Get 2 kills in a single Shootdodge in the Departure Lounge Required Map: Departure Lounge
To shootdodge, press
in the direction you want to jump. If you have Adrenalin, performing a shootdodge will also activate Bullet-time.
This trophy requires that you kill two enemies in a single shootdodge. Doing this legitimately is difficult for two reasons: it's a rare event when the necessary map enters the rotation (and even then, its a 1/4 chance that it'll be selected), and you'll need to find two enemy players standing almost right next to each other in order to kill them both in the single shootdodge.
It's a much better idea to try and boost this. With your party of eight, have the host initiate a search for Deathmatch. When a game is found, your party will need to vote on which map to play: if Departure Lounge is not one of the available maps, have the host back out and begin the search again; if it is one of the maps, have a majority vote for it and wait for the match to start.
Have all the players that can pick a loadout that includes either the LAW (available as part of the Silent Killer DLC pack), the G9 (available as part of the Disorderly Conduct DLC pack), or the RPG (unlocked by reaching Rank 20).
Next, have all players make their way over to the middle-left side of the map. It's a well-lit waiting area, with views of the runway and a glass ceiling. In this area are two Escalators. Have two players stand at the bottom of one of the escalators, and the player going for the trophy stand at the top. Equip a LAW, G9 or RPG (if you don't have it, another player can drop it for you by opening their weapon-wheel [hold
] and pressing
), or you can kill them and take it), then perform a shootdodge down the escalator, with your cross-hair placed on the two players at the bottom. As soon as you can, fire your weapon. Provided you killed both players, this trophy should unlock. Rotate roles until each player in the group has the trophy. You should be able to do this comfortably in a single, 10 minute round.
if no one in your party has access to explosive weapons (grenades and the like cannot be used while shootdodging), soften up your targets before you shootdodge, then finish them off as you jump. If you fail to kill both targets before you land, don't worry; stay on the ground and keep firing - the kill will still count.
Kill 4 players within 3 seconds in the Imperial Palace
Required Map: The Imperial Palace
Much like the previous trophy, earning this legitimately will be almost impossible, for the same reasons: the map is hard to come by, and you'll have a hard time finding enough enemies in such close proximity. Therefore, boosting is the best option.
With your party of eight, have the host initiate a search for Deathmatch. When a game is found, your party will need to vote on which map to play: if The Imperial Palace is not one of the available maps, have the host back out and begin the search again; if it is one of the maps, have a majority vote for it and wait for the match to start.
Have all eight players congregate in an easy-to-find location (generally somewhere on the ground floor, in the center of the map), then have four bunch up. Now, 3 seconds is actually quite a long period of time, so you can get these kills in pretty much whichever way you're most comfortable. However, for the best (and most efficient) results, use an explosive of some kind, like a LAW, a Bouncing Betty, or an RPG. Provided you killed all four players in 3 seconds, this trophy will unlock shortly afterwards. Rotate roles until each player in the group has the trophy. You should be able to do this comfortably in a single, 10 minute round.
Long Arm of the Law
Win 20 Vendettas in the 55th Battalion HQ Required Map: 55th Battalion HQ
Vendettas are unlocked upon reaching Rank 5 in online Multiplayer. When an enemy kills you twice without you getting revenge, you'll be given the option to initiate a Vendetta against that enemy, by pressing
at the death menu (where you normally are prompted to respawn or check the scoreboard). If you then track down and kill that enemy, you'll successfully "complete" the Vendetta, and receive some extra XP. If the enemy kills you again, they will successfully "defend" the Vendetta, and you won't gain anything.
To earn this trophy, you must successfully complete 20 Vendettas on the 55th Battalion HQ map. It is advised that you do not attempt to do this legitimately, as the map is rarely featured in the rotation, and even if you managed to win a Vendetta each time you played it (and that's being optimistic), you'd need to play the map twenty times. Therefore, boosting this trophy is strongly suggested.
With your party of eight, have the host initiate a search for Deathmatch Made in Heaven. When a game is found, your party will need to vote on which map to play: if Holding Cells is not one of the available maps, have the host back out and begin the search again; if it is one of the maps, have a majority vote for it and wait for the match to start.
While you wait for the game to start, organize pairings so that each player is matched with another, then have each pair do the following:
- Player 1 kills Player 2, once;
- Player 2 initiates a Vendetta;
- Player 2 kills Player 1, twice, thus completing the Vendetta, and continuing the cycle;
- Player 1 initiates a Vendetta;
- Player 1 kills Player 2, twice.
Repeat this process until the round ends, then research for the map and continue until all players have earned the trophy.
equip the Tracking Device (unlocked at Rank 20 for $2000) to help you find your Vendetta target.
while pursuing this trophy, you can also make progress towards M4 Murder
and Keep Your Nose Clean
Level up your M4 Assault all the way to level 10
Before you jump into a match, go to Loadouts in the Multiplayer menu and modify one of the custom loadouts to include the M4 Assault rifle (two handed). To level up a weapon, you need to get kills with it (50% extra experience is awarded for headshots); and to reach level 10, you're going to need between 250 and 430 kills.
If you attempt this legitimately, getting headshots will prove difficult; on the other hand, if you boost this, you can guarantee that every kill is a headshot, hence the wide margin in the estimate above.
You're going to earn this by naturally playing, provided you use the M4 as your primary, but there are a few Bursts and Items you can equip to make getting kills easier. The Deadly Force burst increases your damage output; the Heavy Helmet makes you more durable; the various Body Armors make you more durable, also; and the Ammunition Pouch increases the amount of ammo that you can carry.
With your party of eight, have the host initiate a search for Deathmatch; which map is played is irrelevant (though you can make progress in this trophy while also working on Long Arm of the Law
- see the description for more information). Provided everyone pulls their weight, and the focus is on this trophy alone, it should take no more than four 10 minute matches per player to reach level 10.
Have each player meet in a central, easy-to-find location on whatever map you're playing, and have one player kill everyone for the entire round. When that player reaches level 10 and the trophy unlocks, rotate out the player getting the kills and repeat the process until everyone has reached level 10.
Keep Your Nose Clean
Get 100 Kills as a member of the SPP
From the Multiplayer menu, navigate to Arsenal, then down to Avatars. At the bottom of the list should be a Deathmatch option. Select it, then, from the list of available Deathmatch Avatars, select SPP
. Customise the avatar however you like, then back out. Whenever you play Deathmatch, you will automatically be playing as a member of the SPP.
If you're boosting this, you'll earn this while upgrading your M4 to level 10 for M4 Murder
; if you're doing this legit, simply play matches of Deathmatch and get kills (it is possible to get this while playing Team Deathmatch, but which group you're playing for is randomly selected). Either way, once you have achieved 100 kills as a member of the SPP, this trophy will unlock.
