get back onto the roof, then run around to the far side again. Climb to the first level of the tower and interact with the panel in the floor to trigger another cutscene and complete this objective.
- Memory 3 - "The Fourth Part of the World"
- Full Synch Requirement: Get in and out of the port without being detected.
- Tips: Your objective is to get onto the big ship in the restricted area, identify a rolled-up map, steal it, and flee the area without being detected. First notice that you can't just walk past the guards staring you down. Go around to the left and approach the water such that you can get in and swim without anyone seeing you. Take out some guards with ranged attacks if necessary. Approach the ship from the water side and climb up around to the back. Take out both guards on the ship and turn on your Eagle Sense to find your target item up near the bow. Snatch it and jump back off into the water, then swim out of the yellow zone to escape. Get all the way back to Sofia and if you weren't detected, you will have satisfied this objective.
- Memory 4 - "Signs and Symbols, Part I"
- Full Synch Requirement: None.
- Tips: Just complete the memory.
- Memory 5 - "Galata Tower"
- Full Synch Requirement: Complete the level within 6 minutes.
- Tips: Your objective is to get from the start point to a Masyaf Key as fast as possible. You will navigate a series of underground caverns using antiquated scaffoldings, ladders, and ziplines. At the end, turn on Eagle Sense and look to the right to find your exit into the room with the Masyaf Key. This just takes some practice to figure out the quickest way through each area. To make it in 6 minutes or less, focus on accuracy rather than speed as making a mistake like falling to your death can cost you serious time and force you restart the memory. If you want, you can watch how I do it by checking out the video I made here:

- Memory 6 - "The Mentor's Wake"
- Full Synch Requirement: Do not lose more than 3 synchronization points.
- Tips: This memory basically has four parts. The first two involve you carrying Al Mualim's body to a funeral pyre. You can't go wrong here; just keep moving toward the green objective marker. In the third segment, immediately hold
and get ready to counter with
. You are weaponless and your goal is to disarm 7 attackers. In the fourth part, make your way up to Abbas as quickly as possible, but be careful as you climb. The apple detonates periodically, so if it does while you're climbing, hold
so you catch yourself as soon as possible. Get to Abbas and hit
to take the apple from him to end the memory. If you finish and have lost three or fewer health squares, you will complete this objective.

- Memory 1 - "The Janissaries"
- Full Synch Requirement: Distract 2 guards with bombs.
- Tips: Throw a bomb from your diversion pouch near a group of guards so they go investigate and become distracted. That should be more than enough to satisfy this objective.
- Memory 2 - "The Arsenal Gates"
- Full Synch Requirement: Make sure 40 or more rioters survive.
- Tips: Make liberal use of your Assassin Signals here and keep circling the area watching for new groups of attackers. Lethal bombs can be handy to take out groups of guards but you don't want to take out any civilians along with them. If only one group of guards is around, go in and handle things yourself if you can spare a minute.
- Memory 3 - "Arsenal Infiltration"
- Full Synch Requirement: Perform an Air Assassination from a zipline.
- Tips: There are a few ziplines in the harbor area. On your way to the first objective marker you may get lucky and spot a guard patrol under a zipline. If you do, go down the zipline and hit
when you're above the guard to kill him and complete this objective. If not, get to the objective marker and watch the cutscene. When you are told to escape the area, look for guard posts with ladders you can climb on as they have ziplines you can slide down. Go up one and look for a guard at the other end. If you spot one, slide down and hit
to kill him and satisfy this objective.
- Memory 4 - "Portrait of a Lady"
- Full Synch Requirement: Steal the painting without the merchant spotting you.
- Tips: Use some form of diversionary bomb to distract the merchant or blanket the area around him and the painting with a dense smoke screen, then swipe the painting and make your way out of the area to satisfy this objective.
- Memory 5 - "Signs and Symbols, Part II"
- Full Synch Requirement: None.
- Tips: Just complete the memory.
- Memory 6 - "The Forum of the Ox"
- Full Synch Requirement: Do not take any damage.
- Tips: This memory presents a big chase. You will navigate platforms, ladders, scaffoldings, and ziplines as you follow a boat of enemies down a river. The chase lasts a few minutes and there's no danger of losing health unless you fall. At the end, get on the zipline that is unusually difficult to see and perform an air assassination on the target in the boat. If you don't fail or lose any health you will complete this objective.

Sequence 6 - Fortune's Disfavor
Toggle Spoiler
- Memory 1 - "Into the Shadows"
- Full Synch Requirement: Assassinate a target from a hiding spot.
- Tips: Get to the green objective marker and identify your target. Look left near the building your target is standing by to find a haystack. Sadly enough, this is your best bet for this objective as hiding amongst Romanies does not count. You will need to make the Janissary target curious and lure him over to the haystack. The tricky part is making him suspicious so that he follows you without attracting attention from the other guards in the area. The Janissary also can't be lured with diversionary bombs, so get close to him to start pissing him off and run into the haystack, then turn around and kill him. You may even need to bump him once or twice. Kill him from the haystack to complete this objective.
- Memory 2 - "Honor, Lost and Won"
- Full Synch Requirement: Perform an air assassination on Tarik.
- Tips: The requirement refers to the second part of the memory, after you get to the first green objective marker. Getting there is a trick in itself. From the start, rotate to the right and spot the isolated enemy. When he turns is back to you, quickly run up and kill him with your hidden blade, then follow the wall along and climb up onto the ledge. You can land in the haystack when the next guard isn't looking, then kill him from the haystack. Move behind the walls on the left following the guard who looking in between each wall. Go up the ladder and look left to spot your objective marker. Take out any guards if you need to create a distraction and jump down to trigger the cutscene.
-- After the cutscene, head around to the left or right of the area and get up on one of the high platforms. Target Tarik (he has the red target above his head) and wait patiently for him to come close enough to you that you can hit
to trigger an air assassination. Then just run like hell to escape the Janissaries and complete this objective.
- Memory 3 - "Bearer of Mixed Tidings"
- Full Synch Requirement: Do not kill anyone.
- Tips: Using your Assassin Signals counts as killing someone, unfortunately. Rather than going straight through the area, bring up your map and notice that you can run all the way around the area to the northwest side. From there you only have a few groups of guards to sneak past and they typically will not see you unless you are pretty close to them and almost right in front of them. Once you're inside the walls get to Suleiman as quickly as possible. Smoke bombs are a great way to befuddle nearby guards without harming them. After the cutscene, make a hasty retreat out the way you came and dive into the water (still without killing anyone) to complete this objective.

- Tips: Just complete the memory.
- Memory 6 - "The Maiden's Tower"
- Full Synch Requirement: Obtain the Masyaf Key without falling into the water.
- Tips: This just takes a little bit of practice. You will navigate a large room, pulling levers to open timed doors. You must get to the new lever behind each door within a time limit or you'll have to go back. Focus on accuracy rather than speed as a mistake could cause you to fall into the water and have to restart the memory. Complete this memory without falling into the water to complete this objective.
- Memory 7 - "The Mentor's Return"
- Full Synch Requirement: Do not kill anyone except Abbas and his Captains.
- Tips: Calling your assassins to take out enemies counts as killing them, unfortunately. You cannot climb and you can barely jog without coughing up a lung so stick to the typical paths. Walk right up to your target captains and take them out -- they will not suspect anything until it is too late. When other enemies pop out in front of you, your assassins will take them out automatically. Your third red target (technically your fourth) defects immediately, so do not kill him. When you begin your approach to Abbas you will be told you can use your Assassin Signals. Do not do that. Instead casually disarm your attackers by switching to your empty hand (no weapon) and countering their advances. Kill Abbas with the gun and if you have not killed anyone besides him and three captains, you will have completed this objective.
- Memory 8 - "Setting Sail"
- Full Synch Requirement: Do not kill anyone with blades.
- Tips: You cannot kill with your hidden blades, throwing knives, or small, normal, or heavy bladed weapons (like knives and daggers). But you can use your hidden gun, crossbow, poison darts, Assassin Signals, and bombs. Lethal bombs are highly effective for taking out the guards watching the base of the chain. After you break the chain, call your assassins on the next groups of guards and get to the Greek Fire canon. Take out all the ships and begin your timed escape. At the last group of guards, just ignore them. Run left and out onto the beam to the last checkpoint. If you haven't killed anyone with bladed weapons, you will have completed this objective.

Sequence 7 - Underworld
Toggle Spoiler
- Memory 1 - "The Hidden City"
- Full Synch Requirement: Do not be detected.
- Tips: Your first objective is to climb the large center structure. Hop across the beam in front of you and a little to the right and go down the zipline to land on the guard and kill him. If you prefer, take him out with a lethal bomb from a distance before you slide down. Stay on the rooftops to get to the base of the structure and start making your way up. Get to the top and synchronize the viewpoint to get your next objective. Leap off the viewpoint and take out the guard nearby. Cross the beam back towards the center of the cavern and get up on the roof. Go around to the other side and walk to the edge. Look down and spot your target with Eagle Sense. Jump down and chase her, then interact with here and if you weren't detected at any point, you will have satisfied this objective.
- Memory 2 - "The Spy Who Shunned Me"
- Full Synch Requirement: Do not kill anyone.
- Tips: Your first objective is to find the prison. Get to the objective marker however you like. After that you must go into town to find the guard with the prison cell key. Approach cautiously so you don't create open conflict. Get up behind and pickpocket him, then run like hell. Use a smoke screen bomb if you like. Become anonymous and return to the prison to let Dilara out. If you didn't kill anyone, you will have satisfied this objective.
- Memory 3 - "The Renegade"
- Full Synch Requirement: Do not let Janos lose more than half his health.
- Tips: This is quite straightforward. As time passess, Janos loses more health. Take out the four watchful guards quickly then jump down to air assassinate Shahkulu. Fight him and take him down. If Janos did not lose more than half his health before you rescued him, you will have completed this objective.
- Memory 4 - "Decommissioned"
- Full Synch Requirement: Do not take any damage.
- Tips: Follow the objective markers and climb the center tower. Follow the path around to the right and down. You will encounter several groups of enemies. Dispose of them as you please but be wary of taking damage. Make good use of lethal bombs, the counter-kill technique, and the kill-streak technique. Nab the incendiary bomb, take out some more guards, blow up the enemies stockpile, and if you didn't lose any health you have completed this objective.
- Memory 5 - "Last of the Palaiologi"
- Full Synch Requirement: Do not take any damage.
- Tips: This is an all out sprint through guards and citizens (if you run along the ground rather than rooftops) and Manuel Palaiologos is surprisingly fast for being such a fat bastard. If you run along the ground, use the shoulder charge technique (hold
and
) to knock over people in your way and maintain your speed. When the guards corner you, just quickly hop the fence and continue your pursuit. Corner Manuel and kill him. If you did not take any damage at all by the time the memory ends, you will have completed this objective.
- Memory 6 - "Escape"
- Full Synch Requirement: Do not lose more than half your health.
- Tips: This is also an all-out sprint. The whole Underground is burning and the smoke is hazardous to your health. Make your way back to your ship through the exit you first took to get into the Underground. Use Eagle Sense to see more clearly through the smoke and if your health gets below 70%, take some medicine to fill it back up. Don't drop below a half-full health meter throughout the memory and get to your ship to complete this objective.

If you get into conflict, start counter-killing and use your hidden blades to take out five enemies until you see that you've accomplished this goal. Then just finish the memory.
- Memory 2 - "The Exchange"
- Full Synch Requirement: Rescue Sofia before she loses 50% of her health.

Complete the Hagia Sofia challenge level.

Complete the Hagia Sofia challenge level.

Collect all 10 Ishak Pasha Memoir Pages to unlock the Hagia Sofia challenge level. Once you have all 10 pages, the game will tell you the Hagia Sofia is now unlocked. Go to the new Hidden Tomb Icon on your map and interact with the shining door on the ground-level to start this challenge.
Like the previous installments of Assassin's Creed, your objective in this hidden tomb is to find a secret area in an otherwise popular building and obtain some sort of valuable item(s) from it. In this case, your reward is Ishak Pasha's armor and a multiplayer bonus.
The level is fairly straightforward. When in doubt, try to climb upwards, and always pay close attention to changes in the camera angles. You are supposed to go where the camera points. You do not need to complete the level within 6 minutes and achieve full synch to pop this trophy.
Have fun exploring and simply complete this level to pop this trophy. If you get stuck, use the tips above or watch the video below.

Collect all animus data fragments.
There are 100 Animus Data Fragments. The are found in upper Constantinople (Galata District), Constantinople proper, and Cappadocia. You only need to collect Animus Data Fragments as Ezio. The game saves your progress every time you collect a new data fragment.
Once you have collected 50 data fragments, your in-game map shows the locations of the remaining 50. To help along the way, I have provided a map of all data fragment locations and PowerPyx has provided video walkthroughs showing the locations of all 100 fragments.

Worth a Thousand Words
Collect all of Ishak Pasha's memoir pages.

Collect all of Ishak Pasha's memoir pages.

Ishak Pasha's memoir pages are little pieces of parchment that shimmer and make noise just like the Animus Data Fragments and treasure chests do. To collect a memoir page, just find it and run over it. They are typically found on the upper levels or highest points of tall towers throughout Constantinople.
To make this easier, collect 25 Animus Data Fragments first. After you collect your 25th fragment, you will get a message saying a new item is available at Book Shops. Go to any Book Shop and buy a map that shows you the locations of all 10 Ishak Pasha's Memoir Pages. Then just use custom markers on your in-game map to run around and collect all 10 of these items, popping this trophy.

Complete all Bomb Missions.

Complete all Bomb Missions.

Access the list of available Bomb Missions by visiting Piri Reis. Find Piri Reis by navigating to the square icon with a white border, black background, and images of little white bombs on it found on your in-game map. Enter the den and find the framed pictures on the wall to the right of Piri Reis. Interact with them to begin a bomb mission. Piri gives you the bomb missions in order and they are all quite easy. Complete each bomb mission to pop this trophy.
There are eight simple missions you must complete to pop this trophy. Each mission typically requires you to plant or toss a specific bomb (given to you by Piri) onto or near a guard or group of guards, observe the effects of the bomb, then escape the area. So do what Piri says, then run like hell and get out of Dodge.
The missions you must complete are:
- Smoke Screen
- Smoke Decoy
- Sticky Situations
- Datura
- Cherry
- Thunder
- Caltrops
- Tripwire

Control all cities (except Rhodes) simultaneously in the Mediterranian Defense Game.

Control all cities (except Rhodes) simultaneously in the Mediterranian Defense Game.
Access the Mediterranean Defense game by visiting any of your Assassin Dens and interacting with the parchment or record book on one of the tables. Alternatively, find a bomb crafting table in the city somewhere and interact with the pigeon coop nearby.
In the Mediterranean Defense game you send your assassin trainees on missions in cities bordering the Mediterranean Sea. Missions vary in difficulty, duration, and rewards. Some missions are quite easy (indicated by only one or two red diamonds or stars) and reward the trainees who complete them will little XP and money. Other missions are quite hard (indicated by five or six red diamonds or stars) and reward the trainees who complete them with lots of XP and money. Based on the difficulty of each mission and the trainees you select to complete them, the game gives you a likelihood of success. If you want to play it safe, don't send assassins on missions with less than a 90% chance of success.
One mission in each city is titled "Reclaim the City". It is a fairly challenging mission and you will likely need at least three trainees who are all at or above rank 11 in order to succeed in these missions. Get a strong group of recruits and send them on this mission in a city to take it over and put it under Assassin control, taking it from the Templars. Every city on the map can be reclaimed for the Assassins except for Rhodes.
To pop this trophy, reclaim every city on the map except for Rhodes and be in control of them simultaneously. A good strategy is just to wait until you have a full band of twelve recruits who are all at least rank 10, then reclaim every city (except Rhodes) as fast as possible. Once you reclaim a city, the Templars will attempt to take it back at some point. So to save frustration, just mow them all down in a couple quick bursts, get your trophy, and then you can relax about having all cities under Assassin control at once.

Iron Curtain
Perform a perfect den defense without using the cannon.

Perform a perfect den defense without using the cannon.
The first Den Defense occurs in Sequence 2, Memory 6 - "On the Defense". Ezio must command a group of assassins with various skills in a real-time strategy game. The enemy is attempting to break into your base and they will send waves of soldiers to try to get through your defenses. You have the upper hand as you have the high ground and you can place crossbow and rifle assassins to pick off the incoming waves of enemies.
A good strategy for defending your den is to put assassins on every available rooftoop and don't group them together too much. You want some close to the enemy's point of entry, some in the middle of their path, and some near the entrance to your base as a last line of defense. Before you can place any assassins on a rooftop, you must put an assassin leader there. Rooftops in need of an assassin leader will show a red icon when you put Ezio's aiming reticle on them. Place the assassin leader by selecting him on your quick-select wheel (hold
and push
to the twelve o'clock position) and pressing
. Place crossbow assassins (three o'clock on your quick-select wheel) to take out enemies directly below and place rifle assassins (four thiry on your quick-select wheel) to keep enemies at a distance. Place several blockades (one thirty on your quick-select wheel) one right after another as you will face an extremely powerful battering ram in the last wave of the battle. For this trophy, do NOT use the cannon to attack.
Placing assassins and barricades costs morale points. Over time and as assassins defeat enemies, morale builds. Since you will be without the cannon, you will want to spend every bit of morale you can.
The left side of the meter at the top of the screen during the defense is filled red. This represents the health of your den. If any enemies (or the huge and powerful battering ram) do damage to your den and the meter depletes, you have failed to meet the requirements for this trophy.
During waves 15-18 of the battle, make sure you construct a series of at least four barricades and place as many crossbow and rifle assassins as possible. Additionally, use your gun (aim Ezio's reticle at an enemy, hold
to target, then release
to fire) to take out the enemies and deal damage to the battering ram.
At the end of the defense, if you did not use the cannon at all and your den's health meter is still completely full, this trophy will pop.

Climb Hagia Sofia, from the ground to the pinnacle, in under 25 seconds.
The Hagia Sophia is clearly marked on your in-game map. Find it about in the middle of the east-most third of lower Constantinople. For simplicity, just take a tunnel to Sofia's Shop and go due east about a hundred meters. Make your way around the building until you see a tall wooden scaffold -- this is your entry point. You have to get from the ground to the top of the spire on top of the Hagia Sophia in under 25 seconds to pop this trophy.
The climbing method is simple as it's just like running. Run up the scaffold by holding

simultaneously, then keep those same buttons held all the way up to the top. When you reach the first rooftop, try to run up the middle of the roof so you don't have to pause and shimmy before ascending to the next level. Just keep
and
held until you're sitting on top of the spire. If you fail on the way up or make it but didn't complete the climb fast enough, just make your way all the way back to ground level and try again.

Get your money back from a Templar tax collector.

Get your money back from a Templar tax collector.
The Templar Tax Collector is the annoying guy in a funny hat and tights that appears as a red padlock on your HUD and in-game map. He runs everywhere and can be frustrating to bring down. The Tax Collector spawns randomly and disappears once he gets far enough away from you.
While playing through the story, keep a lookout for this guy. As soon as you see him, make it a priority to kill him. If you'd like, you can chase him until you're close enough to shoot him with the hidden gun or the crossbow, or poison him with a dart, or hit him with a throwing knife. If you can catch him and kill him, you will get money he has collected and pop this trophy.

The Mentor
Have seven trainees reach the rank of Master Assassin.

Have seven trainees reach the rank of Master Assassin.

Assassin Training made the jump from Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood to Assassin's Creed: Revelations and it seems to have been expanded a bit, but otherwise is the same. Ezio can recruit new assassin trainees by navigating to the Assassin Recruit icons on the in-game map and approaching them. Some of them will be the victims of harassment from guards and need you to help them defeat their attackers while others will ask you to help them with quick side quests. Once you've aided your recruit, he or she will become your trainee.
Level up your trainees by playing the Mediterranean Defense game. Access the game by navigating to any of the Assassin or Assassin Den icons shown on your in-game map. Start the Mediterranean Defense game and send your trainees on missions in cities surrounding the Mediterranean Sea that are under Templar Rule. Be smart though as the game will tell you your likelihood of success based on the difficulty of the mission involved and the skill and quantity of recruits you wish to send. If you want to play it safe and ensure your trainees don't get killed before they reach their potential, don't send them on missions with less than a 90% chance of success. You can send multiple trainees on one mission to improve your chances of success. They will split the XP earnings they receive.
Trainees earn the title of "Master Assassin" at rank 15. Each trainee needs 15,500 XP to reach rank 15. Once they hit level 10 you will assign them to protect one of your Assassin Dens and they will need you to complete a Master Assassin Mission indicated by a square icon with a white border, black background, and white assassins symbol on your in-game map before they can progress to level 15. Once they've accumulated 15,500 XP, they will need you to assist them on another Master Assassin Mission. Your assassins may get frozen at a level below rank 15 even though they have accumulated 15,500 XP. If this happens, all it means is they are waiting for you to do their Master Assassin Missions. Once you complete a recruit's Master Assassin Missions they will become a Master Assassin. Make seven trainees into Master Assassins and this trophy will pop.

Lightning Strikes
Kill 5 guards in 5 seconds using only your hidden blades.

Kill 5 guards in 5 seconds using only your hidden blades.
Aim for this trophy after DNA Sequence 3, Memory 4: "Bomb Crafting". After that memory you will have the hidden blade, hookblade (which counts as your other hidden blade), and the ability to craft Smoke Screen bombs. While it isn't necessary to use a bomb for this trophy, luring a large group of guards into a small area with Cherry Bombs, then blasting them with a Smoke Screen Bomb and activating your Eagle Vision (
) so you can see your targets easily is a good strategy.
The video below demonstrates this method. One critical tip I would suggest is start from a high vantage point and lure the guards so they're below you, allowing you to drop down and kill two of them right at the start. This trophy can actually be frustrating if you fail to get at least one double-kill. It's easiest if you can get two or three double-kills.
Make sure to only use the hidden blade and hookblade to take out your enemies. If you can kill five or more within five seconds, this trophy will pop.

Once you have accomplished the three objectives above, the Thief Faction Ability (Thief Looting) will be unlocked. First find a group of thieves. Attract and kill as many guards as possible, then sit back and let your thieves loot them...assuming they survived the fight. Remember to use your Assassin Signals to kill guards more easily.

If you're in conflict, you will need to finish off the enemies before the thieves will loot them.Have your hired Thieves loot a total of 50 dead guards to pop this trophy. To speed this process raise your Templar Awareness to it's max then get in a fight. Attract and kill as many guards as possible, then sit back and let your thieves loot them...assuming they survived the fight. Remember to use your Assassin Signals to kill guards more easily.

Have 10 guards poisoned at the same time.

Have 10 guards poisoned at the same time.
Do not bother with the poison blade or poison darts here as there is a much, much simpler method.
You learn the basics of bomb crafting in Sequence 3, Memory 4. After that point you will see white bomb icons on your in-game map and your HUD. Go to one and find the bomb crafting table to use it. To make a bomb you need a shell, a type of gunpowder, and a little something extra like phosphorus or datura powder. To make a Datura (noxious poison) Bomb, select the Lethal Pouch. Start with any of the shell types (impact shell recommended since it explodes exactly where you aim it), then add any gunpowder type (British Gunpowder recommended for it's large area of effect), then add Datura Powder and select "craft bomb". Stick a few of these in your Lethal Pouch. To make things simpler, you can attract multiple guard groups to one spot using Cherry Bombs. Make these in your Diversion Pouch by combining impact shell, british gunpowder, and sulfur.
You can also buy these bombs from black market dealers, identified by the black bomb icon on your in-game map.
As shown in the video below, you will also want to find an area with a lot of guards.
Hold
to bring up your quick-select wheel and use
to select Cherry Bomb from the four-thirty position. Chuck one or two at the ground between groups of guards. Try to attract ten or more into a small area. Switch to Datura Bombs (seven-thirty on your quick-select wheel) and toss a couple of them at the group of guards. Watch and laugh as they all start dancing, delirious from the Datura Bombs and on the verge of collapse.
Once you've taken out ten or more guards at a time using this method (or one like it) this trophy will pop.
DaveyHasselhoff offers good advice for this trophy here. Note that his method can get you this trophy and make a semi-challenging part of the story quite a bit simpler simultaneously.

Kill 5 guards with a scaffold after they have been stunned by caltrops.

Kill 5 guards with a scaffold after they have been stunned by caltrops.
Caltrops are little spikes that you can incorporate into bombs. If you deploy a Caltrop Bomb and enemies step on the spikes, they will start hopping around howling in pain and give you opportunity to have your way with them. This includes bringing a scaffold down onto their miserable heads.
First you will need a Caltrop Bomb. Get to a white bomb icon on your in-game map or one of your Assassin Dens and interact with the bomb crafting table. Go into your Tactical Pouch. Use Impact Shell, British Gunpowder (Arabic and Indian work too but British is recommended), and Caltrops. Fill your pouch with these bombs and exit to the street.
First find a scaffold. These are wooden structures 1-3 stories high. Next locate the nearest group of guards. Your objective is to piss them off so they chase you back to the scaffold, where you will deploy a Caltrop Bomb or two on the ground to stun them. Lastly, face the scaffold and run at it with
and
held. As you run by it, Ezio will use his hookblade to collapse the structure, killing the unsuspecting guards.
You can also buy these bombs from black market dealers, identified by the black bomb icon on your in-game map.
Get five kills with this method to pop this trophy. This is a cumulative total -- you do not have to kill five guards simultaneously with one scaffold.

Have one trainee reach the rank of Master Assassin.

Have one trainee reach the rank of Master Assassin.
The first trainee, Cem Hayyam, is given to you as part of the storyline and he begins at level 11, Keep sending him on missions until they hit level 15, popping this trophy. Alternatively, recruit new assassins and train one up to level 15 to pop this trophy.

Parachute directly from the top of the Galata Tower to the golden horn.
You learn to use the parachute very early in the game and you can access the Galata Tower very early in the game as well. At any point after you complete Sequence 2, Memory 3 - "The Hookblade", while you're in between memories/missions in Constantinople, look up and about the surrounding area to find an extremely tall cylindrical building. This is Galata Tower. You can also open your map and find this landmark in the center of Constantinople, on the north side of the map. Climb to the very top and face due south. Jump off and immediately hit
to deploy a parachute. Steer as little as possible and stay straight enough and eventually you will land in a river near some boats. This trophy should pop shortly after.
Alternatively, just use any tunnel in Constantinople to take you to Galata, then use the method above or in the video below.

Kill three guards simultaneously with only throwing knives.

Kill three guards simultaneously with only throwing knives.
Throwing knives become available during Sequence 3. To equip them, hold
to bring up your quick-select wheel then move
to the three o'clock position. Back out of the quick-select screen and you should see the throwing knives icon (two knives forming an "X") as your secondary weapon choice in the bottom-left corner of your screen. Make sure you have at least three throwing knives. If you don't, visit a Blacksmith to purchase more or kill and loot a few guards.
Find a group of three or more guards and get within range. Do not attempt this on armored guards as throwing knives may not kill them instantly. Face them and hold
and if you're in range you'll notice one or more of them seem to start glowing around their outlines. If fewer than three are highlighted, keep
held and move
to adjust your angle. Once three are highlighted, release
. If all three die simultaneously, this trophy will pop.

The kills required for this trophy are cumulative over the course of the game. You do not need to kill five guards while under the cover of a single smoke screen bomb.

Have a guard incapacitate 3 civilians while he's poisoned.

Have a guard incapacitate 3 civilians while he's poisoned.
First find a crowded area. The more people, the better. Then identify a good guard to poison. Try to pick one that is at the back of a moving group or is by himself so that poisoning him does not attract attention and end up with you engaged in combat. Next, poison the guard by shooting him with a poison dart, stabbing him with the poison blade, or setting off a poison (noxious) bomb near him. Wait a bit as the delirium sets in and then start tossing money at the guard so the nearby civilians flock to him. As he starts flailing about, continue to throw money at him and he will start knocking people to the ground. If you can get one guard to knock down three or more people during one delirium spell, this trophy will pop.
This trophy can be popped at many, many different points in the game and at any point during free-roam where there are people and guards around. If you want to earn this trophy as early as possible, start on DNA Sequence 1, Memory 5 - "The Wounded Eagle". Kill the first few pockets of guards but do not go up the slight slope yet. If you need money or poison weapons, loot all the guards you just killed. Go up the slight slope and wait for a guard to approach the large group of civilians on the left. Shoot him with a poison dart, wait a bit, then start tossing money at his feet as described above. You can get as many as five incapacitated civilians during his delirium spell, popping this trophy.

Find and beat up Duccio.

Find and beat up Duccio.
Duccio's unfortunate visage makes an appearance in this game, but thankfully you get to beat the crap out of him all over again. In Sequence 4, Memory 1, Duccio gets his cameo during a portion of the storyline. You cannot beat him up at this opportunity because you will have other objectives, but after this memory he is fair game.
Find Duccio in the middle of the west-most third of lower Constantinople. For simplicity, find a tunnel and travel to the Arcadius exit and go due north until you get to a Tailor. Duccio is north-east and on the other side of the building from the tailor. When you get near him, a red target icon appears above his head. He is drunk and nearly falls over once he catches sight of you, so just savor every second of what's about to happen. Go up to him and punch him in the face until he falls to the ground and the red target above his head disappears. Watch him squirm in pain until the trophy pops.
