I can happily confirm that both the Host and online Co-Op partner for Superhuman will each receive the Brutal Trophy.
If it doesnt pop, backtrack through level select to see which levels arent marked as superhuman complete.
For me, the host PS3 crashed at one point and when we hit continue, several checkpoints were skipped. We had to backtrack and redo some levels. A congratulations message will pop up (in game) once you have achieved all levels as superhuman.

I was having trouble with the trophy for defeating the stalker in under 60. I didn't buy any of the cheats so couldn't use the wildfire like some have suggested. I found that if I ran back to the ice cream place at the beginning (while the chimera were still attacking) I could get a full load of grenades. Doing this and not climbing during the actual stalker fight chopped my time by probably 10 or 15 seconds. Hope that helps someone else.

I wanted to give my own opinion on the Good Fences trophy, I felt the easy way to get this was to go to the far left. wait for the robots to fly over the first gate and shoot them quickly with the Bullseye. Then use your Auger to fire at the enemies behind the gate. You will be able to kill one ship worth of enemies here.

Then the enemies will knock down the gate, so throw some grenades and run out as fast as possible so the enemies do not come in. Fire at the remaining enemies with the secondary Atomizer and Mutator rounds. This should clump up the Ravagers and finish them off with the Carbine secondary fire.

It was much easier to fight them outside since the walls are too tall to get good shoots over them.

I could not get the Juggler trophy for the life of me, I thought it was glitched. I tried the Pit andSubway a million times with no luck.

What I had to do was got to Mt Pleasant and load The Cliffs. I then unlocked the cheat codes All weapons and Infinite Ammo. I then went to the first bad guy and froze him with Cryogen gun, I then charged the Mutator with R1 and then through a Molotov cocktail. When he died I ran off the cliff to restart the level. I did this a few time a finally got the trophy.

No worries. I got it. I just ended up getting everyone down to me and shooting them with the pistol, then blowing them up and one went flying

Thank you for the excellent work...this was a very helpful and thorough guide, and the Platinum is now mine! I would like to add a few suggestions on select trophies, the first two of which I found most finicky:

    - Roops! On the Cliffs, you need to alert the first guard and retreat into the tunnel until he runs out into view right by the cliff. If he refuses to run out after a couple of minutes, kill him and alert the next one and do the same thing. Once the guard is by the cliff, equip the shotgun and SHOOT him (or his dead body) off the cliff. I pushed several Chimera over the cliff, no trophy. The first one I blasted over with the shotgun, DING!

    - Juggler. Very finicky, indeed. After multiple tries, I quit and went to Extras -> Rewards in the main menu and scrolled through trophies to check progress (you can then go to Campaign -> Continue to restart from the last checkpoint). On Juggler, it showed I had one out of 4. So, you don't need to get 4 separate enemies at once, you can get one at a time, 4 times. I then switched the order of actions from "poison - freeze - burn" to "freeze - poison - burn", switched to Molotov from secondary Shotgun for burn, and worked on doing the sequence as quickly as possible followed by checking trophy progress after expending my mutator ammo. The reason I switched the order to "freeze" first is because it has the longest lead time...the mutator is quick, and throwing an already-equipped molotov is faster than equipping the shotgun then firing. Next thing I knew I had three out of four. On the next round I got the final one and the trophy popped. I did all this in The Pit on Casual, but note when you first enter via Chapter Select, you need to start in Cafeteria to reload secondary Mutator ammo prior to arriving at The Pit.

    - Nothing But Net: Go to the basketball poll that is standing straight up. There is another one that is leaning back, and trust me, it won't work for the trophy. Embarrassing, but at least I can laugh about it now.

    - Brutal: First, LEVEL ALL YOUR WEAPONS UP TO LEVEL 3 for the awesome primary/secondary fire upgrades. Second, I found in a number of tricky areas, you can shortcut much of the pain by rushing to checkpoints. For example, approaching Washington Square, I immediately moved to the right gate of the base and opened it (if you subsequently get killed you will then restart right outside the gate), then rushed to the right and into the tunnel with atomizer ammo, killed the one Chimera that ran in, jumped out and killed the Steelhead for the Auger, then sat in the tunnel and used the Auger to kill enemies above me. It was much easier after that to clear the other side of the base with the Deadeye, and nowhere near as many enemies appeared as they would if you opened both gates from outside. After that, cleared first dropship with Mutator secondary and a Marksman turret, same for second (plus Deadeye on a Ravager), and third dropship I went back to the first platform (with Wildfire ammo at the top) to kill the snipers with the Deadeye then the rest of the shield drone enemies (who were bunched up in view outside the gates) with one shot of Wildfire secondary. Then it was stock up and head to the subway. Another example was in the subway, where you can bypass many grims and leapers by running to the subway car where you open the door to proceed. Another example was after C130, running up the wing to the next checkpoint. You may die once there, but it will reload at the checkpoint and none of the enemies behind you will reappear. In the terraformer core, once you kill the 4 drones that come for you, run to the right side, put a magnum round in each of the two lower sets of power rods then hit secondary fire, then run to the left side (I equipped shotgun to blast incoming Chimera on the way) and do the same. Then the Brawler appears. If you die after that, you will restart with the Brawler and fewer enemies, plus new ammo and health on the walls. Then put two magnum rounds into the three power strips on each side followed by secondary fire, running like hell from the Brawler (I unloaded my Wildfire at him along the way). Once both are done, run to the exit and ignore any remaining enemies. I actually finished the game more quickly on Superhuman than I did on my first run through on Normal.

    Good luck everyone!

Does this have a loading problem or is it just my copy? If I want to load one of the later levels, like in the Prison or NYC then it will load the level and go to a black screen, causing me to reboot the game completely. I have to continuously go back in time to an earlier level and then work my way up to the level I want to reach. It's becoming a major problem.
