Receive a vote of at least 4-stars on any of your uploaded Trials
This will be hard to receive legitimately, as unless your trial is one of the "Quick Medals" variety, it'll likely be ignored. If in the likely case you don't receive any sort of rating, have a friend play and rate one of your trials. You can check your average ratings and the number of plays your trials have received from the Trials of St. Lucia main menu or by checking you Hero card with

Rate Any 100 Trials

Rate Any 100 Trials
This will take a while, but if you do
Play Me! and
Well Played legitimately, you should have plenty of opportunity for this.
Any time you finish playing a trial (whether failed or completed), you're given the opportunity to rate a trial. Rate every trial you play - which is something you should do anyway, to help filter out the crap. Please remember that you can't give zero stars to a trial; you must rate everything at least one star in order for it to count. the trophy will unlock once you've rated one hundred different trials.

Earn 100 Bronze Medals and 75 Silver Medals Playing Community Trials

Earn 100 Bronze Medals and 75 Silver Medals Playing Community Trials
You'll need to earn 100 bronze medals and 75 silver medals. Please note these must be community trials and not EA trials, and that a medal only unlocks when you complete a trial in its entirety. This will be long process and I suggest you look for the shorter trials. You can check the length and game modes present in a trial by pressing
. Also remember that two-player trials do in fact count toward this, so have some fun and play with a friend.
If you want to do it the fast way, I suggest using the fast medal trials created by Vulphine. While there are many different trials you could play, Vulphine's are always well crafted and fast. This method shouldn't take you more than an hour.

It's in the Trial
Beat 25 different single player and 15 different two-player EA trials

Beat 25 different single player and 15 different two-player EA trials
You'll need to complete 25 of the single player and 15 of the two-player trials posted by the Dante's Inferno development team. You can keep track of which trials you've played by checking the completion stats that appear when you scroll over one.
Obviously the bronze and silver challenges are going to be easiest, and there are very few players that host games waiting, so I suggest you find a dedicated partner to do the two-player ones with. That way you can adapt to each others' playing styles and learn who is better with which character.

Earn a Player Score of 250,000

Earn a Player Score of 250,000
Earn 250,000 aggregate points from all your completed trials. This will easily come to you while going for all the other trophies, especially when playing Gold or Platinum trials. Remember that you must actually complete a trial to earn its points, and that completing the same trial multiple times awards you bonus points at certain mileposts (ie, complete said trial five times, ten times, twenty-five times, etc.).
