Become the Bat
This is a story related trophy.
This will be your first trophy. You will get it once you make your way through the prison and meet with The Penguin. Once you take care of the thugs and break free you will be able to climb up the dumpster and up the ladder to make your way up to the top of the buildings where you call Alfred. After you speak to Alfred you will have to climb up the Ace building. During your ascent you will be speaking with Alfred. Once you get near the top there will be a short cutscene where you will see your bat suit get dropped off at the top of the building. Finish climbing the building and you will suit up and get the trophy.
Save the damsel, but is she in distress?
This is a Story Related trophy.
For this trophy you are going to need to go find Catwoman from the time you put on your bat suit. head into the courtroom and make your way upstairs. Once upstairs you will get a cutscene showing Harvey Dent (Two-Face) with Catwoman tied up above an acid pit. Continue your way upstairs and take out the guard. Once he is dispatched simply head down and take out the group of thugs below using your glide kick followed by your choice of combos. Once they are dispatched you will get a pretty lengthy cutscene. I don't want to spoil the cutscene but after the cutscene you will be asked to use Detective Mode for the first time to search for clues. This is when you will receive the trophy.
Save the medical volunteers
This is a Story Related trophy.
For this trophy you are going to have to head into the building that you are shown from the Catwoman cutscene during the Two-Face area. Once inside the building Harley Quinn will make her appearance headed towards you. Knock her out and she will begin talking. Once she stops talking head back towards the door and you will have the opportunity to throw a smoke bomb on the ground to get out of the gunmens sights. Once you have gotten out of the way you will be guided through a series of silent takedowns you must perform on the four armed guards. once you take them all out go back to the center of the building and get thanked by the guards. You will receive the trophy shortly thereafter.
There is only one way in
This is a Story Related trophy.
As you are progressing through the main game you will be prompted to follow a radio signal from The Joker. Once you get to the source you will contact Alfred for a way into the building. You will take it upon yourself to enter the only possible way. Through the chimney. Go through this obstacle course and once you get to the area where Harley Quinn is talking to a bunch of inmates you will receive the trophy.
Hammer the point home
This is a Story Related trophy.
Once you obtain the Remote Electrical Charge in the Steel Mill head back to the area where you came out of the floor to face a group of thugs. Once you get back there you will see Harley up top yelling down to you. Throw a quickthrow batarang or any other quickfire gadgets to make her back up. Use the Remote Electrical Charge on the generator in the middle of the room to swing a hook into the door that Harley closed behind her. Move the giant hook back out of the way and attempt to grapple your way up into the opening. You will get smashed back onto the main platform by a Titan with one arm and a giant hammer. He will be joined by some other thugs. Take out the thugs and then focus on him. Use the Remote Electrical Charge to stun him and beat him down until he is done. Once he is defeated you will obtain this trophy.
Clear the airwaves
This is a Story Related trophy.
For this trophy you will need to get to the Museum where The Penguin is holding Mr. Freeze captive. Once inside you will find two knife wielding enemies and you will learn how to dodge knife attacks. Once you take care of those two goons you will get locked out of the museum. Break through the window to the right and try to use your Cryptographic Sequencer on the box in the room. You will get denied because The Penguin is jamming your signal. You will have to get out of the museum's entrance and follow the signal to the first jammer. Defeat the enemies surrounding the jammer and break the jammer in its three spots. Once the jammer is destroyed you will have to move on to the second jammer. Follow the frequencies but be careful at this second jammer. There will be 4 enemies waiting for you with guns. Take them out with Silent takedowns and stay out of sight. Once you dispatched all 4 destroy the second jammer. Finally there will be one more jammer. This one however is located inside the Subway. Follow the Bat Signal to the entrance of the Subway and head inside. Once inside, head towards the jammer. Once you get to where the jammer is located there will be 5 enemies all with guns. use the vantage points up ahead to sty out of sight and take them out one by one. Please note though that when you defeat one of these enemies even silently the others will be notified and come to see the body shortly after taking him down.
Once you get rid of all 5 enemies destroy the third jammer. Once the third jammer has been destroyed you will receive your trophy.
Last man standing This is a Story Related trophy.
This trophy is obtained after you have gotten inside the museum. Once inside you will find a police officer you must defend. He will then tell you that there are more offcers that need to be saved. Keep travelling through the museum until you get to a large stadium-like area. Once you get there you will be confronted by The Penguin. Once he is done talking you will be pit up against a numerous amount of foes. Defeat all of these foes to bring on the next set of enemies. This next set is a bit trickier. It will be a titan with a number of smaller enemies. Stun the Titan using the Ultra Stun combo (
) and then keep punching him and get on his back. Once on his back use the Titan to take out the enemies surrounding you. once they have been eliminated take out the Titan using the same method until you slam his head into the ground instead of getting on his back. Once him and the rest of the thugs around you are defeated you will be rewarded with this trophy.
Stop the unstoppable
This is a Story Related trophy.
Once you get to The Penguin in the Museum you should already have the device from Mr. Freeze's suit to stop him from using his weapons against you. Once you have that and are in the Iceberg Lounge, run and slide along the ground past the openings to stop yourself from getting hit with the freeze ray until you can get close enough to disable it. Keep running until you get to the opening with the bridge leading to Penguin. Go about halfway up and use the device to stop Freeze's gun. go up to him and hit him and this will trigger a cutscene.
Once the cutscene is over you will find yourself on the lower level of that room face to face with a Titan "Grundy" with wrecking balls on his arms. Keep running and jumping over the Grundy's attacks. Attacking him head on won't do anything but get you killed since he regenerates himself. Notice that there are three devices on the ground in which he draws health from? Use your explosive gel on each of these three mats to knock him down. Once he is knocked down, run up to him and let out a relentless beating.
Penguin will try to revive him again and will succeed. This time he is faster and hits harder. He also lets out these annoying little things that are on fire and crawl after you. Take those pesky things out with some quickthrow batarangs. Once you have an opening use the same method to knock him down as before but keep an eye on the ground when you go to explode the gel. The openings will open and close. You NEED to explode it while the cover is open to destroy it and damage the grundy. Once you destroy all three a second time he will fall again. Keep up on another relentless assault on the Grundy to finish him off again. Once the second round is over the trophy will sound.
* NOTE - There is more to the fight after the trophy pops but it pops after wave two. Wave three you use the same method to bring him down but watch for the shockwaves he produces. Attempt jumping over them when possible.
Lost And Found
Uncover the secret of Arkham City
This is a Story Related trophy.
For this trophy you will have to chase Ra's daughter through Arkham City to find her location. Follow her until you get to where the blood trail ends. From her the chase will actually be after her herself and not a trail. Follow her until you get to the part where you meet up with the Boy Wonder. Once you get here you will have the location to the hideout you need to get to. Follow the marker to the sewer's opposite entrance then you used last time. Navigate your way through the sewers until you get to the part where you are pit in a room against several armed guards who have a nurse captive. Take them out one by one but make sure the nurse doesn't catch a bullet in the head. Once they have been dispatched talk to the Nurse Wilson and save her. After saving her head all the way downstairs and through the door.
Once you have made your way through the door you will be face to face with a big steel door that says "Welcome to Wonder City". Open the doorways and continue straight through the tunnels until you get to a room where three blade wielding Ra's warriors attack you. Take care of the three of them and keep going. You will eventually get to a door that has been sealed for a long time and Batman starts thinking that there may be another way in. Once you get to that door the trophy will pop during the cutscene.
We are legion This is a Story Related trophy.
For this trophy you will have to locate the whereabouts of Ra'z Al Ghul's daughter Talia and the gang of ninjas by collecting information from the robots and gaining access through their secret hiding place. Once inside continue until you get to Talia. She will tell you to drink the Blood of Lazarus. Drink it and take Ra's' little challenge. The challenges are moderately easy and shouldn't give you any trouble. These are all basically gliding exercises. Once you get back to the Chamber of Demon's, meet up with Talia again, she will take you to Ra's. Once you confront him you will have to fight him. You will have to fight him twice and both fights will have three rounds to them.
The fight with Ra's starts off with you against a few enemies taking the form of Ra's. Take them all out and Ra's will always be the last one. Once he is taken care of he will head to the middle of the fighting area and surround himself in "statues" and have a giant sand version of himself behind him. Use
to attack him through the openings in the statues while maintaining a safe distance away from him to dodge attacks. The final part of this fight is simple bashing the
button to reverse his attacks until he is downed.
There will be another cutscene and it is time for round 2. This time however there will be tons more enemies at the start and more are blade wielders so be careful. Take them all out and the last one will be Ra's again. Please be ready to reverse moves as enemies will not hesitate to attack in groups and they all attack at the same time in a few parts. For the second round the only real difficult part is that the attacks are more abundant and the breaks in the statues are fewer. Use the same method again to take him down. part three is the exact same thing as before where you just have to mash the
button to reverse Ra's' attacks. Once Ra's has given up on this relentless onslaught you will have your chance to just start wailing the crap out of him by letting out a serious can of whoops ass. Once he is beaten down you will get another cutscene. While this cutscene is playing the trophy will pop up.
Hide And Seek
A deadly game of hide and seek
This is a Story Related trophy.
For this trophy you will have to take the blood of Ra's back to Mr. Freeze in the GCPD. Once you get in there Freeze will make the antidote but he wants to bargain with you. Batman is in no mood to bargain however. You will have to fight Mr. Freeze. To fight him you will need to do a series of takedowns on him so you can beat him down. The takedowns only work once however so here are a list of ways to take him down:
- Sneak up behind him and use a Silent Takedown.
- Wait for Freeze to step into the water with power cords laying in it and activate a switch on the wall to electrocute him.
- Use explosive gel on a breakable wall and have it break when Freeze walks by to stun him.
- hide in the grates and wait for Freeze to walk above you and use a takedown.
- Takedown from the second level to the first level.
- Use the disruptor on his suit and gun.
- Glide kick from the upper level while Freeze is on the lower level.
- Lure Freeze to one of the magnets and activate it.
- Diving through a window for a takedown.
- Drop down takedown through a piece of glass from second level to the first level.
Once you have taken him down and beat him util he has no more health a cutscene will play and you will receive your trophy.
Fight for survival
This is a Story Related trophy.
For this trophy you will have to gain access to the Steel MIll for a second time. You will have to use the back entrance because the entrance you used earlier is no longer accessible. Go around to the back and stay off the ground for now. Look for the snipers perched up above and take the two of them out first. Now focus on the ones that walk around down below. Use Silent Takedowns or dispose of them however you please (Sonic Batarang Exlosives work well here if you have it unlocked).
Once they are taken care of get rid of the two enemies guarding the back door. Once they are gone go inside. Once inside you will be shown how to quickfire your freeze spray. Take out the three miniscule enemies and continue on. Keep going until you find Harley hogtie and gagged. Ungag her and you will get a side mission. I recommend doing this side mission before anything else because I am not sure exactly how long it will be available and you get a new gadget which is needed for the collect and upgrade all gadgets trophy.
Once you are ready, head up to where the joker is. Once you get to him you will be attacked by him. You will have to fight back but the first time you knock Joker down he will call for help. The first time he calls for help is from a one armed big guy and a bunch of thugs. Work on taking the thugs out and knocking around Joker while staying away from the one armed man wielding the sledgehammer. After knocking him around a bit he will call for more help from a few more thugs and a titan. Use this to your advantage. Triple Cape stun the Titan and beat him down to jump on his back. Use him to knock out as many thugs as possible. Keep your focus on this Titan and take control of him once more and repeat. The third time you will not jump on his back but instead knock him out. Finish up the remaining thugs and then use your triple cape stun on the one armed guy wielding the sledge and beat him down until he is knocked out. Now it should just be you and the Joker. Knock him down again to trigger another cutscene. During this cutscene you will receive this trophy.
* Note - I highly recommend staying away from the tracks on the ground because train carts do in fact come rolling through and they do quite a bit of damage.
Don't look down
This is a Story Related trophy.
For this trophy you are going to have to exit the Steel Mill and find the helicopter with the access codes to enter the Wonder City Tower. After retrieving the codes, head inside and start your lengthy journey up the tower. The tower is really long as it is the highest building in the game. Once you get up to the top Mr Strange will be in a room and you will be put in a room full of enemies with guns. Outside the windows are gargoyles but be careful, the enemies will destroy those so don't count on those.
To take out everyone in the room safely, use the floor vents to take an enemy out, regular silent takedowns and takedowns where you hang from the outside banister and do a ledge takedown. Those are the best three takedown methods to dispatch the enemies.
Once the enemies are all dispatched head over to the room Hugo Strange is in. Open the door using your Cryptographic Sequencer to trigger a cutscene. After this cutscene you will receive this trophy.
Exit Stage Right
All the world is a stage This is a Story Related trophy.
This is the final story related trophy in the game. You will get this at the very end of the game for defeating the final boss when you go to encounter Joker who has Ra's' daughter captive. I don't want to ruin the end so i will be brief with my tips for the final boss.
The final boss is actually rather easy once you get the hang of dodging attacks. The Final boss has quite a few long ranged attacks as well as close ranged attacks. What you are going to want to do for this boss battle is simply keep dodging attacks either using
when it shows the danger icon above the Boss' head or just jumping to avoid some of the longer ranged attacks. The entire time you are going to want to keep throwing quickfire freebombs by double tapping
. Keep throwing those bombs until you freeze the enemy in place. Run up to him and beat him down to grab the sword from him. Attack him with the sword until he gets back up.
For the second round repeat the same process as the first time. He will have a couple new attacks but nothing you can't dodge fairly easily with
. Keep up the onslaught until you knock him down again. Beat him down and grab the sword again and take the Final Boss' life and bring it within an inch of ending. This will trigger a cutscene. There will be an environmental change and you will have to go to round 3.
In round three there will be enemies coming at you and the final boss will pop up and disappear. Keep bashing heads in until the Final boss pops up. Keep throwing those Freezebombs at him until he freezes. Take the Cure from him and this will trigger the final cutscene. The trophy will pop up after defeating the final boss.
Collect enough evidence to locate the gun for hire
This trophy is related to the Shot in the Dark Side Mission.
Mission Available: After visiting the Steel Mill for the first time.
For this trophy you will have to find a man on a roof near where the AR trainings were in the beginning of the game, on the outskirts of the Industrial District. Once you find the man he will get shot and this mission will begin.
Scan the area for the evidence and a line of sight will appear. Follow the line of sight to where the shot came from. When you get to the area in which the shot came from Batman will want to collect any evidence he can. Scan around and pick up any evidence until Batman has collected enough.
After some time Batman will catch word of another killing. Again follow your map to the approximate area of the body. The body can be found on the elevated piece of highway near the church. Once again scan the area and collect evidence and follow the line of fire to where the shot was taken from. Take out any guards in the area and scan where the shot came from for more clues.
After some more time passes a final body will appear. This body is located down the road west of the courthouse. Take out the surrounding enemies and scan the wall behind the body for evidence. Once you scan the wall follow the line of fire to the wall down the road a bit and scan for more evidence. Find out that the shot was a ricochet. Follow the next line of fire to the spot where the shot originated from. Once you get there and scan the area you will have one of three locations to choose from to find Deadshot. After scanning the area you will make a call to the Oracle. During this call you will receive this trophy.
Stop the contract operative
This is part of the Shot in the Dark quest.

Once you have your choice of three areas in which Deadshot can be hiding, head to the one at the very top of the map on the right side. This is the area you want to go to. Once there take out all of the guards that will try standing in your way but notice, they are all carrying guns. Once they are gone use detective mode to find the maintenance hatch on top of one of the roofs that you can rip off the wall. Once you rip it off you will notice that there is a PDA there. Use your Cryptographic Sequencer on the PDA to hack it. This PDA has Deadshot's hitlist. Once you get the information you will notice Deadshot will try assassinating Jack Ryder in three minutes. This means you have three minutes to get the Ryder in order to save him. Head to the spot on the map, this shouldn't take much more then a minute to get to. Drop down to where Ryder is and a small cutscene will play.
After the cutscene finishes you will be in cover behind a wall with Deadshot trying to find you. He will stay in the same spot and turn around to try finding you. Avoid letting his laser spot you because it WILL kill you in one shot. Wait for him to tur his back to you and head up towards the next piece of cover and wait again.Go all the way up til you are in front of the stage. STAY DUCKED HERE. Walk until you find the little passageway under the stage. Crawl into there and take him down from under the grate.
After he is taken down a cutscene will play, this is the end of the mission and where you will receive your trophy.
Track down the serial killer
This trophy is related to the Identity Theft side mission
Mission Availability: After the Museum part of the story.
This mission will appear once you get out of the subway the first time. You will be informed there has been a murder committed. Go to the murder scene and scan the body for evidence. There are two things to scan here so make sure you scan them both. After you have scanned the body follow the blood trail to a suspect and interrogate him. You will find out he was just a witness. He will claim it was Bruce Wayne who did the murder and dumped the body.
Let some time pass throughout the game and get ready to hunt down body number two. For this body head to the courthouse and look across the street to your left where you see the vantage points. Grapple up t the vantage point closest to the courtroom and swing your way to the one on the opposite side of that building 180 degrees away. The second body is located in an alley directly below this vantage point. Head down and if you can not scan this body come back later. When you can scan the body collect the fingerprints by scanning the knife and scan the bodies head. The fingerprints will come back as a match to Bruce Wayne.
Again, let some more time pass and get ready to locate body number 3. This body is in an alleyway directly south of the ACE Chem building. If you can not scan this body come back to it later when it lets you scan the body. Scan the body and the bleach on the floor. Follow the bleach trail to another suspect and interrogate him. He is nothing more then a man paid to dump off the body by a man he claims is Bruce Wayne. This man will be more then happy to give you the location to where "Bruce Wayne" is staying though.
Head to the identity thief's house and walk inside. Listen to the journal in the hallway and a cutscene will play showing Dr. Thomas Elliot having stole people's faces in order to create one that looks identical to Bruce Wayne's. Once the cutscene is over, find the console inside the room and use your Cryptographic Sequencer to open up the room. Batman will make a call to The Oracle and you will receive your trophy.
Reveal the mystery watcher
This trophy is related to the Watcher in the Winds side mission.
Mission Availability: After the Catwoman sequence. This mission will disappear late in the game so make sure you get the mission done ASAP.
There are five parts to this side mission and each part can only be obtained at certain parts in the game. You will basically have to find the Mysterious Watcher and scan clues he leaves in four locations to find the fifth location. Once you head to the fifth location you will have a chat with this Mysterious Watcher and doing so will complete the mission and award you this trophy.
Here is a list of where you can find the Mysterious Watcher and at what parts. Remember to throw a remote batarang at him though to obtain the Catch trophy.
Meeting place #1: After the Catwoman sequence he can be found on the rooftops directly across from the courthouse heading back towards the ACE building.
Meeting Place #2: After exiting the Steel Mill he can be found in the Industrial District hanging out on top of a set of three carts on a Ferris Wheel.
Meeting Place #3: After interrogating Mayor Sharp he can be found on a rooftop near the entrance to the subway in the Bowery section.
Meeting Place #4: After saving Vicki Vale he can be found on a rooftop to the west of the GCPD.
once you have all four clues scanned make the image as big as you can and you want the four outer circles to highlight all of teh spots you met this stranger. Once they are in or near position it will revel spot number five which is on the side of the Courthouse.
Answer the call for help
Mission Available: As soon as you control Batman.
While traveling around the city you will eventually get a distress call. This distress call is a distress flare signifying a new side mission. Go to the distress flare by going inside the building just below the GCPD Building. Once inside you will meet an old, err...ummm, "friend" I guess. He will ask you to help him. He requests that you take out 6 TITAN tanks scattered throughout the city. This is the start of the side mission "Fragile Alliance". Once the cutscene ends and you get control of Batman again this trophy will pop.
Destroy it all
This trophy is related to the "Fragile Alliance" side quest.
For information on how to find this quest please refer to the Distress Flare trophy.
Once you have talked to Bane it is time to find the Titan tanks. You won't be able to find all of the Titan tanks until you can have access to the Steel Mill for the second time but I suggest getting all the tanks as soon as you can while playing through the game when you get the final tank at the Steel Mill turn around and head back to Bane to turn in the mission before going through the Steel Mill for the second time as I am not sure if it gets locked out after the mill.
These tanks are in no particular order but is in the order I got them (They all show up on the map anyways):
Tank #1 - The first tank is found in the Bowery near the foundation of the Wonder Tower.
Tank #2 - Beneath Gotham in the subway. As you are traveling through the subway there will be three guards guarding this one.
Tank #3 - Inside the museum. You will cross this while traveling through the museum, just keep an eye out for it.
Tank #4 - Another one near the museum. Follow the icons on the map for this one since I dont remember its exact location.
Tank #5 - In the Industrial to the east of the Steel Mill.
Tank #6 - As soon as you enter the Steel Mill for the second time it will be right where you fight the three enemies as soon as you enter.
To blow up these tanks you will need to use your Explosive Gel. Once all six tanks have been blown up head back to Bane. When you get there you will inform him that all 6 tanks were taken out. Then the two of you will get ambushed. Fight alongside Bane to take out all of the enemies. Once they are all disposed of Bane will open the door to the Titan showing that he hasn't destroyed his share but instead is taking them. The cutscene will then show Bane trying to attack Batman but he counters this and locks him up. Destroy the 6 remaining tanks that Bane showed you to finish this side mission and receive the trophy.
Answer a ringing phone
This trophy is related to the Cold Call Killer side quest.
Mission Available: Right after the Catwoman/Two-Face part of the story.
For this trophy you will have to pick up a ringing phone. There is a ringing phone by the GCPD Building. Listen for the ringing telephone and activate your detective mode. The phone will show in the brownish color. While in detective mode you will be able to pic up the phone. Zsasz will be on the line. This will also start the "Cold Call Killer" side mission. Once you get done with your phone call the trophy will pop up.
Dial Z For Murder
Stop the phone booth killer
This trophy is rewarded for completing the Cold Call Killer Side Mission.
Once you have picked up your first ringing phone and received the Ring Ring trophy, this mission starts. To complete the mission you just need to travel around Arkham City and wait for a notification a phone near you is ringing. Use detective mode to locate the phone and get to it as fast as possible. Once you pick up the phone Zsasz will tell you that you must find the next ringing phone. Batman will automatically locate the next phone and a counter will appear at the top of the screen. The counter is how much time you have to get to the next phone. You usually get more then enough time but some times you may cut it pretty close. Either way, get to the next phone by using the marker at the top of the screen in the compass. Once you get near it, use detective mode again to locate the ringing phone. Once you locate it, answer it. Zsasz will start talking to you and you will have to endure his boring story while trying to track where the call is really coming from. To track his call use the left joystick to move the tracker to hover over the green circle that signifies Zsasz talking. Try to stay above this as long as possible to track him. The more you mess up the more phone calls you will have to answer down the road. You won't be able to track his whereabouts with one or two calls. This will take about 6-8 or more depending how good you are at staying over his green circle. Keep repeating this process throughout the game until you finally find his location.
Once you find his location head to the building and go inside. Head down the stairs and look up to your right. Use your grapple hook to pull down the grate and climb through the vents. There is only one way to go so I have high doubts you will get lost. Once out of the vents jump over to the platform ahead of you. next jump to the one ahead of you again. This time wait. Wait until the water level starts going down. Once it starts going down, run and slide under the piping to hang from the edge on the other side. Shimmy your way to the next platform and climb up before the water comes up. Turn to your left and jump over the spinning saw to the next platform. Here is the part where you need a zipline. Zipline straight ahead and then get ready to aim another zipline to your left before you hit the wall. Once you get over to the next platform head over to the glass ahead of you where Zsasz has the two prisoners. Take him out through the glass and it will activate a cutscene. once the cutscene is over you will be rewarded your trophy.
Stop the Clock
Time is running out
This trophy is related to the "The Tea Party" side mission
Mission Availability: After rescuing Vicki Vale
This is a short and easy mission. Go to the rooftops opposite the Courthouse and collect the Cure for Batman. Once you collect the cure you will go off into a dream. You will be in The Mad Hatters territory now. To complete this side mission you will have to simply beat down the Mad Hatter. You will be put in a fighting ring against numerous enemies who will keep coming. The Hatter makes an appearance every once in a while and Batman must attack him to make him disappear. Once he has disappeared he will appear again after a bit of time so keep bashing the heads in on the rest of the enemies while you wait. Keep going until you hit the Mad Hatter with a low that will knock him out. You will return to the Mad Hatter's tea table and rewarded this trophy after the fight.
Reunite the separated couple
This trophy is related to the Heart of Ice side mission.
Mission Availability: After saving Vicki Vale.
For this side mission all you have to do is find Nora, knock some heads and return to Freeze.
To find Nora, go to the shipping yard where the AR missions were in the beginning of the game. Along side the bridge is a ship in the water. Get on top of the ship and look towards the south east using detective mode to see a breakable wall out in the middle of the water. Use your Freeze Bomb to create a platform in the water for you to stand on.Once on it use your grapple hook on teh hook above the breakable wall to pull you up to it. Use your Explosive Gel to break through the wall.
Go through the door and into the vent above. Use your takedown on one of the armored guards so they won't hassle you as much. Clear out the room and Batman will notice Nora being held captive. Head out the door using your Cryptographic Sequencer and return to GCPD. You will have to go around back and grapple your way back into the building. Once inside, talk to Freeze to let him know Nora is safe. He will thank you and you will receive this trophy.
Complete all augmented reality training exercises When this mission is available
: Beginning of the game and end of the game.
These are the AR side missions that you will unlock while heading out to find The Joker after the exploding Clock Tower scene. The first 4 missions available come one after the other and teach you varies gliding techniques. Complete all four of these side missions and you will unlock 4 "advanced" AR missions located all through the city.
The advanced missions are a bit trickier but with a few attempts and some trial and error you shouldn't have too much troubles with these. After you complete the 4 "Advanced" AR missions (Which are nothing more then simply gliding around some more) the trophy will unlock.
- I recommend doing these missions as soon as they become available because once you head into the Steel Mill these Side Quests become unavailable until later in the game.

Collect all of Batman's gadgets and upgrades
Collecting the gadgets comes normal throughout the game and upgrading them is no different.
There are only two gadgets that do not get unlocked during the story mode and these are the Mine Detector gadget upgrade and the Freeze Blast Grenades. These are both obtained by completing the side missions "Remote Hideaway" and "Hot & Cold". The Remote Hideaway is a side mission available after it appears on your map from the Museum. once it appears go and knock in some thugs heads sitting outside the museum and knock on the door. You will be invited in and given the gadget upgrade. For the Hot & Cold side mission you will have to ungag Harley and speak to her in your second trip to the Steel Mill and head to the basement of the Steel Mill to collect the gadget.
You may or may not get enough XP throughout the normal course of the game depending on your combos and variations throughout the story. If you don't get enough XP throughout the normal story do not worry. You can either clean this up in Post game while going for any miscellaneous trophies you are missing OR in NG+.
As long as you receive those two gadgets from the side missions everything else will be given to you throughout story or upgraded by leveling up. Either way once you unlock your last upgrade whatever it may be you will receive this trophy.
Stop all assaults in Arkham City
This trophy is related to the Arkham Assault side mission.
Mission Availability: Most of the game
This mission will take you quite some time. As you travel through Arkham you will hear people screaming for help. These people are in trouble and need to be saved. They pop up randomly in different locations. Once an assault has been started you will get a point on the map in which you need to go to in order to save the victim. There are 15 victims to save in total as well as Zack Ryder for a grand total of 16.
Once you have saved all 16 people by beating up the bullies bullying them you will complete this side mission and receive this trophy.
Solve the first riddle
This trophy becomes available after you have already completed the mission where you must save the hostages in the Church/Medical Building fairly early in the game.
After some time has passed since you saved all of those medical persons in the church head back there and go inside. Once inside you will find that everyone has left and there will be a streaming video of Dr. E. Nigma (The Riddler) on the banner closest to you. The Riddler will inform you that he has captured the people and have them held hostage. To save them, Batman will need to answer riddles cluing him where to go to save the hostages. The first riddle given is "I am an instrument that always comes from the heart. What am I?".
The answer to this riddle is "An organ", so you must head straight back to the rear of the building and use detective mode to analyze the organ in the back. once you have scanned the organ you will receive the location to the first hostage and this trophy.
You will also be granted the ability to interrogate Riddler Informants all of Arkham City. Interrogating these guys will reveal the locations to the Riddler Trophies all over the map.
Rescue the first hostage from Riddler
For this trophy you will need to head to the Courthouse where the first hostage is being held captive. head inside to where you confronted Two-Face earlier and there will be a bunch of guards and a tied up police officer. Topple the guards and rescue the police officer. Once he is rescued you will be given the number 2-7-5 and 3-2-5. Batman will figure out easily that these are radio co-ordinates. Find the transmission from the Riddler using those co-ordinates when prompted and you will be given an Enigma Machine. Open it up to be given this clue: "If you know me, you'll want to share me, but if you share me, I'll be gone. What am I?".
The answer to this riddle is "A Secret". Plug the word Secret into the machine and accept the answer. Once you do you will be given the location to the next hostage. When you put the machine away you will contact Alfred to fill him in on the situation.
Head over to the next Hostage (This hostage does not count as the first). Once you get to the marker you will need to look at the giant brick wall with the question marks all over it. use detective mode to investigate this wall and break through. Once through you will be shown another hologram of The Riddler saying he has some challenges for you ahead.
Head towards the door and try to go through. It will be locked. Turn around and look up at the wall and you will see a giant question mark. Throw a batarang at it to unlock the door. Once inside you will notice that there is electricity running through the ground. To get the electricity to stop throw a batarang at the wall directly ahead of you. This will clear a path to your left. Follow the path until you cannot go any farther. If you notice the original question mark you just hit should be ahead of you still. Turn so that it is to your left. Now you will notice there are two more question marks on the walls ahead of you and to your right. Use your batarang to hit all three of the question marks from left to right and make a straight break until you cannot go any farther (You should be able to make it all the way to the elevator with a few seconds to spare but if you want to be cautious you can stop at any block with an orange glow around it). Once you get to the elevator hit the switch on the wall to your left while facing the door you came in. This will bring the elevator up and you can glide to the hostage. Help the hostage and you will be brought back outside with him. He will give you the code "6-2-5, 9-2-5" While you are trying to find that frequency this trophy will sound.
Rescue the second hostage from Riddler
This trophy is related to the Enigma Conundrum side mission
Once you have obtained the code "6-2-5, 9-2-5" from the previous hostage in the room with the electric floor you will have to have obtained at least 80 of the Riddler's collectibles in order to listen to the transmission and receive the location for the next hostage. Once you have 80 collectibles, listen to the broadcast and answer the riddle using the Enigma Machine to learn the location of the next hostage. The riddle given for this one is "The more there is, the less you see. What am I?". The answer is Darkness.
Head to the building in the Amusement Mile district. Look for the brick wall with the giant question mark on it, search it and break through the wall. Head inside and jump down to the lower platform and stand on the pressure plate to lift the curtain. The Riddler wants to play a game. He simply requests that you follow which bell the hostage is under and choose the right one at the end. Nothing more then just following the correct bell, right? WRONG! The Riddler isn't playing fair. While the bells move the hostage isn't even under any and won't be for a few seconds after the bells settle out. To pick the correct bell use your detective mode after the bells have settled to see the hostage being raised into a random bell. Once you know which one he is under, throw a batarang at the question mark under the bell. Once you have guessed correctly you will have to jump across the gap and untie the hostage. After saving officer North he will give you the code "860, 120". After that cutscene Batman will take out the Cryptographic Sequencer and you will receive your trophy.
Rescue the third hostage from Riddler
This trophy is related to the Enigma Conundrum side mission
Once you have obtained the code "860, 120" from the previous hostage in the room with the bells switching around you will have to have obtained at least 160 of the Riddler's collectibles in order to listen to the transmission and receive the location for the next hostage. Once you have 160 collectibles, listen to the broadcast and answer the riddle using the Enigma Machine to learn the location of the next hostage. The riddle's answer for this one is "Penny".
Once you have gotten the location, head to the Industrial District and go to the opposite side of the building north of the ferris wheel. Find the brick wall with the question mark on it and examine it to break through. Go through the doors and listen to the Riddler's nonsense. Use a freeze blast on the water to create an ice platform and pull yourself to the opposite side of the water using your grapple hook. Once across use detective mode and shoot your REC at the engines above to move the generator all the way left. Use a remote batarang to hit the left question mark. Now move the generator to the far right and use a regular batarang to hit the question mark on the right. This will disable the electricity to your left. Use your Line Launcher to launch into the spinning blades hallway and get ready to zipline to your right through another set of spinning blades. Once inside this final room use your REC on the engine to your right with
while facing the pressure pad. This will grab the block into the air. Now while the block is still in the air use the REC on the engine to your left using
to pull it to your left and over the gate. Now use the REC on the same engine but this time use
to push the block back to the center. Finally use the REC on the middle engine using
to push the block onto the pressure pad. Go into the room and save the hostage.
The hostage will give you the numbers "6-0-6 by 1-2-0" and you will pull out your Cryptographic Sequencer. During this time you will receive this trophy.
Rescue the fourth hostage from Riddler
This trophy is related to the Enigma Conundrum side mission
Once you have obtained the code "6-0-6 by 1-2-0" from the previous hostage in the room with the electric floor you will have to have obtained at least 240 of the Riddler's collectibles in order to listen to the transmission and receive the location for the next hostage. Once you have 240 collectibles, listen to the broadcast and answer the riddle using the Enigma Machine to learn the location of the next hostage. The riddle given for this one is "I'll be under your feet, in the midday sun, you cannot lose me, no matter how fast you run. What am I?". The answer is Shadow.
Once you have gotten the location, head to the Industrial District and look for the brick wall with the question mark on it in an alley. Examine the door and break through it. Go inside and hack the terminal right next to the door to reveal a path on the floor. Run to the next safe spot and throw a batarang at the question mark on the wall to the right. This will open up another path. Run across and jump up onto the upper platforms where the question mark was, keep going until you get to the next safe spot up above before jumping. Turn around and hit the question mark again with a batarang and when the coast is clear jump over and get to the next safe block. Once the roller has passed you and is on the bottom level use your zipline to zip to the opening in the upper left hand corner of the far wall. Turn left inside and use detective mode to find a breakable wall. Break through it and use the REC to pull the block towards you. Once it is as far towards you as it can go use a Remote Batarang to go up over the gate and hit the question mark with it to disable the security wall. Go through and hit the pressure plate to open up a hole in the wall to your right. Use your zipline to start zipping towards the far wall but get ready to launch another zipline mid zip. Zip the second zipline straight at the guard. Batman will grab him and bring him out of the room by crashing through the far window.
Once outside the hostage will give you the number "1-1-5, 7-8-0". Once you get those numbers Batman will take out his Sequencer and you will receive this trophy.
Rescue the fifth hostage from Riddler
This trophy is related to the Enigma Conundrum side mission
Once you have obtained the code "1-1-5, 7-8-0" from the previous hostage in the room with the electric floor you will have to have obtained at least 320 of the Riddler's collectibles in order to listen to the transmission and receive the location for the next hostage. Once you have 320 collectibles, listen to the broadcast and answer the riddle using the Enigma Machine to learn the location of the next hostage. The riddle given for this one is "Hit me hard and I will crack but you'll never stop me from staring back. What am I?". The answer is Mirror.
Once you have gotten the location of the Riddler's next hideout head there in the Amusement Mile. Head to that point and look for the brick wall with the giant question mark on it. Examine it and break through. Go through the doors and see the hostage. Head right under the gate and continue down the hall and make a left. Look up using detective mode and use your REC to raise the spikes. Quickly run and slide through that gate and under another crushing set of spikes before the set you rose fall down on you, but realize that you will have to slide far enough to clear the gate on the other side of the spikes so don't slide too too early. Head left and stand on the four non electrified platforms. Use your batarangs to hit the question marks hanging from the ceiling as they light up. Once the floor is de-electrified head across. In the following area look to the left of the doorway. Use the REC to push the blocks on the other side of the gate away towards the breakable wall. Now use your Remote Batarang to hit the question marks on the other side of the gate by going over it. Head straight through the hallway and climb up the ladder. Use your zipline to zip across the next hallway and then be ready to zip again during your zip through the circular hallway of rotating spikes. Use your Cryptographic Sequencer on the panel at the hallway. Now zip back to where the gate got disabled and head up through. In this part, use the zipline to go the the upper far platform. Use your REC on the engine on the ground where you just zipped up from to push the blocks above up and then down to break through the breakable wall. Now send them flying towards you to break the wall under the platform you are standing on. Now glide of to the cage on the far side of the wall and glide back off the cage into the hole you just created with the crates. Use your zipline to head straight across the next hallway but don't land on the red platforms below, instead zip down the next hallway on the left at the end of the tunnel. As soon as you zipline left climb up on top of the zipline and head towards the middle where you can glide to the hostage.
Rescue the hostage to find out Riddler never gave any codes to the hostage for what radio frequency to use. One that conversation ends you will make a quick call to the Oracle. This is when you will receive your trophy.
Rescue all the hostages from Riddler
This trophy is related to the Enigma Conundrum side mission
We left off with the last hostage having no clues on where to send you next and now you have to wait on the Oracle to come up with some. Once you have collected 400 Riddler collectibles the Oracle will call you with a location for you to check out. The location is near the back museum entrance where all of the guards are stationed. Go there and drop down off the ledge into the empty gully below. Zipline back up to the top of that tower protruding from the gully so you can dive bomb down and pull up to make it over the electric fence. There will be a door on the left hand side of the tunnel once you are over the electric fence, head inside. Go in and turn to the left and look up. Zipline up and remove the grate cover and head through the grate. Drop down and follow the path of the guards. DO NOT step in the green light or they will explode. Follow behind them but give them space. You are aiming to get to the set of people walking right below the Riddler. Use detective mode while walking around this set of enemies because you will get to a piece of the floor Riddler is standing on is a breakaway floor. Once you get under it you will have the option to use a takedown. Perform the takedown on the Riddler.
Once you take him down you will get another cutscene. After the cutscene the side mission will complete and you will receive your trophy.

Smoke Detector - Simply go near a guard and let him notice you are there. He will start shooting at you instantly. Drop a Smoke Pellet but make sure they are inside the smoke. Use a Silent Takedown to earn this medal.
Mind Your Head - Simply use a quickthrow batarang on an enemy you are standing right behind and follow it up with a Ground Pound Takedown.
Shock Tactics - This is the most difficult part of this challenge and this one s simple also. Simply wait until two guards are next to each other. Once they are walking together use your REC to quickfire at one of the two. This will send the other one into a panic.
Blast Zone - Simply use your Explosive Gel to take an enemy out using a wall, however be careful, there are only two blastable walls on this map.
Knockout Smash - Simply creep up behind an enemy and initiate a Silent Takedown, during the Silent Takedown press
to knock out the enemy faster. Be careful though because this will alert guards nearby.
Window Pain - This one is rather simple, just crouch behind and intact windows and wait for an enemy to walk past the window close enough to activate a Takedown. If you are running into trouble getting an enemy close enough to a window, use a Sonic Batarang and throw it at the base of a window and stand behind it and wait.
Weapon Jam - Use your Disruptor on an enemy, let them see you, then knock them out. Simply isolate a single enemy and use your disruptor. This will make it so he can't detect you, now take him out in whatever fashion you feel fit.
Aerial Assault - Glide Kick an enemy and use a Ground Pound. Simply locate an enemy that doesn't have any other enemies near him and use your Glide Kick from a vantage point. Then follow it up with a Ground Pound.
Friends Fly Free - Simultaneously pull two enemies over a ledge with a Double Ledge Takedown. This is best done as the first move since perched on top of the main walkway up top (the little bridge) will be two enemies just waiting near the edge closest to you. If you don't get these enemies before they flee it becomes rather difficult to line two up just right again.
End of the Line
Kick Off - Use the Line Launcher to kick an enemy off an edge to knock him out. This one requires a bit of patience. Wait for an enemy to be going around the walkway up top while you wait on a train car. When the enemy is heading up the stairs near the bottom or on the train car use your Line Launcher to cross paths with him. If done at the right place Batman will kick the enemy off the train and it will knock him out.
Scare Tactics - Appear out of nowhere to surprise an enemy. This one is best saved for the last henchman. Once everyone else is walking around head up to a vantage point and wait til the enemy is somewhat near you. Use your Batarang to hit the ground a few feet from the enemy, this will make them jump and get them startled. While they are still startled simply glide down by them and they will cower.
Freeze Frame - Use your Freeze Blast on an enemy and take him out. This is the easy one. Just freeze an enemy and go up to them and use your Freeze Smash Takedown.
Grate Moves - Perform a takedown from within a grate. Along the downstairs area there are some grates. Enemies usually walk over them quite frequently. Head under a grate and wait for the right time to attack.
Fall Guy - Use the batclaw to pull an enemy off a walkway. Head to the top platform all the way upstairs by the elevator and aim your batclaw at someone near an edge on the level that is slightly lower then you. This will yank them over the edge.
Breaking and Entering - Perform a takedown through a breakable wall. At the bottom near the grates are a few breakable walls. Use a Sonic Batarang and throw it at the bottom of one of these walls. Now head behind the wall and wait for a henchman to come investigate it. Wait for the
Takedown to appear on the screen to take out the enemy.
Top of the World
Fire Hazard - Use a batarang on a fire extinguisher to create smoke, then take them out while they are in the smoke. Start off the map by throwing a Sonic Batarang near the Fire extinguisher in the center of the bottom floor near the inside wall. Then once an enemy is close enough throw a btarang at the fire extinguisher to release the smoke disorienting the enemy. Go up to him and use a Silent Takedown.
Confiscation Weapon - Use the Batclaw to take an enemies weapon from their hands and take them out. For this one simply use your Batclaw Slam on any enemy except the one strapped in explosive mines.
Mined Your Step - Detonate a Mine while an enemy is walking over it. Use your disruptor on a mine that was literally just placed by the henchman with the proximity mines on him.
Meltdown Mayhem (Extreme)
Armor Piercing - Take down the armored henchman first. The armored henchman is located directly across from you on the other side of the room right behind the sniper. Take him out before anyone else.
Bringing Down the Roof - Explode a weak ceiling to knock out a henchman. I only seen one explodable ceiling and that one is in the room opposite to where you start from on the right hand side of the sniper, down those stairs. Head inside and use detective mode to look up and see the breakaway ceiling. Go through the vent on the floor and zipline up from there on your left and set some Explosive Gel. Go back down and throw a Sonic Batarang under breakaway ceiling and head back into the grate for cover. Once he is standing under the ceiling let 'em rip.
Venting Anger - Perform a takedown through a vent cover. There are several vent covers but I recommend using the ones upstairs by the room with the explosive walls. Just sit on the opposite side of a grate and when an enemy gets close enough take them down with
Police Brutality (Extreme)
Don't Touch That Dial - Leave the Jammer Pack enemy for last. Simply use Detective Mode to locate the Jammer Henchman and take everyone out before him.
Feet First - While on a ledge above an enemy use your Reversal Ledge Takedown. For this one simply throw a Sonic Batarang below a ledge and stand on the ground above the henchman and when
presents itself for a Silent Takedown, press
Smash and Grab - Perform an Inverted Takedown from a vantage point through glass. The only vantage point that you can do an inverted takedown through a glass is the one to the right of the starting point. Head there first and perform your takedown.
Natural Selection (Extreme)
Boom Box - Use explosive Gel on an enemy getting a gun from the gun crate. Use the video below to see how to set this one up. You will need your Explosive Gel and a Sonic Batarang.
Chaos Theory - Perform an inverted takedown on an enemy wearing thermal goggles. This one is simple. Just crouch on a gargoyle above and wait until one of the henchmen with goggles on gets under you. Take him out with
. These guys are easy to spot as when you are in detective mode the goggles protrude quite a distance from their face.
Deep Impact - Use the shockwave attack on two or more enemies. For this one you should take out an enemy at the bottom floor and zipline up to a gargoyle. Once the enemies start to crowd around the enemy you took out to see what happened, glide down and hold
and once you hit the ground press
. When you are divebombing down make sure you try to get right between two people to get the most distance on your shockwave.
End of the Line (Extreme)
Perpetual Motion - Shoot an armored henchman with the REC and send him over an edge to knock him out. I strongly advise watching the video and taking out one enemy to get this and What Goes Up at the same time.
What Goes Up - When an enemy climbs a ladder knock him back down. You can do this with the REC on an armored henchman to get this and Perpetual Motion at the same time. If not then simply use your Explosive Gel and detonate it once an enemy climbs the ladder.
Don't Touch That Dial - leave the Jammer henchman for last. Use detective mode to locate the henchman wearing the jammer. If he is on the ground floor you can use your REC to temporarily down his jammer. Simply defeat this henchman last for this medal.
Lost City (Extreme)
Bullet Proof - Take down all enemies without getting hit. For this I recommend attacking all enemies from a distance using your Remote Batarangs to knock enemies off ledges. You can use your Sonic Batarangs
Switch Hitter - Kick one enemy while using the line launcher and use it again to kick another. While there are only two enemies on the top row I recommend freezing one and getting behind the other. Zipline into the first enemy and start another zipline heading towards the enemy you froze first.
High Speed Impact - Use a boosted Remote Batarang to knock a henchman over an edge. For this one just boost a remote batarang at an enemy who is near an edge. Try hitting him in his torso so it yanks him. Also try going from a downward angle to give him some lift to get over the banister.
Top of the Line (Extreme)
Fists of Fury - Take down an enemy using a Beat Down.
Human Cannonball - Shoot an armored enemy into another enemy using the REC.
Cold War - use the Freeze Grenade to freeze 3 or more enemies.

These challenges are a bit on the ridiculous side. The point of these challenges is that they take a total of three challenges from the Ranked Challenges and combine them into a set. There are a total of 12 challenge sets you must complete. Each challenge set has 3 random challenges in them and each of those three have 3 medals that can be obtained. You only get three retries, meaning you have three restarts due to either death or not scoring high enough in a particular challenge in the set.
Each challenge set has a set of different modifiers that you must use over the course of all three challenges at your will, however you MUST use all of the modifiers over the course of the Challenge.
You will have to score a perfect 9/9 medals on each challenge in order to obtain this trophy. This will undoubtedly be harder to obtain then the Gold Revenge trophy.
I will try to update this trophy with as many tips as I can as I play through and complete the challenges.
Campaign Challenge #1 - Search and Destroy
For this challenge you must obtain all three medals in the Meltdown to Mayhem and Police Brutality Predator Missions and Blind Justice Combat Mission. The modifiers in this one include "Time Limit" (Adds a time limit to complete the challenge, 1 and 1/2 minutes), "Protective Aura" (Makes one enemy on the map invincible. Invincibility randomly jumps from enemy to enemy), and "Replenish Health" (Replenishes health over time).
I recommend using all three modifiers on the very first Predator Mission to get them all out of the way. The only one you will need to watch out for it Protective Aura one, be careful you aren't attempting to take this enemy out while completing one of the three challenges.
Campaign Challenge #2 - Street Justice
For this challenge you must obtain all three medals in the Rooftop Rumble and Survival of the Fittest Combat challenges and Natural Selection Predator Mission. The modifiers in this one include "Decreased Health" (Starts the challenge with decreased health), "One Hand Tied" (In Combat the counter display isn't shown and in Predator you cannot use Silent takedowns from behind), and "Takedown Projectiles" (Upgrades quickfire weapons to be 1 hit K.O.s)
Campaign Challenge #3 - Offensie Maneuvers
For this challenge you must obtain all three medals in the Funhouse Brawl and Hell's Gate Combat challenges and the End of the Line Predator Mission. The modifiers in this one include "Danger Zones" (In Combat gun racks are available and Predator the environment has boobytraps), "Scattered weapons" (In combat enemies will pick up and throw objects at you and Predator has proximity Mines around), "Replenishing Health" (Refills health over time), and "Free Medal" (Obtain a free medal if the three challenge requirements are not met).
Campaign Challenge #4 - City Invader

Flawless Freeflow Fighter 2.0
Complete one combat challenge without taking damage (any character)
This trophy can become a pain real fast if you get hit by an enemy that is clearly far enough away from you to come close to hitting you but hits you anyways. The better you are doing in these challenges the tougher they will be, mostly because most people become antsy and nervous when they are doing well towards getting a trophy they are working at.
The best place to try attempting this one is in the Blind Justice Challenge Map because there aren't any weapon related enemies that could screw you up and hit you. In order to get the trophy you will have to go without taking damage not only 1 round but all four and receive the Flawless Freeflow 5000 point bonus at the end of Round 4. I recommend not trying to go for this trophy in conjunction with any other trophies, nor should you be worrying about getting three medals during this trophy. Your sole focus should be to not get hit, that simple.
Now there are two ways you can go about this. One way is to rush in like a madman and just start knocking people out and blocking every fist that comes at you but I wouldn't really recommend this to those who aren't adept to blocking enemy attacks with precision. However, if you are going to use this attempt then simply make sure you use as many takedowns as you can throughout the challenge to get rid of enemies as fast as you can, thus preventing the chance of taking a hit.
The safer way you can go about this is to simply evade a LOT. Use
to jump over enemy heads and throw in a hit or so and jump again when you either see someone starting to wind up a hit or when you just feel you stayed in that one spot too long.
Either way is fine it just depends on your fighting style in this game. As long as you don't overthink the trophy and are willing to give it a few trial and error goes then you shouldn't have much trouble with this one at all.

Complete New Game Plus
For this trophy you are going to need to complete the entire game a second time on NG+.
New game + is set on an "Extreme" Difficulty setting no matter what difficulty you played the game on previously.
The main difference in this playthrough is that hits will hurt more and incoming hits wont be indicated by the counter indicator.
The upper hand is that you will start the game with all of your upgrades and the knowledge of how to beat the game so this shouldn't be all too much difficult.
Once you complete the game again you will receive this trophy.
Gotham Base Jumper
Jump off the tallest building in Arkham City and glide for 1 minute without touching the ground.
The highest building in the game is obviously the Wonder City Tower.
In order to obtain this trophy you will either have to ahve beaten the game or get to the part near the end of the game where you can access this area. If you have already beaten the game then you should be very familiar with how to climb the tower but if not you will need to figure it out. Once you get to a certain part that you will notice in the follow video (It is the part after the elevator gets jammed but before you get to the very top). Use Powerpyx's method to attaining this trophy due to the fact that just gliding down normally will not net you this trophy because you wind up grappling back up before the time limit.
Powerpyx's method is to fly straight out heading out of the restricted area. The game will automatically turn Batman around heading back towards the tower. Turn yourself back around and head back out of the restricted zone so that the game turns you back around. Keep repeating this procees until you receive the trophy.

The legitimate method to attaining this trophy is to jump off the point that Powerpyx jumped off and use the method of Diving down and pulling yourself back up to attain height again as shown in the AR trainings side missions. Either way will work fine and attain you the trophy, however Powerpyx's methid is easier and works for everyone and not just those who are good at Batman's gliding moves.
Pay Your Respects
A moment of remembrance
This is another simple trophy. All you have to do is find the crime scene of your parent's murder. At the crime scene there will be two outlined chalk drawings of Bruce's parents. There will also be a bouquet of flowers and a rose. Go near the rose and opt to pay your respects. Simply drop the controller and let Batman do his thing until the trophy pops. The spot in which you will be paying your respects is located near the Church in Park City. Use the following video in the spoiler to help you locate the spot.
Have 12 murderous dates with Calendar Man
The Calendar Man is located in the Courthouse where you met Two-Face in the beginning of the game. Head to the acid pit where you first met Caatwoman and Two-Face and head through the door on the right hand side of the room. Go down the stairs to your immediate right and into the basment. Make a right and look to your left and behind the glass is the Calendar Man talking about dates of the year. Calendar Man wants to speak to you on specific dates in each month. If you look to the right from where his cell is you will notice a big calendar and on this calendar certain dates are circled.
The Calendar Man wishes to speak with you on the following dates:
January 1st - New Years Day
February 14th - Valentine's Day
March 17th - St. Patrick's Day
April 1st - April Fool's Day
May 8th - Mother's Day
June 19th - Father's Day
July 4th - Independence Day
August 16th - No specific Holiday
September 5th - Labor Day
October 31st - Halloween
November 24th - Thanksgiving
December 25th - Christmas
You can change the date on your PS3 for it to count towards this trophy. The best method for doing this is to head in to see the Calendar Manwhile your PS3 is set to 1/1 (January 1st). Talk to him and head back OUT OF THE BUILDING (This will ensure the game saves). Quit the game and change the date. Load up the game and head back into the Calendar Man. Repeat this process until you have gone through each of the dates (Once you complete that date's meeting it will get crossed off the calendar to your right).
This does NOT need to be done in one sitting but can very easily be done in one sitting if you wish. Just make sure to check in on the calendar near him if you do not wish to do this in one shot so you know which dates you still need to meet up with him on.
* NOTE - Depending on the year you are using on your PS3 will depend on certain dates that always change such as Mother's Day and Father's Day. Please keep an eye on The Calendar Man's calendar to the right of his cell to determine which date you need depending on the year. For myself these were the dates given when using the year 2011.
Find someone to play remote Batarang catch with This trophy is missable.
This trophy is missable because there seems to only be one person able to capture one of Batman's Remote Controller Batarangs. This gentleman is called the Mysterious Watcher. He is located on a perch opposite Courthouse and can first be located after saving Catwoman. I recommend doig this AS SOON as you finish the Catwoman sequence in the beginning of the game because he is always sitting on top of that building awaiting you. If you neglect doing it right away then he may not be there for a while. If you didn't talk to this man yet (He starts the mission "Watcher in the Wings" the mission where you must examine carvings in the floor he leaves each of the four times you encounter him) and he is not at that spot, then just travel around a bit, he will make his way back there. If you already spoken to him and examined his marking then you must locate him again and attempt this again. If you have already completed his quest then you have missed the trophy.
To get the trophy, hold down and right on the D-Pad to activate your remote batarang. Simply throw it and steer it right at the Mysterious Watcher and hit him with it. Try aiming for his chest to make sure you hit him. Once the batarang makes contact with him he will catch it. Wait a few moments and the trophy will sound.

Complete a combo of 50 moves (any play mode, any character)
This trophy can become rather difficult to accomplish if you are attempting to attain it in story mode because there are few spots that have enough enemies to come even close to obtaining this multiplier. This will more then likely become a trophy you attain while trying to attempt to go for the Perfect Freeflow 2.0
trophy. The task is self explanatory, you must accomplish a combo of 50 hits using any or all of Batman's combat moves.
If you however are simply aiming to get this trophy and this trophy alone then I recommend going for it on the Combat Challenge "Survival of the Fittest" during Round #4. There are few guards that wield knives (however there are a few so keep your eyes peeled) and the only other worries are being able to use the reverse move when you need it and the thugs that take out the fire extinguishers. If one of them blows it becomes rather difficult to fend yourself of the enemies as they will be swinging around wildly and may hit you without you even realizing they are within reach so try to remove of them as fast as you can. This method works best with the Critical Hit upgrade and the Freeflow Focus upgrades. The best method for this is to just punch, evade, and counter when necessary.
You are going to want to simply get your combo up to 12 without using and takedown techniques to enter into Freeflow Focus mode. This will slow the enemies down quite a bit making it harder for them to hit you with their punches and whatnot. If you can enter Freeflow Focus and not lose it you should be set with getting the 50 combo you need without having too many worries about losing your combo. This may take you several tries but it isn't nearly as difficult as you would imagine. I also recommend not using any sort of takedowns because you will need as many possible enemies as you can in order to obtain this high of a combo.
If you are regularly good at Batman's Freeflow system then this trophy shouldn't be any more then a Story Related type of trophy for the Combat Challenge arena. As soon as you reach Combo 50 you will receive your trophy.

Perfect Freeflow 2.0
Perform a perfect combo including all of Batman's combat moves (any play mode)
Alright, so I am not going to lie, this trophy flat out sucks.
For this trophy you will need to incorporate EVERY one of Batman's combat moves in a single combo. At the end of the round you are going for this trophy, should get a combo of x12 as your Perfect Freeflow Bonus.
The Combat Moves i which you NEED to perform are as follows:
1. Basic Punch -
2. Cape Stun -
(Must be done as its own move and not part of a Beat Down, Aerial Combo, or Ultimate Cape Stun)
3. Reversal -
4. Ultimate Cap Stun -
5. Batclaw Takedown -
6. Aerial Attack -
7. Ground Pound -
(While an enemy is on the ground)
8. Evade -
while aiming towards an enemy
9. Special Combo Bat Swarm -
10. Special Combo Takedown -
11. Special Combo Disarm and Destroy -
(The enemy MUST have a weapon or it will count as a Special Combo Takedown)
12. Special Combo Multi Ground Takedown -
(There must be enemies on the ground and you must take at least one out for this to count)
13. Beat Down Finisher -
repeatedly until enemy is finished
You MUST use all 13 of those moves (However I am not sure if you need both Cap Stun AND Ultimate Cap Stun) in one combo in any order you choose.
BUT PLEASE NOTE
- You MUST do a Cape stun separate from ANY other moves for it to recognize it as simply being a cape stun, YOU MUST perform a Disarm and Destroy on an enemy weilding either a blade, sledgehammer, or environmental weapon, AND you MUST take out at least one enemy for the Multi Ground Takedown to register
The best method I found was to simply start a round using your Batclaw Finisher since that one is one of the more difficult ones to pull off but is easiest to use to start the combo, then use basic strikes and counter until you can use a special move. Choose one of the four special moves and perform it. Next Cap stun any enemy and then jump over another enemy. beat enemies some more until you get your next special, do one of the three remaining ones. Continue using basic moves until you have completed all four of the special takedowns. Now you are almost there. Beat some enemies so you can make a run at trying for an Aerial Combo. Once that one is done, try to seclude one enemy and go for the Beat Down finisher (NOTE - You MAY block any hits attempted to be made at you as long as after the reversal you immediately go back to beating down the other guy and it will still count the Beat Down Finisher once he is done). Now you should only have two more moves left until you complete the requirements and those are Ultimate Cape stun and Ground Pound. Ground Pounds are difficult to pull off since you usually wind up getting hit while jumping through the air or are about to punch the enemy so if you save this for last then if you get hit after making contact you will still get the trophy. But to perform these last two moves I recommend doing them together. Seclude an enemy and Ultimate Cape Stun them to knock them down to the ground and immediately aim towards them and go for the Ground Pound, unless of course an enemy is about to hit you which happens a lot, which in this case you would need to just set up another enemy for a Ground Pound.
Either way this will most certainly not come on your first attempt and you will need to find a routine which works best for you. This was just my method of attaining this trophy because I tried to piece them so I wouldn't forget (Example: All basic moves then all special combos, then all advanced combat moves).
Once you have completed all the moves in one go you will receive the trophy, you do NOT have to wait until the end of the round.

Use 5 different Quickfire gadgets in one fight (any play mode)
You can not unlock this trophy until you have unlocked and purchased the upgrade "Freeze Proximity Mine".
To unlock this trophy you need to perform and make contact with all 5 of Batman's quickfire gadgets in one fight. This does not all need to be done in one combo. But it must all be done before thr group of enemies you are fighting are completely finished.
Here is a list of all 5 quickfire moves you must perform:
Quickfire Freeze Proximity Mine - Double tap
Quickfire Batarang - Double tap
Quickfire Batclaw -
Quickfire Explosive Gel -
Quickfire REC -
Perform all 5 of these moves in one fight and you will obtain the trophy. The Explosive Gel MUST go off hitting an enemy.
Perfect Knight - Day 2
Complete every challenge in Arkham City - Main Story, Side Missions, Upgrades, Collectables, New Game Plus and Riddlers Revenge (as Batman)
There are a few things that you are going to need to do to attain this trophy. All of these things will need to be done in a single playthrough on a single save file
Here is a list of what needs to be done:
- Complete the game on either Hard or Normal mode.
- Complete all side missions to 100% throughout your Hard/Normal playthrough.
- Collect all 400 Riddler Challenges for Batman throughout the campaign.
- Obtain all Gadgets AND Upgrades
- Earn all 72 Medals in Ranked Challenges
- Earn all 108 Medals in Campaigns (Campaign Challenges in the Riddler's Revenge section).
- Complete New Game+
- Complete ALL Side Missions in New Game+
Once you have successfully completed all 8 requirements the trophy will unlock.
