[top]Tips & Strategies

Recommendations:
1 - I recommend that in the Dragon Battle Collection (story) that you first make your first playthrough on easy. This will make it much easier for you in the long run because you have to replay each mission on hard again anyways so you will know what to do better.

2 - Go into the Battle Dojo and do all the tutorials first (You will get your trophies) so that you know what most of the moves are in the game.

3 - Collect 65 Stars before you buy anything from the Star Shop but have everything else in Dragon Battle Collection complete. This will save you time later on in the game.

4 - Customize characters to make them stronger and have more health. It will greatly help you in the Super Battle Trials.

5 - Spam your ultimate attacks when necessary. It may be cheap but it is the fastest way to beat your enemies.

6 - When going for Days of Endless Battles you can have 2P be a character you have not yet been in versus and it will count towards Fought as all Characters this way it doesn't take as much time.

Battle-Thirsty Warrior
Unlock all the battles in the Dragon Battle Collection.

-This trophy will unlock once you have unlocked all levels by playing through them and by purchasing the rest of the locked levels from the Star Shop.[/COLOR]

Limitbreaker!
Complete all the battles in the Dragon Battle Collection on the Hard difficulty setting.

-This trophy will unlock once you have beaten every single battle once (on any difficulty) and than once again on hard mode.

Character Collector
Unlock every character.

-For this trophy you will have to play through Dragon Battle Collection and unlock every character. Once the last character is unlocked you will get this trophy.

Fashion King
Unlock every costume.

-Once you have beaten all levels and have started collecting stars, collect 65 and turn off the auto-save and save the game. Purchase all Costumes (and the trophy will unlock if you beat the rest of the story levels). Quit out of the game without saving and start the game up again. Go back into the star shop and purchase all BGM (the trophy will unlock if you have beaten the rest of story and have all other BGM).

High-Roller Warrior
Obtain large amount of D-Points.

-This trophy will unlock when you have accumulated 100,000 DP in your wallet at one time. So do not spend any of your DP until you unlock this trophy and it shouldn't be a hard trophy to get.

Star Holder
Collect 100 stars.

-There are over 100 battles you have to do on hard anyways and playing on hard will earn you a star (every level has a mission for beating the level on hard) so playing all levels on hard will earn you enough stars for this trophy. You can also do the other two challenges list after you beat the level under the missions menu.

Arcade King
Achieve the #1 ranking in Arcade in Super Battle Trial.

-In order to get this trophy you will need to beat the computers high score in Arcade mode. You will fight 10 opponents and you need to beat the score of 3000. *Refer to recommendations 4 and 5*

Super Survivor
Achieve the #1 ranking in Survival in Super Battle Trial.

-To unlock this trophy you will need to play survival mode which you will have to defeat a minimum of 26 enemies. Your health will increase by one life bar between each fight. *Refer to recommendations 4 and 5*

Speed Demon
Achieve the #1 ranking in Time Attack in Super Battle Trial.

-For this trophy you will be playing Time Attack and will have to fight 5 enemies. You have to defeat all five of them as fast as you can. Beat it in under 4:30:00 and you will get the trophy. *Refer to recommendations 4 and 5*

Point Fiend
Achieve the #1 ranking in Score Attack in Super Battle Trial.

-For this trophy you should do a few different things. Make sure you are fighting someone with very low health such as Videl so you can get their health down to 0 quick. You will be earning points for skills and actions you connect with. Almost all of the actions are shown in the tutorials. Once your opponent is down to 0 health you will enter Bonus Mode for a short time. During Bonus mode you should try to get in as many actions and skills as you can because everything is worth double in Bonus Mode. Also *Refer to recommendations 4 and 5*

Undefeated Champ
Achieve the #1 ranking in KO Attack in Super Battle Trial.

-For this trophy you will be fighting a KO Attack match. You get 5 minutes and infinite health and ki. You have to take down as many enemies as possible. The goal here is 11 enemies beaten. *Refer to recommendations 4 and 5*

Battle Bonus Complete
Earn Battle Bonus Complete in Score Attack in Super Battle Trial.

-This is another pain in the neck trophy to obtain. What you have to do is go into Score Attack mode and successfully preform all actions and skills successfully. Most of the moves you learn in the dojo are skills or actions you need to perform.

Battle-Crazy
Win 100 times in 1P vs. CPU battle.

-For this trophy you will have to go into versus mode and play against the computer 100 times and win. The quickest way for this trophy is to play against an enemy with little health like Videl. Also use a different character each time to go for the Fought as All Characters trophy and also destroy as much as possible to help go toward the All Ruined trophy. You can also choose all ten different maps to get the Fought on All Maps trophy on the way.

Blazing Friendship
Fight 10 times in 1P vs. 2P battle.

-See Days of Endless Battles.

Days of Endless Battles
Fight 30 times in 1P vs. 2P battle.

-For this trophy you will need to plug in a second controller and play 30 Games. You can use different characters and play on different maps for the other trophies. You will also get the Blazing Friendship trophy along the way. *Refer to Recommendation 6*

All Ruined
Destroy all of the objects on every map in 1P vs. CPU Versus mode.

-This one is a giant pain in the butt. What you have to do is play against the computer in Versus mode and try to destroy as much as possible. You only have to destroy each object on each map once. The best bet is to set the difficulty to easy and turn the timer off. Also you can customize a character to need no ki in order to do Rush Flying.

Fought as All Characters
Battle as all characters in Versus Mode.

-You will not be able to get this trophy until you have all the characters unlocked. Once they are all unlocked you should either do them in some sort of order or you can write out a all the characters names and mark them off as you use them. Once you finished fighting with the last character the trophy will unlock. This has to be done in Versus mode and you must fight as each character and each characters transformations. *Refer to Recommendation 6*

Fought on All Maps
Battle on all battle maps in Versus Mode.

-Battle someone on each of the ten maps in Versus mode. You can go for this trophy while doing the Blazing Friendship, Days of Endless Battles, Fought as All Characters, All Ruined, or Battle-Crazy.

Debuted on the World Stage
Fight in an online battle for the first time.

-Simply go online and participate in one match. You do not need to win it. After the end of the match you will recieve this trophy.

10 Titles Achieved
Collect 10 or more online titles.

-See 30 Titles Achieved.

20 Titles Achieved
Collect 20 or more online titles.

-See 30 Titles Achieved.

30 Titles Achieved
Collect 30 or more online titles.

-There are a lot online titles. All you have to do is complete 30 of them. The online trophies are obtainable in friend matches. The title trophies are easily boostable.

Veteran Fighter
Reach your 100th fight in online battle.

-All you have to do is reach your 100th online battle. You do not need to win any of these matches but you will get this trophy on your way to unlocking the 30 Titles Achieved trophy.

Online W. Tournament Champion
Win the Online World Tournament.

-You can also boost this one. Just make sure your friend joins into your tournament. If not that just do what everyone else does in the game, Spam the Ultimate Attacks.

World Tournament Champion
Win the offline World Tournament.

-For this trophy just go to the World Tournament and make sure the number of participents is set to 4 and the difficulty is set to easy. Beat the tournament and you will get this trophy after you are declared winner on the battle map.

Cell Games Champion
Win the offline Cell Games.

-See World Tournament Champion. The only difference between the two is that in the Cell games your health does not completely recover.

Item Collector
Collect all items.

-For this trophy you will need to collect items from different places in the game including:
Super Battle Trial
Dragon Battle Collection
World Tournaments
Shenron Wishes
-You can check the progress of this trophy by going into the Ultimate Customization menu and looking at the item list. The percentage of your obtained items will be in the top right corner of the screen.

Full Item Box Expansion
Expand the Item Box to max.

-Go into Ultinate Customization and edit a characters deck. When you have the ability to select items to stick in the box press triangle to bring up the item list. Purchase the boz expanders, this will cost about 140,000 DP. Once the last expander item is purchased the trophy will unlock.

All Characters Customized
Customize decks for all the characters.

-Go to the area where you purchase the expander for the Full Item Box Expansion trophy and add any one item to the each characters box and once you get to the last character and you add an item for the last box the trophy will unlock.

Knowledge of the Fighting Arts
Complete the Battle Dojo for Beginners.

-Complete the missions in the Dojo including:
Normal Movement
Dashing
Rush Attack
Defense
Rush Blasts
Ki Charging
High Tension Mode
Super Attacks
Ultimate Attacks

These are tedious and very time consuming but you will learn all the moves and you will unlock this trophy.

Seeker of the Fighting Arts
Complete the Battle Dojo (Basic).

-Complete the missions in the Dojo including:
Movement
Dash Attacks
Jump Attacks
Signature Skill
Throws
Charge Attacks
Super Attacks
Transformations
Switching Out
Skirmishes

These are tedious and very time consuming but you will learn all the moves and you will unlock this trophy.

Master of the Fighting Arts
Complete the Battle Dojo (Advanced).

-Complete the missions in the Dojo including:
Rush Alternative/Smash Attacks
Rush Alternative/Feints
Rush Alternative/Upward Attacks
Rush Alternative/Low Attacks
Physical Defense
Ki Blast/ Super Attack Defense
Pursuit Attack

These are tedious and very time consuming but you will learn all the moves and you will unlock this trophy.

Proof of Training
Play Single/Team Battle training 30 times.

-Simply go into the Dojo and select Single player Battle Training. Once you have select the fights and the round starts, pause the game and go to restart. Keep doing this and the trophy will unlock after you have done this 30 times.

Trivia Expert
View all character introductions and histories in the Museum's Character Encyclopedia.

-You need to have all characters unlocked to get this trophy. Go into the museum and click Character Encyclopedia. Click any character and go into the Encyclopedia menu. Click introduction and keep pressing R1 until you get back to the original character you chose. Than exit out of that and go into their histories. Click on each speech bubble and press R1 to get to the next charcter. Keep repeating until you get the trophy.

Maestro
Get all of the game BGM.

-All of the BGM can be unlocked in 2 ways. One way is by unlocking them as you play through the game. For the seond one refer to Fashion King.
