first of all let me congratulate you for the nice and detailed guide. i have a quick question, i am playing the game on Nephilim to get SSS, if while i am playing i dont get SSS on a mission, and continue playing the game normally, once i finish the game, if i go back to that particular mission where i did not get the SSS, and play it again (ofcourse on Nephilim), will i still be able to get the trophy or if i dont get SSS on a mission i have to do restart mission until i get it?

    thanks alot

Yes you can play through the game casually until you are ready for your SSS run.

Go to Mission Select and choose a any of the missions without a SSS Rank. Replay that mission and see what you get. If you did not get a SSS you can replay that mission again and if you did get the SSS you can go straight to the next mission if you wish or go straight to the Main Menu, doesn't matter.

For the trophy to unlock you have to be able to go into Mission Select on Nephilim Difficulty and see a SSS next to each mission. It doesn't matter if it takes you 1 try or 2,000 tries it will always save a score higher then the score already saved. That means if you scored lower no biggy, it still saved the higher score.

Once you have a SSS Rank as your final grade in each mission the trophy will unlock. It is virtually unmissable when going for it nor is it glitched to my knowledge.

FYI with the one hell of a party trophy I've had the pleasure of dealing with this glitch lol it's not a fix but a prevention of it glitching, all you have to do is complete secret missions only within the game and not via the main menu that should prevent it from mis counting.

Did it glitch on you and THEN you went and beat the missions within the level to work around the glitch?

for the lost souls trophy you have 65 and 66 the same yet there are two souls for 70 so it counteracts it, you should proof read, but great guide so far, to add one more thing the trophy is devils never cry not devils near cry when you beat dante must die mode

Lost soul 65 and 66 are located on the same spot so that's why they are labeled the same. This also applies for 69 and 70. See that for yourself when looking for them

Just an FYI, ya troll. This guide was proofread by myself and 2 other people.

I COMPLETELY apologize for the two or three mistakes still inside the guide out of the 35,000+ words and 200,000+ characters I put into this guide to help you, the community. Might be beneficial for you to think about what you are about to post before trying to call someone out on something they did free of charge to help others out so they didn't have to spend money on a guide that may or may NOT help them with earning the platinum for this game.

    P.S.:
Lost Soul #65 - After entering the elevator a second time you will be brought to floor 105. Once you get out of the elevator head to the right. In the next room head right again until you get blocked off by some black goo. Once the black goo is there look to your right and you will see a little cubby that is being blocked off by floating boxes. You will need to get past these boxes but patience is the key. Hold to be ready and let the boxes fly by. They fly by in a pattern, three fast sets and then a slow set. Wait until the three fast sets have passed and the slow set is passing. Once the slow set passes it is your chance. Jump and then Angel Boost through the opening to land on the other side. Once on the other side there will be a Lost Soul on the wall to your right, a Lost Soul on your wall to the left and a Gold Key straight ahead of you.

There are two of the same description because the Lost Souls are in the exact same spot

Same goes for 69 and 70
