[top]Roadmap
There are two basic steps to this game:
1. Serial Menu Killer
Might as well get the "White Frog Massacre" trophy over and done with as soon as possible.
After this step you should have these trophies:
White Frog Massacre
2. For fun playthrough
The collectables doesn't appear before you've completed the game once, so just go through it once. If you feel like it, you can either go for the "Don't Need No Hints" trophy on this playthrough or while you're getting the hats.
After this step you should have these trophies:
The Architect
Lula Power
Playing Tag
Sharp Splatter
Calm After the Storm
Good as New
Conclusion
(Don't Need No Hints)
3. Hat Search
Now that hat appear, you can find them all. If you're going for the "Don't Need No Hints" trophy now, you can't use the chapter select, but have to play through the game. You luckily know what to do this time around.

White Frog Massacre
Splat 21 frogs at once in the main menu.

Splat 21 frogs at once in the main menu.
In the menu you can choose two or three different options (depending on if you've either started the game or not). Everytime you highlight a new option, a white frog appears. Quickly use the arrow buttons to highlight so many options, until the limit of frogs on the screen at once has been reached and then quickly choose an option (preferably "Credits" since it's easy to back out of again if you screwed up).

The Architect
Build and cross the houses bridge with only 3 houses.

Build and cross the houses bridge with only 3 houses.
In the chapter: "Bridging the Gap" which is the second chapter of the first act, you will quickly come to a huge gap, with a puzzle with five cardboard boxes. Everytime you move a box you move a house in the distance. You have 5 houses to work with, but if you want the trophy you need to cut 2 of them off. Here is what you do: Instead of just placing the houses normally rotate each of the houses 45 degrees so it's not the sides that touches, but the edges. That means that three boxes is just enough to move over.
It's also worth noting, that you can't do anything with the two other boxes. If you pick it up or accidentally run into it, and the game notice it as movement, you'll have to reload the chapter.

Double-jump with Lula to cross the first large gap.
This trophy is story-related and therefore cannot be missed!
Around 15-25 minutes in the game you will meet Lula the little robot that you carry on your back. Not far from here, you are forced to make a double jump.

Sharp Splatter
Splat a frog right on the bullseye.

Splat a frog right on the bullseye.
In the chapter "Mmm Tasty" which is the third chapter of Act II, you'll come to a part where you have to throw frogs at walls. There is a little hint box with a frog on it. To the right of that is a target. Pickup a frog and throw it on the target. You do not need to throw precisely in the middle, just hit the target.

You will turn a key and releasing a frog, that the monster eats and becomes angry... ooops. On the area the monster is, there are chalksquares. Make the monster stand on them, and then run up the stairs and turn the key. Now collect all of the cubes to form a part of a staircase. Do that two more times, to complete the stairs. Run up the stairs and pick up the rotten fruit, and then give it to the monster.

This is a boss fight.... kinda. You'll be in a big field with the monster in a maze looking area. If you look around you can see three lumps of grass that are tied. Close to them is a chalk scissor and if you use it, it reveals that the lumps of grass has fangs and it chumps a particular area. We're going to get the monster underneath all of the lumps of grass. First find the path with a coconut tree. Take one, go up the stairs and throw the coconut a little before the gab where the lump of grass will bite. The monster will run to it. On a nearby barrel is a lever. While the monster is eating the coconut pull the lever to force the monster into the gap with the lump of grass. Use the nearby chalk scissor to make the monster angry. Two more to go. The two others work differently. Find the path to them, and make the monster run after you. Press the pressure plates as you run to make way. The monster will not care, that it jumps down to the gap, so you can easily get it down there and use another chalk scissor. Do that for both lumps of grass, and then return to the center to revive Lula.

Conclusion
Finish the game.

Finish the game.
This trophy is story-related and therefore cannot be missed!
This is gotten when you see the credits screen at the end of the game. The game itself is not very long, and not very difficult, so you really should have no problem getting to the end of it.

Don't Need No Hints
Play through the game without reading any hint boxes.

Play through the game without reading any hint boxes.
This trophy is missable!
The hint boxes are small cardboard boxes which you can put on your head to get a hint on how to progress. You can not use any of these throughout the game. The game is not always easy to figure out, but you pretty much need a second run for the hats, so if you should be troubled, you can get it in the next playthrough where you know what to do.

Mad Hatter
Collect all hats.

Collect all hats.
There is a total of 25 hats scattered through the game. You have to find secret areas to get them though. While you were playing through the game, you might have stumbled upon a sack doll tied to a pole or two. This is where the hats are hidden. "Why are there no hats?" you ask. It's because the game developer wanted to have some cheap replayability and first make them accesible after you've completed the game once. "I don't wanna find all of those stinking hats myself" you may say. Well, thankfully I've sat through the torture instead. Below is a list of all the hats.

The game developers has been so kind to give us a very thorough checkpoint system. So I can pinpoint the hats more precisely. The hats don't have any title so I'm just ordering them after their appearance. You can cycle through your hats by pressing
or
Act I - Discovery
A Strange New World
Blue, White and Red Baseball cap - Not far from the games beginning you will find a lever that slides a wall away in a four slices. Slide the wall away, though don't let the top part slide away. You should still be able to slide through the door, go up the stairs pass the roofs and balance on the top piece of the wall to this hat.
Soccer Ball Hat - You'll come to a cave not far from the last hat. In here there is a ladder the leads up, but not far from that there is a ladder that leads down. The hat is there.
Bridging the Gap
Fish - You'll come to a big pass where you have to place houses to cross it. Instead of doing that though, jump down in the water.
Fishbowl - In the same area, before arranging anything look to your left and you should be able to make out a floating styrofoam-looking platform. Arrange the boxes so you reach that platform where this hat is at.
Wind-Up Housing
I found nothing.
Rise to the Occasion
Boot - As soon as you get to the top of the tower with the girl, at the very beginning of this chapter, go behind the house.
Tiara - After having Lula yell at you, go up the stairs and jump to the roof, and then jump to the ledge, but instead of going up the stairs to the right, continue to find this.
Along the Ride
Badly made wig - After exiting the pibe you'll stand on a wooden platform under this wooden platform is the wig.
Forebearing Shadows
Wizard's Hat - You'll come to a place where you'll have to place styrofoam boxes. In the area is a giant pibe. Go behind it and follow the path from there to find this hat.
Act II - Protetion
Cozy Digs
Milk Jug - At the start of the level while going down the spiralling slope you will see this on a house to your right. You'll have to jump on another house first to get this.
Deception
Striped Hat - Once you've trapped the monster in the circle proceed and climb the chalk ladder. Immediately turn around and jump on roof to roof to reach the red pibe. Follow the red pibe until you can see this hat on a small alcove.
Mmm, Tasty
Skull and Bones Bandana - You'll turn a gear, that makes half a building turn up. Just behind that building.
Just One More
None here
Bend Them To Your Will
Crown - The whole gimmick of this level is to collect houses. Once you've collected a good chunk of houses you can access a highly-raised wooden platform. Gather the two houses to reveal a walkway that leads to another house. The hat is on the roof down and to the right of this last house.
Fruit - First collect all houses (14 I think) you need to got straight forward to progress, but aim your houses for the floating whit box with grass on it instead. From the floaty box double jump unto the right corner.
Protection
Pasta Pot - At the very start, pull the pull to your right. This opens a in the floor, go down in that hole to find this hat.
White Mountain
Tin Foil Tripod Hat - Raise the inner and the middle platform. Use the stairs from the middle platform to reach the roof of the inner platform. Go past the roof on the grassy part. Here is the hat.
Small Tire - Go up the platforms and get the key. There is a white box with this hat on it at the nearby torn off gates.
Act III - Friendship
A New Hope
Nothing here too...
Multiverse
Fancy Top Hat - You'll come to a soccer field (without the goals) with three levers to each segment. Pull the middle to make a sewer system appear. Go behind the red pibe part to find this hat.
Ubiquity
Nope....
Relax, Why Don't You
Chef Hat - Get the monster to the end with the centipede, and use his belly to get to the rooftops. Go to the left rooftops and drop down to trash area. Here it is.
A Builder of Bridges
2X2 Yellow LEGO brick - Allign all three roofs and jump over them all and cross the wooden walkway and then directly after look to right to find this hat.
Act IV - Anger
Anger Management
Paper Bag of Shame - This is a giant area. There are the three lumps of grass. Go behind the one furthest away of the starting area. It's between two houses.
Pan - After angering the monster three times and retrieving Lula again, there is a platforming section with suspended platforms. At some point in this section, you'll see a house to the left. Double jump on this house's roof to find this.
Alley Anew
There is nothing here either
Over the Inferno
Planting Pot - Technically unmissable. In the big platforming sequence with platforms forming a path, this hat will be along the way, around the first encounter with the centipede.
Rolling Rage
Nothing here...
Act V - Liberation
Euclid Is Wrong
Artsy Beanie - You'll quickly in this chapter get to a statue of the monster, behind and to the right of that is this hat.
A Slow Realization
Nothing...
Fall of Illusion
You guessed it... Nothing
Growing Up
Birthday Party Hat - After feeding the monster little girls (kinda dark there guys) you need to walk on a wooden walkway. Around the middle of this walkway a metal part of a roof is having this hat on it.
Froggy Hat - At the big tree in the Monster on Centipede area.
