Online Trophies: N/A
Cheat Codes Affect Trophies: N/A
Estimated Time to Platinum: 20 - 25 hours
Minimum Playthroughs: 3 for different endings (2 and some cleanup if you use a USB storage device or PS+ cloud, see Roadmap for details)
Collectible Trophies: Yes: Silent Hill Historic Society (and you also have to collect various items for some of the side quests)
Missable Trophies: Yes, the diffent endings, all the side quest trophies and Silent Hill Historic Society are missable. The kill trophies and Hypochondriac have to be obtained in one playthrough as well, so they too could be considered missable. However, in order to obtain you have to beat the game at least three times anyway, so it shouldn't be too hard to obtain everything. Have a look at the roadmap for details.
Glitched Trophies: Hypochondriac, Pinata Party, & Shadow Boxer may have issues registering.
Counted far more than ten dolls and weeping bats and issue with trophy popping. Also, statistics say 30+ first aid med used and trophy didn't pop.

[top]Tips & Strategies

Helpful Tips for Any Playthrough
  • Do NOT forget to pick up the main map for Silent Hill after you come out of the mines. It's on a table in the ruined building you end up after your roller coaster ride through the mines.
  • Keep Track of your kill stats in the statistics menu if you are trying to avoid kills or limit the number for good endings.
  • If you get badly hurt, simply press directional button to use med kit in game.
  • Always check post boards in game for mysteries and check every area before proceeding forward to save from missing anything.
  • If you think you've messed up, check the load saves as it auto saves and keeps a number of different points to reload from.
  • Each playthrough can ultimately net you 2 endings, by reloading after making a choice and doing the opposite.
  • Not attacking Cunningham at all or dying during the ending will acquire you no ending trophies and you will watch a generic poor ending.
  • Being careful outdoors in the storm and rain as this causes enemies to be more aggressive and dangerous.
  • Save fighting for when you need to and avoid most enemies if possible on harder plays or when lack of weapons.
  • Some side quests require you to ultimately kill enemies so try to complete them all on a playthrough when you can kill some, such as bad karma.
  • Killing enemies and the two help/leave choices in the game will affect your karma tendency. The choices impact much more, but kills will build up to bad. Sparing enemies will lower bad karma and grant you postive.
  • all trophies are in XMB order, making it easier for you to navigate through the guide

[top]Roadmap

Here is what I consider to be the best and most enjoyable way to Rain Maker:

Normal Method - 3 Playthroughs

First Playthrough: Enjoy the game ...on hard difficulty
My recommendation: Set both combat difficulty and puzzle difficulty to hard. This is your good karma playthrough, so you don't want to kill too many monsters anyway. Try to skip as many fights as possible and get Capital Punishment, Puzzle Master and Good Behavior out of the way. It might sound funny, but Good Behavior is actually easier when playing on hard, as it's 'harder' to accidentally kill enemies Combat in Silent Hill Downpour sucks anyway, so it's more fun this way too. If you are not sure if you killed a monster you can always hit and check your statistics. In case you screwed up just reload an older save. If you are having any difficulties with those puzzles check the Puzzle Solutions at the end of this guide.
Don't bother yourself too much with sidequests on this playthrough, you can't to all of them at this point anyway, because for Silent Alarm you have to kill a bunch of enemies which you obviously don't want to do in this playthrough. If you always picked the good choices and if you didn't kill too many enemies (I killed 8 and everything was fine) you should be able to get Ending A and Ending C at the end of this playthrough.

Second Playthrough: Side Quests and Kill trophies
Recommendation: Set combat difficutly to easy or medium. You'll have some killing to do in this playthrough, better to do this on an easier difficulty to save ammo and nerves (boy did they screw up this combat system...) Moreover, you'll want to finish all the side quests in this playthrough except for Useless Trinkets! The side quest required for this trophy ('Digging Up the Past') is not needed for Silent Hill Tour Guide. It's an extra side quest which will trigger the surprise ending at the end of the game. Just complete the other 13 side quests and make sure to fill Murphy's journal for Silent Hill Historic Society. Get the kill trophies out of the way. Make sure to open all the safes so you'll have enough ammo for Gun Control . If you didn't get Hypochondriac on your first run, make sure to get it now. Always be the bad guy and you will obtain Ending B and Ending D at the end of this playthrough.

Third Playthrough: Digging Up the Past and Clean Up
You should only have two trophies left at this point. Check if you missed any other trophy, then run trough the game, ignoring pretty much everything except for the 'Digging Up the Past' side quest to unlock Useless Trinkets, Ending E and Rain Maker. Congratz

Quick Method - 2 Playthroughs + Clean Up

First Playthrough: Get the good endings
See step one above.

Second Playthrough: (Almost all) Side Quests and Kill trophies
Follow step two of the roadmap above and unearth all the useless trinkets except for the last one. Now copy your save file to a USB drive or to the PS+ cloud. Finish the game for the two 'bad' endings, then overwrite the save file with the other one, getting the final trinket and finishing the game to get the secret ending. Thanks to dajmer79 for pointing this out!

Save this for after you acquired all other endings.

Silent Hill Tour Guide
Completed all side quests.

This trophy is missable!
Simply complete all side quests in the game except for "Digging Up the Past" and you will achieve this trophy. This has to be done in a single playthrough, side quest do not stack across multiple playthroughs! "Digging Up the Past does not count towards this trophy, this side quest will become available as soon as you've beaten the game for the first time. Completing it will trigger the Surprise Ending (See Useless Trinkets for details.) After you've completed your 13th side quest the trophy will unlock. It's recommended to go for this trophy on your 'bad karma' playthrough as one of the quests requires you to kill monsters.

Useless Trinkets
Completed the "Digging up the Past" side quest.

This trophy is missable!
This side quest won't be available until you have beaten the main story at least once. Furthermore, it doesn not count towards Silent Hill Tour Guide. To complete this quest you have to dig up a total of seven items which are scattered throughout Silent Hill. It should go without saying that you need a shovel for the digging part.
  1. Radio Hillside, in a yard north of Straub Street
  2. Alien Toy Lansdale Ave., halfway between Campbell St and Cook St
  3. Hyper Blaster In a small park south of Laymond Ave
  4. UFO in the middle of Logan's Park
  5. Circle Emblem In a small park near the alleyway south of the Movie Theater
  6. Robbie In the north-eastern part of the yard of St. Marias Monastery
  7. Aglaphotis in a small yard west of Ketchum Street

Once you have unearthed your 7th item the trophy will unlock. This will also trigger the Surprise Ending once you have finished this playthrough. If you need some visual aids, XCVii007r1 made a really helpful video on this. It's in the spoiler box below:

Calling All Cars
Completed the "All Points Bulletin" side quest.

This trophy is missable!
The side-quest ‘All-Points Bulletin’ becomes available once you set foot in Silent Hill. Roaming the streets you will notice police cars patrolling the area. You can hear their horns when they are nearby, so you can hardly miss them. To trigger the quest you need to find one of those cars and stand in front of it to stop it. The quest will start and your new objectives are to stop the patrol cars and to find the police patrol dispatcher(Located in the Police Station, the dispatcher is just the radio inside on the desk for those confused).

There are four cars, and each of them has a unique call number. It's written on the side of the car. The game doesn't tell you this right now, but you'll need those four numbers to complete the side quest. You can either hunt down those four cars and write down the numbers or you can just use this guide.
Next thing you need to do is to find the police patrol dispatcher. The building you are looking for is situated near a dead end of Mc Cammon street. You will notice a building with a huge crack in the wall. Enter it and cross the beam, you will find the dispatch radio on the other side. Enter the four codes and punch recall to get your trophy. The codes are as follows:
  • D375
  • C466
  • B557
  • A648

Neighborhood Watch
Completed the "Stolen Goods" side quest.

This trophy is missable!
The side-quest ‘Stolen Goods’ takes place in an apartment building in Silent Hill. First thing you need to do is to get into the building. Watch out for a building at the end of Lansdale Ave. In the backyard you will find a fire ladder which can be pulled down. The weapon you need to do this is leaning against a bench nearby. Pull down the ladder (don't use but when you are standing in front of it) and climb up to the balcony. Pick up the police report, then follow the balcony to a narrow bridge which leads over to the apartment building. Cross the bridge and enter the building through the window.

Head up to the second floor. You will find a door with a note on it. Voilá, you found the home of the thief. Obviously he already regretted his wrongdoings. However, he left this world without returning the things he had stolen. This is your job now. Move the bed () and you will find the loot: A child's Money Box, a Locket, a War Medal and a Gold Watch.

You can get rid of the Locket and the Gold Watch right away, they belong to the apartment opposite of the thief's place. Place the locket on the table in the kitchen and the gold watch on the desk in the bedroom. Two down.
Head down to the first floor to get rid of the Money Box. It belongs into the child's room in the apartment opposite the one you entered through the window. Place it on the bedside table to make a ghost child happy.
Now the only thing you have left is the War Medal. Go down to the ground floor It's the first apartment on the left. Place the medal on the little table in the living room and the trophy will unlock.

Art Appreciation
Completed "The Art Collector" side quest.

This trophy is missable!
Complete the side quest Art Collector to receive this trophy. This is accomplished by obtaining all six of the missing paintings and piecing together a puzzle map they form inside the Art Gallery. You will come across the Art Gallery located in an alley between Brite St. and Laymond Ave. south of the Centennial Building on the map. Be a door leading to a deserted gallery here in this alley, near this intersection of the two roads.
  • Despair - Found inside the Police Station in Hillside area
  • Sunrise - Found in Hillside area, in the underground tunnel area
  • Wonder - Hillside Apartment area(transition to Pearl Creek), found on ground floor hanging on wall. Apartment area for Stolen Goods sidequest, if unsure.
  • Certainty - Pearl Creek area, found in a storage unit located north of Pearl Creek Underground tunnel on Laymond Ave. Code is on envelope mystery nearby on sidewalk (Code: 827)
  • Hope - Chaistain Heights area, located inside Hardware store near the monastery. Painting will be hidden in the storage room(key in register of hardware store) and hidden inside a pillar support.
  • Freedom - Found in Pleasant River area, inside back of a van located on west side of Rice Street.

After collecting all six paintings, return to the Art Gallery and place them on the table in the lower room to solve the puzzle. Arrange them to form different pictographs and once they are in the correct placement, use your UV light to reveal a map. Go to the location shown in Monroe Cemetery, near the St. Maria's Monastery. Continue through here and locate the crypt and descend using ladder. You will find a gate locked with a puzzle.

The key to the puzzle is selecting certain pictographs for the gate to open. The pictographs are the same as the ones completed when the painting was arranged correctly so refer to memory on this. Difficulty will affect which tiles have already been selected and/or marked. However on hard, you will need to remember each one.

Activate the following tiles to complete this puzzle.
  • Upper Left Corner Tile

  • Center Tile

  • Lower Left Tile

  • Lower Right Tile

Completing this puzzle will fulfill the quest and you will achieve your trophy. Continue ahead for your reward.

Silent Alarm
Completed "The Bank" side quest.

This trophy is missable!
NOTE: You will be unable to complete this quest and all other side quests if going for the no kills trophy at the same time as you face hordes of enemies to open each vault in the bank area of Silent Hill.

For this quest, simply enter the bank and proceed to the lower safe area. Upon entering and going to open the vaults, the alarms will begin sounding. Go back to the front lobby area and kill the enemies that appear. Afterwards the front doors will shut and lock and after moving back towards the vault area, more enemies will come. After each wave, a new vault will open granting first aid kits, weapons, and ammo until you unlock the big vault. Your reward is nothing more than a few first aid kits, but you may need after the onslaught of enemies. Trophy will also pop and the alarm will shut off as well when the last wave is defeated.

Will Work For Food
Completed the "Homeless" side quest.

This trophy is missable!
Complete the Homeless Side quest, started in Pearl Creek underground area, to achieve this trophy. You will located a bum during your gameplay if you fully explore the Pearl Creek area and will be asked to located certain items strewn about the city for him. He will ask only for one item at a time and after returning it to him, will ask for another. He will send you to locate a candy bar, warm coat, & a fishing pole.
  • Candy Bar - Find a vending machine and purchase a candy bar.

*Difficulty affects location of Vending Machine
Easy: intersection of Brite St and Laymond Ave
Normal: South edge of Cook Street
Hard: South of Cook St in alleyway
  • Warm Coat - Found in Chaistain Heights inside a Thrift store

*Difficulty affects location of coat inside
Easy: Hanging near register
Normal: hanging in storage room
Hard: Hanging in back of Storage room area
  • Fishing Pole - Found in Pleasant River area nearby docks

*Difficulty affects location of fishing pole near section
Easy: Found on center of docks on Rice St
Normal: Found near Pleasant River underground tunnel entrance
Hard: Found along east edge of the docks on Rice St

After you return the final item to the homeless man, he will have unlocked all underground passages for you and you will complete this side quest, acquiring you your trophy.

[top]
Cutting Room Floor
Completed the "Cinéma Vérité" side quest.

This trophy is missable!
This is one of the longer and more atmospheric side quests. The location of this quest is the Movie Theater on Lamon Street, but if you are playing on normal or hard puzzle difficulty I'd recommend getting the Replacement Bulb before entering the cinema. You will find it in the hardware store east of St. Marias Monastery on the shelf behind the counter. If you are playing on easy you can find it in the projector room in the cinema.

Your first objective in the movie theater is to find the three Film Reels. Their location depends on the puzzle difficulty you are playing at.
  • ‘The House on the Lake’
    • on easy and normal: on the coat check counters
    • on hard: behind the concession counter

  • ‘The Silent Children’
    • on easy and normal: in the restroom near the concession counter, in one of the stalls
    • on hard: search the floor near the back row in the cinema, near the entrance of the poster storage room

  • ‘The Secret of the Attic’
    • This reel is in the room to the right of the projector room on all difficulties

Now you can watch the movies to figure out the code for the door in the projector room. You will find a '9' in The House on the Lake, a '24' in 'The Silent Children' and finally a '1' in The Secret of the Attic. So your code is 9241. Enter it and use all three film reels to get the Sliced Reel. Enter this movie and get your reward: Get the crank from the window sill in The House on the Lake, then proceed through the door at the end of the hallway and use the crank with the Jack-in-the-Box in The Silent Children. You will get a key. Search the room for a ladder leading to the attic. Open the chest with the key and pick up your reward. Backtrack your way to the cinema and the trophy will sound.

Turn Back Time
Completed "The Gramophone" side quest.

This trophy is missable!
A three-minute side quest! Whoohoo! The hardest part of this side quest is to find the location. You are looking for a two-story apartment in Chastain Heights, just south of the movie theater. To enter the building you need a hook. Good news, there is one just a couple of steps away on the other side of the street.
Pull down the ladder, climb up and enter the building through the window. You will find a gramophone. It's pretty useless atm, you need a crank and a record first. Head up to the second floor. You will find the crank in the child's room and the record in the other room across the hall. Head back downstairs and play the record. A dead body will appear, together with some writing in blood. You are supposed to 'turn back time'. Play the record again, but this time turn the crank in the opposite direction. The bad guy will creep out of his picture frame. Use your lighter to burn the picture and to end the quest.

What's Your Sign?
Completed the "Shadow Play" side quest.

This trophy is missable!
This is one of the longer and more complex quests. To start this quest you have to find an apartment in the north-western part of Chastain Heights. It's north of the movie theater, just before the transition to Pleasant River. Upstairs, you're going to find a table with a map and two candles. Light the candles (if you don't have one there is one in the kitchen downstairs). In the UV light from the candles you will see five different symbols on the map. Those are the locations of five fragments you have to find... and WOOHOO, conveniently enough one of them is right in this very room, so you might as well start right away:

Soul-Eye Fragment:
The Soul-Eye fragment is lying around on a nearby chair. Grab it, then use your UV flashlight to find a hidden symbol on the opposite wall of the very same apartment. There is a base nearby into which you can place your Soul-Eye fragment. Rotate the fragment with until it matches the symbol on the wall, then use your normal flashlight to make it cast a shadow on the wall. Position yourself until the shadow matches the symbol on the wall. The fragment will vanish, leaving behind a token.

Four Fragment:
This fragment can be found north of the starting location of the quest. It's on the same street, just a bit to the north (already Pleasant River on the map). Look our for a cardboard box on the sidewalk which holds the Four-Fragment. Head into the small alleyway on the opposite side of the street where you can find the symbol which belongs to it. When you pass it for the first time Murphy will mutter something about another strange symbol, so unless you are playing on mute you can hardly miss it. Place the fragment and use your UV light again. You have to turn it so the 'fork' is facing to the right, then use your light, then turn it again until the 'fork' is facing to the left. Use your light again to complete the symbol and the fragment will turn into your second token.

Harmony Fragment(s):
The Harmony Fragment comes in two parts, but both can be found pretty close to each other. In Pleasant River, head over to the control tower near the King Harmony drawbridge. Climb up the ladder inside the tower to get one part of the fragment. It's near the lever which lowers the drawbridge. Head down again and open the door near the ladder to get to the area under the drawbridge. You can find the Harmony Symbol here. However, before you can use it you have to find the other part, so cross the room and use the other door. You will find the other part of the fragment outside. Return to the symbol. Murphy will place the first part of the fragment first. Use the shadow of this fragment to replace two missing lines, then place the second Harmony Fragment into the base. Add another missing line, then turn the fragment and use your flashlight again to complete the symbol. Again your fragments will vanish, leaving a token behind.

Enlightenment Fragment:
This fragment can be found in Pearl Creek in the construction site between Lansdale Avenue and Laymond Avenue. Its base can be found in the Pearl Creek underground entrance area (same spot where you found the bum in the Homeless quest). This is another easy one. Just place the fragment and rotate it until it matches the hidden shape, then use your flashlight to cast the shadow. Align shadow and symbol and the fragment will vanish. Grab the enlightenment token.

Healing Fragment:
This fragment can be found in Pearl Creek, too. Check the south-west corner of the intersection Laymond Avenue and Cook Street. Its base is on the same intersection, just across the street on the south-eastern corner. Again you need to use your flashlight twice to complete the shape. After you're done the fragment will vanish and you can grab your last token.

Solve the puzzle
Return to the apartment and place your five tokens on the corresponding symbols on the map. Once this is done the quest is over. However, all you'll get for your efforts is a lousy demon statue. ...........I'm kidding! What you've got there is a pretty powerful and unbreakable melee weapon. Enjoy it. You'll still need axes and hooks from time to time, but always remember where you dropped the demon.

[top]
Telltale Heart
Completed the "Dead Man's Hand" side quest.

This trophy is missable!
To start this quest head over to pleasant river. You will find an apartment south of Rice Street. It's near the spillway; follow the narrow path just east of it to find the entrance.
Inside, you will find a poker table with a 'dead man's hand' on it. Have a look into the adjacent room and you will find the guy who held this cards. Somebody put his hand into a jaw vise and ripped his heart out . Your objective is to locate the human heart. Head down into the basement and search for a hole in the basement floor. Climb down and search for the heart. There are a couple of monsters down there but they are easy to avoid if you don't want to fight. I think on easy it will be enough to use your UV light to find the heart, while you'll need to follow the heartbeat on the harder puzzle difficulties. The nearer you get to the heart the louder the heartbeat will become. Once you've picked up the jar with the heart in it a lot of monsters will spawn. Quickly
backtrack and give the poor dude his heart back. His corpse will dissolve and your trophy will pop.

[top]
Dust to Dust
Completed the "Ashes to Ashes" side quest.

This trophy is missable!
To start this quest you have to find the urn. Head over to Pleasant River watch out for a building on Rice Street near the transition to Chastain Heights. Inside you will find the Urn and the Funeral Announcement. Head back outside and turn left. You are looking for a narrow alleyway nearby. It leads to a pier, directly north of the house you found the urn in. Find the last bench on the left and interact with . Select the Urn and Murph will spread the ashes. You'll get the trophy and other mystery for your journal. Oh, the code is for the safe in the house where you found the urn.

[top]
Long Walk, Short Pier
Completed the "Ribbons" side quest.

This trophy is missable!
For this trophy, you will need to complete the Ribbons sidequest in Pearl Creek area. You will need to find the missing child poster on the side of a building on Lansdale Ave, nearby the intersection of Cook Street. Once finding this poster on side of a building around this area, the quest will begin and you will need to find the mother's note.

On this same street , Lansdale Ave., search for a light pole with a yellow ribbon tied around it, nearby the intersection with Brite Street and Lansdale Ave. Around here will be a lunch box on the ground, containing the note to further the quest. Simply notice the ribbons tied around objects as you travel through the town to be guided further to your destination.

From here go to Pleasant River area onto Rice Street slightly past intersection with King Ave. Here continue trying to follow the ribbons paths and the instructions from the note, and you will need to search around the end of the docks pier (listed on the map nearby the "bridge" marking to left of King Ave.) to find and locate the key to the apartments the mother speaks of in the note.

Now, nearby the Park and north of the theater area on Lamon Street, you can find an apartment in the Chaistan Heights area. Find the apartments you can enter and explore it to find a locked room that you may use this key you've located to open. Locate the master bedroom here and search the bed to find another item, the Mother's Confession note. You will achieve your trophy and complete the quest after obtaining this item.

[top]
Spot the Difference
Completed the "Mirror, Mirror" side quest.

This trophy is missable!
To start this quest head over to the Port District and look out for the building near the west end of Ketchum Street. In the living room (second door on the left) you will find a weird mirror. All you have to do is to arrange a couple of items so that they will match the 'reflection' in this mirror:
  1. Switch on the lamp on the table. The mirror will change and you can hear a drawer open.
  2. Open the drawer (near the door). The mirror will change again.
  3. Switch on the TV. Guess what the mirror will do?
  4. Rotate the picture (next to the drawer). The mirror will change one final time.
  5. Light the candle (if you don't have a lighter there is one in the kitchen next door)

The mirror will shatter and your trophy will unlock. I also made a n00bish video on this. It's in the spoiler box.

This trophy is missable!
During your first trip to the streets of Silent Hill, after escaping from the Devil's Pit, you will be able to start this side quest. In Hillside area, nearby the Police Station, you can find a bird cage on the porch of one of the houses. Release the bird, and quest will begin. Search out the remaining four birds to finish this side quest and achieve the trophy. Keep note of which you free from this point as they are scattered about different points in town, requiring you have to travel further in the game before you can reach however.

  • Chaistain Heights - Northern section of the area, nearby loft involved in another side quest.

Note: This has to be done in one single playthrough since kills do not stack across multiple runs. Therefore, you could consider this trophy missable.
To acquire this trophy, you simply need to defeat 10 Screamer enemies during the game either by incapacitating them or by killing them. Screamers will be the first enemy you face against and are the bloodied female ghoul monsters. They will swipe at you with their clawed hands, but biggest attack is a sonic scream that stuns Murphy until you shake the left analog stick side to side to regain control. They will also leap onto his back and damage him until you shake them off in same means as when they scream.

Note: This has to be done in one single playthrough since kills do not stack across multiple runs. Therefore, you could consider this trophy missable.
You will encounter your first dolls in the library section of the Centennial Building. You will hear women laughing and shortly thereafter the ghostly shadows of window mannequins will start attacking you. Use your UV light to be able to see them. You can either attack the ghosts themselves or the 'mother' mannequins which will be standing around in the vicinity. The latter way is more effective imo, but be careful if you are going for Good Behaviour: You might accidentally kill the dolls instead of just incapacitating them. There is no shortage of this enemy in this game, so ten shouldn't pose a problem. After you've killed or incapacitated you tenth doll the trophy will unlock.

Quickly dispose of them and throw weapons at them as they crawl to knock them down before they pounce on top of Murphy. The first one you see won't attack you, however, you have an endless supply of pick axes you can throw as it will very seldom come down from the roof of the cave.

You will encounter this enemy when you reach Overlook Penitentiary. Two variants of them you will encounter, being Brawlers and Stabbers. Brawlers have a hard punch, but lack any agility or real tactics other than clobbering the daylight's outta Murphy. Stabbers will attack quickly and often and leap to and fro' from the fight making it difficult to attack with melee or range moves. After you have taken care of 10 of these enemies, you will achieve this trophy.

Note: This has to be done in one single playthrough since kills do not stack across multiple runs. Therefore, you could consider this trophy missable.
You will first encouter these enemies near the end of the game in the Overlook Penitentiary. Fight or Flight?
Escaped from 20 monsters.

For most players this trophy will come naturally during the 'good karma' playthrough. Simply ignore the monsters while explore Silent Hill and sooner or later this trophy will unlock. This won't take long, the enemies in SH Downpour are a lazy bunch, they will give up pretty quickly.
You could also simply incapacitate an enemy and run away from it without killing it 20 different occasions. Best in the first few areas with screamers to take care of this so you won't have to return and worry on them later anyways. You may manage this playing normally on hard difficulty as you will need to be more careful and conserve any ammo or weapons you have for when you have no choice about fighting certain enemies.

Silent Hill Historic Society
Completed Murphy's Journal with all Mysteries.

This trophy is missable!
For this trophy, you will need to acquire all mysteries located throughout the game. This has to be done in one single playthrough! The mysteries will be found through simply exploring, side quests, and some you will acquire normally through the main story. Keep in mind, there is an additional mystery that can be found in the Penitentiary, that isn't listed and is unneeded for the trophy. However, this mystery might still save your ass if you missed another mystery earlier in the game, as dajmer79 pointed out:

Note: This has to be done in one single playthrough. Therefore, you could consider this trophy missable.

You will most likely use 20 through normal play anyways so don't feel the need to waste any unless you have yet to acquire your trophy by the end of the game.

Keep in mind, that even though your statistics may say more than 20 used, you may have to use 20 in one game sitting. Medium
