Estimated Time to Platinum: 100+ hours
Minimum Playthroughs: 2 + multiple replays for accolades and more.
Collectible Trophies: Yes ( Curator and Personal Decorator)
Missable Trophies: No, mission select available.
Glitched Trophies: Yes, but fixed with patch 1.03 or later.

[top]Warning

Glitched Trophy: (07/11 - 2015)
The trophy Personal Decorator is currently unavailable. The camouflage for the XM-53-DF is currently not obtainable as kills don't count with this weapon. Furthermore, when unlocking camouflages some kills can be "lost". Eventhough the score at the end says 650 kills the game might not track all of them. Therefore, I would suggest racking up more than just the required 650 kills. The accolades are not unlocking correctly either.

Trophy fixed: (21/11 -2015)
With patch 1.03 the Personal Decorator trophy is now obtainable and both camos and accolades unlock properly.

[top]Introduction

Welcome to the Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 Trophy Guide. This guide will help you conquer the Call of Duty-universe and help you earn all the PSN trophies related to the game. The game includes a (1) Singleplayer/Co-op Campaign, (2) a Multiplayer mode, and (3) a Zombie mode. Scroll past the trophies below to find a guide with tips, tricks and walkthroughs of the different game modes. For information on specific trophies, please refer to each of the individual trophy descriptions below.

40 years after the events of Black Ops 2, Call of Duty Black Ops 3 takes off. The year is 2065 and new weapons and technological advancements have changed military combat. During your time in Call of Duty, the player will encounter new technology improved enemies with futuristic equipment. Luckily, the player has access to Cyber Cores, allowing the player to choose other strategies than the usual run’n’gun method.
All missions are available from the start, making it easy for both new and experienced players to join each other’s progress.

Multiplayer is a must in every Call of Duty game. The multiplayer mode has evolved substantially since Black Ops II and its movement system builds slightly on the newest Call of Duty title; Advanced Warfare. The player can wall-run, power-slide, and boost-jump across the map. The player has unlimited sprint and the game mode features a thrust-meter. While wall-running the player can easily aim, shoot and use equipment. It is even possible to change direction while on the wall. Several maps allows swimming under water where underwater shooting is possible.
The player can customize weapons freely with up to six attachments on one gun, and the Pick 10 system from Black Ops II is returning.
The player must choose a Specialist while playing Multiplayer. There are nine different Specialists to choose from which all have a special weapon or a special ability.
Grab your guns and equipment and indulge in multiple game modes in multiplayer such as Team Deathmatch, Kill Confirmed, Capture the Flag, and many more.

Zombie mode has been part of Treyarch repertoire since Call of Duty: World at War. There are only one zombie map available from the launch of the game, but an exclusive zombie map is available to some editions.

Shadows of Evil
Welcome to Morg City. A fictional 1940s city inspired by film-noir horror stories. Four troubled individuals – a Femme Fatale, a Magician, a crooked Cop, and a Boxer. Each of the four characters awaken in the streets of the nightmarish Morg City, which is overrun by the undead.

The Giant
Purchasing the Digital Deluxe Edition or the Season Pass unlocks the Zombie-map The Giant. This exclusive Zombie-map is inspired by WaW’s Der Riese, which translated from German is “The Giant”. This remake reintroduces the beloved characters; Dempsey, Nikolai, Richtofen, and Takeo. The Giant picks up the Zombies story where Origins left off.

[top]Roadmap

There are different ways to approach the Call of Duty: Black Ops III trophies. However, I would strongly suggest playing the campaign at least twice on two different difficulties. The hardest part of the game is probably beating the Combat Immersion on realistic difficulty. Having said that, this game requires few skill trophies, but a whole lot of grinding. Below you will find a step-by-step guide to earning all trophies in Call of Duty: Black Ops III.

Step 1: Training
Go to the Training Simulator and earn a gold medal. This will help you getting the feel of the game. This step will award you with the following trophy:

For real this time

Step 2: First Playthrough
Start a new Campaign on Recruit difficulty. Enjoy the story and make sure to find all collectibles in each mission and get the ‘specific kills’ trophies.
You should also pay attention to the accolades, which can be seen under the menu.
This step should award you with the following trophies:

Story related and cannot be missed:

Another Side of the Story

Specific Kills

Hold Still!
Rolling Heavy
Sting like a Talon
Decimator
Gun Game
Maximum Firepower
Crackshot
Can’t Hide
Biff! Bap! KaPow!
Inertial Distance
Foe to Friend
Throwing Flak
Unlocked Potential
Lock, Stock, And Then Some
In Their Sleep

Collectibles:

Curator
Walking Encyclopedia
Doing Camo Right

Step 3: Realistic Playthrough
Now it's time to play the campaign on Realistic difficulty. You will only have 1 hp so this is gonna be a tough run. This step will unlock the following trophies:
Disavowed
A Second Chance
High Tide
Belly of the Beast
Into the Abyss
Blood for Blood
Friends and Foes
Understanding Madness
Fly, Swim, Shoot
200 Stories of Sheer Adventure
Full Circle
No One Will Believe You

Step 4: Campaign Decorator
This will be the hardest and most time consuming step. You will have to earn the Personal Decorator trophy. This takes a huge amount of time, with multiple campaign playthroughs and around 20.000 kills. This step is the big one! Trophies you will unlock during this step:

Personal Decorator

Step 5: Multiplayer

Now head over to Multiplayer. Work your way through the levels and reach level 55. Be sure to unlock the two specialist trophies on your way. This step will award you with the following trophies:

Welcome to the Club
Battle Tested
Tactical Specialist
Deadly Specialist

Step 6: Zombies

Getting the platinum requires you to play the zombie map Shadow of Evil. You don’t need the exclusive zombie map The Giant to earn the platinum. None of the zombie trophies can be obtained in The Giant since all zombie trophies relate to specific actions or objects in Shadow of Evil. During this step you should earn the following trophies:

The Beginning of the End
From the Shadows
Not out of Gobblegum!
Sorry, we’re DEAD
Strike!
Beat CoP
The Spider and the Fly
Margwa Party
Parasite-Seeing

Step 7: Clean-up
Get the last trophies out of the way. You might have missed some during your playthroughs so get back in there. Trophies you should unlock during this step:

Silverback in Black

[top]
No One Will Believe You
Complete the Campaign on Realistic.

There are different difficulty settings in the Black Ops 3 Campaign:
  • Recruit
  • Regular
  • Hardened
  • Veteran
  • Realistic
Experienced Call of Duty players may remember [B)Veteran[/B] as being the hardest difficulty. However, this year Treyarch upped the ante with a new difficulty called Realistic. You can choose this difficulty right from the start so if you are really hardcore, you can start out with this one. However, I would strongly suggest following the Roadmap above. This way you will know which areas are tricky and where you need to slow down.
Realistic difficulty reward the player with only 1 hp. First hit and you are down. I would suggest playing Realistic difficulty co-op with a well-oiled team to make things easier. Realistic is really really hard to complete solo, however, it is actually quite easy with the help of teammates. Other teammates can revive you if you go down and you can designate one player to stay behind. The one staying behind should have the Extended Camo CyberCore ready.

There are different ways to approach this, but playing with one or more players will help you tremendously. It is actually quite easy co-op, because if one player goes down, the other players can revive him/her. Below you can find some general tips on completing Realistic difficulty:
  • Stay back! Way back. You can use your CyberCore abilities such as Firefly Swarm to kill off many enemies without moving away from cover. When your Firefly Swarm seems to flow above you without targeting anyone, the coast is usually clear and you can move forward.
Additionally, there are many invisible barriers in the game. When you cross these barriers, enemies will spawn. Use this to your advantage by equipping the Extended Camo in the Martial CyberCore and cross the barrier to spawn the enemies. Now run back to your cover while still invisible.
  • Let Hendricks help you! If you are playing alone Hendricks and other friendly AI can actually kill plenty of enemies if you are patient.
  • Use your Tactical Rigs! Emergency Reserve is literally a life-saver. If you are downed, you will automatically be revived. While you are being automatically revived, you can still use your guns and move into cover. Furthermore, you can exploit this Tac Rig by switching your setup in-game. Go to a Loadout Cache somewhere in the level. If you already used one of your revives, switch your loadout to "Custom 2" and return to the game. Then load up the Loadout Cache one more time and change to "Custom 1" again. This way you reloaded your Emergency Reserve and you are allowed another down. You can do this as many times as you want, but can only be used when a Loadout Cache is near, obviously.
  • Use your CyberCores! When you reach level 20 in the Campaign you can switch between the different Cores in-game. So when you are playing a mission you can both use the Control-, Martial-, and Chaos CyberCores.
  • Thank god for Checkpoints! The checkpoints in this game is really really generous. Only a few places can prove annoying. If you are playing co-op, these checkpoints will save you. Furthermore, if you cannot progress into the story, a solution might be to run for the checkpoints. Equip the Extended Camo in the Martial CyberCore and run for it. If just one teammate reaches the checkpoint, all players will be teleported to the checkpoint and you can proceed.
With all this being said, it is extremely helpful to find some friends to help you out. It is not as tough as it seems if you just play together. However, doing this alone is very difficulty, but not impossible. This trophy is definitely not the hardest in the game, so don't worry about this one too much.

[top]
Another Side of the Story
Complete the Campaign on any difficulty.

Story related and cannot be missed.

If you followed the roadmap listed above, you will earn this trophy in your first campaign playthrough. It will unlock as soon as you are done with the game and the credits starts rolling.

[top]
Hold Still!
Kill 6 enemies affected by one Blinding Swarm or Firefly Swarm.

Blinding Swarm and Firefly Swarm can be found under your Chos CyberCore. As the trophy disription states, you can both use the Blinding Swarm and the Firefly Swarm to unlock this trophy. The Firefly Swarm is an upgrade to the Blinding Swarm and is a bit more effective. However, the goal is not to kill the enemies with the CyberCore ability but to kill 6 enemies while they are affected by the ability. You can use what ever weapon you please, but i would suggest using the War Machine. The War Machine is one of the launchers the player can equip in the armory before starting a mission. However, you can easily use another weapon of your choosing, but use one with a large magazine so you don't have to reload.

There are multiple places to obtain this trophy since you will encounter groups of 6 enemies many times during your Campaign playthrough. However, a particularly fruitful section can be found in mission 4 "Provocation". After the first area where you will encounter a Warlord you will find a Mobile Armory. Continue to the next area and there will be several human enemies. Use your Blinding Swarm or Firefly Swarm and wait a few seconds. Move forward and take out 6 enemies while they are affected by the Swarm and the trophy will unlock. For a video description, please refer to the spoiler tag below.

Rolling Heavy
Kill 5 enemies using one burst of Unstoppable Force.

Unstoppable Force is another CyberCore ability in Call of Duty: Black Ops III. The Unstoppable Force CyberCore is an Upgrade to the Overwhelming Force and the player must therefore upgrade this ability to unlock this trophy. The Unstoppable Force ability charges the player forward knocking out and killing all enemies in the player's path.

Again, you can get this multiple times during the game, but one of the best places to unlock this trophy is in mission 4 "Provocation". After the area where you can unlock the Hold Still! trophy, you will come to a little settlement with a turret sitting on a catwalk in the middle of the setlement. Destroy the turret and kill all the enemies here. While going under the catwalk, a new wave of enemies will spawn. Close to a Mobile Armory you will see 5 robots standing close together. Go to the flank and unleash the Unstoppable Force ability to take out all 5 robots. Voila, the trophy will unlock in a couple of seconds. For a videoguide, please refer to the videoguide below:

Sting like a Talon
In Campaign, kill 20 enemies while flying the same Talon.

This trophy can be unlocked while going for the trophy Foe to Friend.
The first place you can unlock this trophy is in the second mission "New World", where you can use your Control CyberCore to fly a talon which is a little drone you can control. Fly the talon and eradicate 20 enemies in one go. This is really easy on recruit difficulty. However, if you do have trouble racking up 20 kills in one go, remember to either stay low behind cover, or relatively high to avoid incoming enemy fire.

If this for some reason proves to difficulty in this area, you can easily load up mission 7 "Rise and Fall" and Remote Hijack a talon in the area where you place the explosive spikes. For a video guide, please refer to the spoiler tag below.

[top]
Decimator
In Campaign, kill 10 enemies in under 3 seconds.

There are tons of places you can get this during the campaign and it will probably come naturally. The place i unlocked the Decimator trophy was in the very first mission "Black Ops. After escaping the robot army in the alley, the player will escape into a warehouse. Here the player will enter a vehicle with mounted turrets. After some reckless driving the vehicle will get stuck. The player is swarmed with robots straight ahead. Fire away without thinking about the weapon cooldown and you will easily kill 10 enemies in 3 seconds.

Below you will find a video guide of all the collectibles.

Gun Game
In Campaign, kill 5 enemies with 5 different guns in under 30 seconds.

This one might prove a bit harder than the other specific kill trophies. However, using the right spot, this will be no problem. You can only carry 3 weapons at a time, so you will have to earn this trophy close to a mobile armory. You can also get this trophy if you find two different weapons lying around. However, a great place to earn this trophy is in mission 4 "Provocation". Close to the place where you unlock the Rolling Heavy trophy, you will find a Mobile Armory. Make sure before you start the mission that you have different guns in your 5 loadouts. You only need to change your loadout 2 times in total since your secondary weapons can be used as well.

From the mobile armory head forward and let the enemies spawn. Get a kill with your primary and your secondary weapon and rush back to the Mobile Armory. Equip your second loadout and kill two enemies with your primary and secondary weapon again. quickly go to the Mobile Armory one more time and choose your third loadout. Get a kill with your primary and the trophy will unlcok a couple of seconds later. For a video guide, please refer to the spoiler tag below.

Personal Decorator
Earn all Decorations.

This is the big one.
This trophy will require you to play the campaign over and over again. However, all the decorations can be earned on Recruit difficulty making this a whole lot easier, but it will still be a grind.

Note: The different challenges and accolades guide will be uploaded continuously.

Players can watch their decoration collection in the Safehouse. Next to the Wardrobe and the Data Vault there will be a board. The player will be prompted with and the text “Service Record”. This board reveals all the decorations that must be obtained to earn this trophy. The list goes as follows:

Master of Arms
Earn all Campaign Weapons, Attachments and Camos.

Before you start grinding this decoration, make sure you have done absolutely everything else in the game. Starting with this decoration will be a waste of time, since you have to play every mission several times. Just by playing through the missions, you will rack up many kills. Therefore, save this decoration for last so you do not have to do double the work.
This decoration requires you to unlock all Campaign Weapons, all Weapon Attachments, and all Camouflages. All weapons will be unlocked when you reach level 20 in Campaign and all attachments will unlock while you are going for the different Camos. Therefore, you just have to focus on unlocking the Camos since everything else will unlock naturally. You do however have to purchase the weapons with fabrications kits to use them in battle. Please refer to the Armament Superiority decoration below for further information.
Below you can find methods of farming kills and also see the total kill count:

Dedicated to Excellence
Fully upgrade all Cyber Cores.

After mission 2 “New World”, the player can go to the Safehouse from the Campaign Menu or in between missions. The layout of the safehouses changes from mission to mission, but the CyberCore table will always stand close to the Armory table. To fully upgrade all Cyber Cores, you need to engage the Cyber Core table. There are three different Cyber Cores: Control, Martial, and Chaos. Each core has seven Cyber Core abilities available. Each of the abilities must be unlocked with a fabrication kit. All the cyber core abilities also have an upgrade available that must be purchased. The total cost will amount to 42 fabrication kits.

Armament Superiority
Unlock and purchase all weapons, lethals, tacticals, and CyberCombat Abilities.

To unlock armory items the player must use fabrication kits. These can be earned by completing challenges and accolades, unlocking camos and even by playing the Combat Immersion. During your time in the Campaign you will easily earn enough Fabrication Kits to purchase everything. I had 18 Kits left after purchasing everything. However, the last gun will first be available to purchase at level 20, so there’s no rush getting this decoration out of the way.
For this decoration you need to purchase all weapons, lethals, and tacticals. The description states that you need to purchase all CyberCombat abilities as well, but you will get them naturally when going for the Dedicated to Excellence decoration. Personally, I did not have to purchase the Wildcards and the Tactical Rigs to unlock this decoration, but if you still have not unlocked this decoration after buying all weapons, lethals and tacticals, you should probably give the Tac Rigs and Wildcards a go. Below you will see a list of the Lethal and Tactical Grenades. For a list of weapon, please refer to the Master of Arms decoration above.

Heroric Service
Complete the Campaign on the Veteran difficulty setting.

If you followed the above roadmap, you will automatically earn this decoration in your second playthrough. It unlocks when you complete the game on the Realistic Difficulty setting.

Legendary Service
Complete the Campaign on the Realistic difficulty setting.

If you followed the above roadmap, you will automatically earn this decoration in your second playthrough. You have to beat all the missions at least one time on Realistic, but you don’t have to do it in any specific order. You can even drop into your friends game who might be at the end of the mission, and you will still be able to earn this decoration. For more information on beating Realistic, please refer to the No One Will Believe You trophy.

Immortal Fame
Complete every mission in the game at least once on Veteran without restarting from a checkpoint.

To earn the Immortal Fame decoration you must go through all the missions on Veteran without restarting a checkpoint. I strongly suggest playing co-op during this run as reviving each other is allowed. If you go down, get your teammates to revive you, because if one of you bleed out, you will restart at the latest checkpoint and you have to restart the entire mission. If you somehow fail a mission, either due to friendly fire or by accidentally screw-ups (fall damage, fire damage, too much distance to target etc.) you will respawn at the latest checkpoint and you will have to restart the entire mission.
It is not completely impossible as you can do it co-op, but some missions are brutal due to their difficult endings. Missions such as “Hypocenter” and “Lotus Tower” can sometimes be a bit luck dependent. If you have trouble completing these two levels, please refer to the specific mission trophies and the No One Will Believe You trophy.

Chronicler
Locate all of the Collectibles in the Campaign.

You should unlock this decoration during your first playthrough. This decoration requires you to collect all 56 collectibles in the campaign. For more information on collectibles, please refer to the Curator trophy above.

Above and Beyond
Complete all Accolades for all Missions.

Accolades are specific mission requirements. There are 176 accolades to complete and getting this decoration is one of the most time consuming. You have to play the missions multiple times, but if you follow the instructions below, you will safe yourself some replays. The methods I listed below are not the only ways to get these accolades. Tried and True

Earn a score of 35.000 in the Training Simulator.
This one can be a little tough, but definitely not as tough as the Ready for Anything Challenge. Getting 35.000 requires you to be quick on your feet and take advantages of the time bonuses. If you have not hit 29.000 at the end of round 15 you might as well restart. Use the Firefly ability on Warlords and use the Warmachine as your launcher to get quicker kills on the P.A.W.S and A.S.P.s. If you use a LMG, do not reload the weapon. Instead use the Mobile Armory boxes since reloading here takes half the time. As soon as a round begin, move towards the orb and use your Cyber Cores. Below you will find a video guide and the two setups I like to use in the Combat Immersion.

Grim Reaper

Neutralize 2000 hostiles.
This is probably the easiest decoration of them all. Getting all the other decorations require you to get +19.000 kills, so this will unlock rather fast. After playing through the campaign once, you will probably already have unlocked it. Therefore, don’t put any attention to this decoration.

Full Honors

Earn all Campaign Decorations.

This decoration is rather superfluous. You will get this decoration with the last decoration you complete. Furhermore, there is a specific challenge called Decorator which requires you to earn 11 decorations. Therefore, you will get the Full Honors and Duty Calls decorations simultaneously. If it does not unlock for you right away, exit to the Main Menu and re-enter the Safehouse. After the loading cut scene you will earn Full Honors and Duty Calls and the Personal Decorator trophy will unlock.

[top]
Doing Camo Right
In Campaign, unlock all camos for any weapon.

This one will come naturally when you are going for the Personal Decorator trophy. That trophy require you to unlock all camos for all weapons. For this trophy, however, you only have to unlock all camos for one weapon. I got this trophy at the beginning of mission 3, after using the BRM (LMG). All weapons besides the pistol and launchers require you to rack up 650 kills to unlock all camos for a weapon. So if you want this trophy out of the way as fast as possible, I would suggest using the MR6 pistol since it only requires 150 kills. Remember to change your weapons frequently to save some time when going for the Personal Decorator trophy.

[top]
Maximum Firepower
Take control of an ASP.

The ASP can be found in several missions. To take control of an ASP you need the Remote Hijacking from the Control CyberCore. Make sure the A.S.P is in range and you are not blocked by debris or structures. It will take some time before you have control of the A.S.P since you have to “hack” it. To ease the process move from side to side to avoid its targeting system. Don’t worry if it hits you though, because the hijacking process will continue from your latest process as long as you don’t wait too long, The best place to get this is in the end of mission 7 “Rise and Fall”. You can also earn the trophy in other levels, but sometimes the A.S.P is controlled by someone else, like in mission 5 “Hypocenter”. For a video guide, please refer to the spoiler tag below.

Walking Encyclopedia
Discover all of the collectibles in any Mission.

This trophy is really easy and will come naturally when you go for the Curator trophy. This trophy requires you to collect all collectibles in just one of the missions. If you followed the Roadmap above, you will earn this trophy after the first mission "Black Ops".

[top]
Crackshot
In Campaign, kill 5 enemies from over 100m away.

This trophy will probably come naturally. I got it during the boat sequence in the end of mission 4 "Provocation" where i shot some of the talons from over 100 meters away. However, if you have not unlocked this trophy at the end of the game, you can get it during mission 9 "Sand Castle". After the beginning of the level where you are engaged in a dogfight with other VTOL Jets, you will have to destroy the "Sand Castle's" defence system. There will be multiple enemies as well highlighted by a red hexagon. In the VTOL Jet get some distance to the 'Sand Castle' and when you are 100 meters (approximately 330 feet) away, kill 5 enemies and the trophy will unlock. For a video guide, please refer to the spoiler below.

[top]
Can't Hide
In Campaign, kill an enemy through a wall or obstruction.

There are many places you can get this trophy during the campaign and it will probably come to you naturally. However, a particularly good spot is in the marketplace in mission 4. Here there are many obstructions and shops the player can shoot through and still get a kill. Though, you will get this eventually without even trying so don’t worry too much about this one.

[top]
Biff! Bap! KaPow!
Kill three enemies in a melee combo.

To get this trophy you must first upgrade the Takedown ability in the Martial CyberCore. This will grant you the Rapid Strike ability. You can get this trophy prety much everywhere 3 people are standing close together, but an easy spot is in mission 3 "In Darkness" when you first encounter combat. Here you will find many people hudled together making this trophy really easy. Another great spot is in mission 6 "Vengeance" where you will encounter three NRC soldiers in the beginning. Just head up the stairs and take them out with a x3 combo.

Use the Rapid Strike ability and use the right stick to move towards the other enemies to keep the combo going. Kill three people this way and the trophy is yours. For a video guide, please refer to the spoiler below.

Inertial Distance
In Campaign, wall run over 250 meters.

Wall running is a new movement mechanic in Black Ops 3. Most of the walls can be run upon as long as they are flat and you can still use your weapons while running on the wall. To wall jump, simply jump towards a runnable wall with and you will automatically run upon the wall. The best place to do this is in mission 5 “Hypocenter”. Here there will be many opportunities to run on the walls while you descend. The trophy is cumulative, so you don’t have to go all the 250 meters in one run. Another place you can farm this is in the end of mission 9 “Sand Castle” after the slowmotion scene where Hendricks and the Player swing down to a lower level. Just after this scene, you will find a circular catwalk in what appears to be some kind of silo. This is an excellent place to farm the 250 meters.

For real this time
Earn a Gold Rating in the training simulator.

The training simulator can be found in the Safehouse. The Safehouse is the new hub wherefrom the different missions can be accessed. In the Safehouse you will also find four chairs in a circular position aiming at 4 different screens. This is called Combat Immersion. Sit down in the chair and choose your preferred loadout. You should be able to get the Gold rating pretty easy, even if you don’t complete all 16 waves. I got it after the end of wave 13 on my first try. You can do this on the Recruit difficulty to make it easier. For a video guide, please refer to the spoiler tag below.

Note: You will have to complete two other challenges in the Training Simulator. You have to complete all 16 waves on Realistic difficulty and you also need to get 35.000 points during the 16 waves.. These two challenges are required for the Platinum trophy. For more information on completing these two challenges, please refer to the Personal Decorator trophy.

Foe To Friend
Use an enemy combat robot to kill 10 enemies.

You will get this while going for the Personal Decorator trophy. However, if you want to get this trophy as fast as possible, please refer to the Sting Like a Talon trophy above.

Throwing Flak
Kill 3 Talons with a single mid-air grenade detonation.

This one is pretty easy. You can do this many times during the game. I did it during mission 6 “Vengeance”, where Kane is under fire in the safe house. This takes place just after taking down the A.S.P. You will see enemies shooting at the safehouse building and multiple drones flying around. This spot is particularly good since there is a Mobile armory next to you. Therefore, you can keep on getting ammo if you miss Another place you can get this is in mission 2 “New World” during the chase. Multiple drones will spawn from towers on the rooftops.

Hold and cook the grenade in about 2-3 seconds. Make sure three drones are close together and throw it their way. If you happen to miss, just try again since you have unlimited ammo (only in mission 6). If you killed some of the drones, but not all, you might need to kill yourself to reload last checkpoint.

Unlocked Potential
Fully upgrade a Cybernetics Core.

The Cybernetics Cores can be upgraded in the Safehouse. There are 3 Cyber Cores to upgrade: Control, Martial, and Chaos.
To upgrade a cyber core you will need to earn Fabrication Kits. Fabrication Kits are unlocked when you level up, when you complete accolades or when you unlock camos. To get this trophy out of the way fast, I would suggest spending your Fabrication Kits on only one CyberCore until the trophy pops. I especially liked the Flying Swarm in the Chaos Cyber Core, but the Control Core is also very useful. It is entirely up to you. When one of your cores are fully upgraded, this trophy will unlock.

Lock, Stock, And Then Some
In Campaign, unlock all attachments for any weapon.

I used the BRM halfway through mission 4, and at the start of mission 5 i unlocked the last attachment for this weapon. However, no matter what weapon you use, you just have to stick with it long enough and the trophy will unlock eventually. With most weapons you will unlock all attachments when you max out the weapon level. Usually this is at Weapon Level 7. When you go to the Armory in the Safehouse, you will see a yellow label in the corner of each weapon. If it says Max you should have this trophy by now. This trophy will come to you naturally, and will also be required for the Personal Decorator trophy.

In Their Sleep
In Campaign, kill 5 stunned enemies in under 3 seconds.

Again, this is a trophy you can get in several missions. To stun human enemies you can use flashbangs and to stun robot enemies you should use EMP grenades. The easiest place to get this is in the beginning of mission 3 "In Darkness" when you first encounter combat. In front of you, you will see a sniper to stories above you. Rush toward this building and watch 3 enemies come out of it, joining several other enemies in front of the building. Throw a flashbang and move away from cover and towards the stunned enemies. Kill 5 of the stunned enemies in under 3 seconds and the trophy is yours. For a video guide, please refer to the spoiler tag below.

Silverback In Black
Hack the Data Vault and brace yourself for Cyber's Avengening in Dead Ops Arcade 2.

Many of you probably know this game mode from Black Ops I. Now Dead Ops Arcade is back. However, for this trophy you only have to hack the Data Vault and watch the intro scene. You don’t even have to play a single minute of Dead Ops Arcade, however, I would encourage you to give it a go, since it’s a pretty fun break from the other FPS modes the game offers. Maneuver to

After mission 2 "New World" you will first enter the Safehouse. From this point on, you can always access the Safehouse from the Campaign Main Menu. In the Safehouse you can find your Wardrobe, Collectibles, Service Record (Decorations), and a Data Vault. To access Dead Ops Acade 2 you will have to use the Data Vault. When you are using the Data Vault you will have to maneuver to the secret button in the left top corner over the button called "Emblems". Press the button and you will start the intro scene to Dead Ops Arcade 2. After the intro is done, the trophy can pop and you can exit the Data Vault. The Beginning of the End
In Shadows of Evil, complete all Rituals.

To start this off, this is not the Easter Egg. At least not the entire easter egg. This is only a small part of the zombie story. Therefore, you can already get this in the end of round 5 and you can do it solo. However, it is more likely you will get it around round 8 or later.

Step 1: Start a Shadow of Evil game and rack up enough points to open all doors in the game.

Step 2: Go to the waterfront district and collect the Championship Belt. Go down to the harbor and open the door and start the ritual. Grab your first Gateway Worm.

Step 3: Go to the Footlight District and pick up the hair piece. Start the ritual in the Cabaret building in the far end of the Footlight district where the train station can be found. Grab your second Gateway Worm

Step 4: Go to the Canal district and jump down the sewers. There are three spots here. Electrify the box in the end to open the gate in the other end, and then go smash the box to collect the Badge. Now go to the building just above the electrical box and start the ritual on the second floor. Grab your third Gateway Worm.

When all four rituals are completed the trophy will unlock. If you need further help with this trophy, please refer to the video guide below.

Note: If you go to the broken-down subway after completing the four ritual, the end wall will break down. You can enter the next room and place all the Gateway Worms and complete a fifth ritual by using the Summoning Key to open up to pack-a-punch.

From the Shadows
In Shadows of Evil, spot the Shadowman fives times in one game.

The Shadow Man is a mysterious character in Shadows of Evil. This trophy is really easy and will probably unlock before you complete all the rituals. He can appear different places like in the Boxing Hall. If you need a video guide, please refer to The Beginning of the End above.

Not out of Gobblegum!
In Shadows of Evil, purchase and chew every type of GobbleGum in your Pack.

Gobblegum is a new installation in Call of Duty Zombies.
The player can choose different Gobblegums to put in his or hers pack. Now it is possible to rank up the same way as in multiplayer and as your rank increase, you will be able to buy new Gobblegums to help you during the game. You will be automatically assigned with 5 gubblegums in your pack when you first load up the zombie mode.

After choosing your Gobblegum, start up a game in Shadows of Evil. There are different locations where the Gobblegum machine can be found, but right after opening the first door, one will be right in front of you.

Each Gobblegum costs 500 points. Therefore, it is important to rack up some points before going for this trophy. However, you can only purchase one Gubblegum each round.

I managed to obtain this trophy during the 8th wave, however, this can easily be done in an earlier round.

Note: Sometimes the Gobblegum machine can appear empty. If this happens, simply find a Gobblegum machine in another district.

Sorry, we’re DEAD
In Shadows of Evil, kill 10 zombies that are inside of a store in one game.

To obtain this trophy you will have to kill 10 zombies that are in one of Morg city's shops. The best place to do this is after opening the first door. This area has four different shops. Three of these shops have planks in front of the doors.

The easiest way to get this trophy is by playing solo. This way no one will "steal" your kills and there is a greater chance that the zombies spawn in the shops since they often spawn close to the player. Therefore, it is important to stay close to the shops, increaing the chances of the zombies spawning there.

Open the first door (500 points) immediately after the game starts to prevent all of the zombies to spawn in the first area. This way you should get around 2-4 zombies spawning in one or more of the shops. Repeat this the first 3 rounds. At the end of round 3 you should have racked up some kills, but if you still need kills, I suggest that you open a door to one of the districts and purchase a gun from the wall. You might even want to get juggernug to ensure your survival. This trophy is relatively easy as long as you play it safe and stay in the area around the shops.

[top]
Strike!
In Shadows of Evil, use the rocket shield attack to kill at least 10 zombies in one burst.

Shadows of Evil allows the player to build a shield. The shield is extremely useful and this author treassure it as much as the juggernug perk.
The player has to find 3 parts to be able to build the shield which are all located in the three districts. The parts spawn different places each time, but they are very close to the hooks you use to open the different district's perk area.

In Shadows of Evil the shield has a rocket function. 'Train' around 10-15 zombies and make a fine straight trail of zombies behind you. When they are perfectly lined up, turn around and fire of the rockets with or depending on your controls.

Note: If there are too many zombies you might end up in the middle of a mob of zombies when using the rocket function. If you die but managed to kill at least 10 zombies, the trophy will still pop.

Beat CoP
In Shadows of Evil, summon the Civil Protector in every district in a single game.

The Civil Protectors are very useful in tricky situations. You can summon the Civil Protectors by using 2000 points. There is one in each district and one close to the spawning area:
  • Main area: When you open the first door from the spawning area you will find the CP-box close to the Gobblegum machine.
  • Waterfront District: The CP-box can be found just left of the Mysterybox location in the waterfront district. Close to the Boxer's Belt drop location.
  • Canal District: This CP-box is at the very end of the canal district close to the electricity box that opens the gate to the Cop's Badge.
  • Footlight District: Close to the Cthulhu statue under the overpass.
However, before you can summon the Civil Protectors you need to turn on the power. Find three fuses in the different districts and place them in the power relay in the broken-down subway tunnel. The power relay looks like one of the normal power switches you electrify as monster, but there are three spaces where the player can insert three fuses. When the power is on, go summon one Civil Protector in each district.

The Civil Protectors are actually pretty good and can even kill Margwas. They can also revive you if you or your teammates gets downed. For a video tutorial, watch below.

The Spider and the Fly
In Shadows of Evil, kill 10 zombies ensnared by a Widow’s Wine grenade.

Widow's Wine is a new Perk-a-cola. It appears in Shadows of Evil and can be found in the broken-down subway where you also find pack-a-punch later on. You get to the broken down subway by using one of the two rifts. First rift is located in the Canal District. Go to the sewers where you find the Cop's Badge. Close to the badge you can smash some debris while being monster. When you turn back to human, you can open the rift by pressing . The other rift is located in the Waterfront District just left of the Boxers Belt drop.

Widow's Wine costs 4000 points. Before purchasing the perk you need to turn on the power with the monsters electricity attack.
When you have activated Widow's Wine as one of your perks you will release a web that will snare the zombies if one or more zombies hit the player.

Therefore, after getting the perk, train some zombies around and let one of them hit you. This should 'trap' the zombies. Now shoot at them and when you finished of the tenth zombie, the trophy will pop.

Note: You don't need to get 10 kills in a row. It's cumulative.

[top]
Margwa Party
In Shadows of Evil, kill 2 Margwas in a single round.

The Margwa is the new boss in Shadow of Evil. People who played previously zombie maps might remember Brutus the Warden from Mob of the Dead or the Panzer Soldat from Origins. The Margwa is just like these bosses.
The Margwa has three heads which the player has to shoot. The player can only kill one of the heads when it is open. You can see a bright yellow color when the head can be splashed. The order in which the heads can be destroyed is always from left to right.

Though, the Margwa is only spawning in designated rounds and only one spawns at the time. Often in round 8. Since this trophy requires you to kill two Margwas in the same round you will need to do one of the following things to spawn an extra Margwa.
  • Wait 3-4 rounds for another Margwa to spawn and kill them both. (spawns 1)
  • Complete two of the rituals (spawns 1)
  • Complete all rituals (Spawns 2)
  • Open the Pack-a-Punch in the subway system. (spawns 1)
The first method is the hardest one. Having a Margwa run after you for 3-4 rounds is risky. The easiest method however, is to kill the Margwa and all but one of the zombies in round 8. With one zombie still alive, complete two of the rituals to spawn another Margwa in the same round. As soon as you kill the second Margwa the trophy will pop. Be sure not to kill the last zombie during the second Margwa kill as this would end the round and ruin the possibilities of getting the trophy that round.

Parasite-Seeing
In Shadows of Evil, kill 5 Parasites while riding on the train.

The parasites are a new kind of enemy in zombie mode. You will encounter the parasites for the first time in round 5 or 6.
in round 4, go to the Waterfront District and open the two doors to reach the train station. If the train is not there, call the train in. Shoot the last zombie and begin round 5. Sometimes, especially while playing solo, the Parasites spawns in round 6 instead of 5. When the parasites spawns, get inside the train and travel to one of the other stations. While riding the train, shoot the parasites both inside and outside of the train. You can easily shoot the parasites outside since the glass and wood of the train does not block your bullets.

Battle Tested
Reach Commander (Level 55) in Multiplayer while playing online.

It’s hard to say exactly how many hours you have to spend playing Multiplayer to reach level 55 as this trophy is highly skill dependent. Each of the new Specialists have their own pros and cons and you just have to try them out to figure out what suits you best. There’s no real way to boost this trophy as of right now and if a glitch or an exploit should appear at some point, Treyarch will probably patch it. Therfore, I will not include glitches and exploits in this trophy description. I will however show my setup and the methods I used to reach level 55. Be advised, though, that this setup and playing style might not be suited for you.

First let’s start off with some tips on how to rank up faster:

Tip 1:
Switch weapons and specialists once in a while. By using other weapons and specialists, you will get bonuses and xp-rewards for completing easy tasks. Take for instance weapons. Getting 10 headshots with a weapon will unlock a new Camo for your weapon and will grant you some bonus xp. If you use your weapon too long, it will take longer to reach each bonus. Granted, getting 100 headshots will award the player with more xp than getting 10 headshots, but in terms of ranking up fast, it is better to use a variety of weapons.

Tip 2:
Use weapon attachments to get easier kills. The different attachments might not increase the actual weapon rating, but some of them will give you some perks. Take for instance the optics on your weapon. The Recon optic and the Varix 3 optic do not alter your weapon stats, but there is a slight difference in what they offer. In this case, the Varix 3 lets you choose two different zoom settings while using it, whereas the Recon Optics don’t. Therefore, pay attention to what the different attachments can do to optimize your playing style. This will help you get an edge on your opponents.

Tip 3:

Don’t be afraid to rush into things. Going slow will only prevent you from ranking up faster. If you don’t care about your K/D ratio, you should just go for it and get as many kills/points as possible. With that being said, sometimes it can be fruitful to take it slow and rack up the points towards your killstreak. If you manage to get some points on your hands without dying, some of the killstreaks are incredibly powerful. Again, it’s all about playing style, but if you are not that skilled of a player, I would suggest running forward and racking up as many kills as you can before you die.

Tip 4:

Play the right game mode. Objective games will award you for capturing flags, zones and other stuff. If you are playing Domination, you get points for capturing each of the zones and bonus points if you kill attackers or defenders. This way you can rank up fast without solely focusing on killing opponents. However, the game mode I loved the most was Kill Confirmed. This mode gives you 50 points per kill and 100 points for picking up the enemy’s Dog Tag. You even get points for picking up your friends’ Dog Tags.
The best advice, though, is to play all the different game modes a few times and figure out what you find easiest.

Tip 5:

Find the right setup. There are tons of different ways to setup your gear before starting the game. There are many attachments, weapons, perks, tacticals and lethals to choose from. And don’t forget your scorestreak. I like using Submachine Guns since they can quickly be hip-fired and kill the enemy quickly when you are close to them. However, the range of the submachine guns are relatively poor. Figure out what type of weapon best suits you. My setup was a submachinegun with Lasersights, FMJ, and the Grip attachments. I had no secondary, but equipped the Tripmine and the following four perks: Overclock, Ante Up, Gung-Ho, and Sixth Sense. My scoretreak was first the UAV, then the Counter-UAV and lastly the Talon.

Tip 6:

Learn from others. If you find yourself a ‘nemesis’ who killed you 5 times in a row and with a great overall score, copy this guy’s loadout. In the top right corner you can see which weapon, which attachments and which perks your opponent used against you. Write it down, and try it yourself next round. It might just be the setup for you.

Below you will find information and lists of Weapons, Attachments, Specialists and perks. This section is to create an overview of the different Multiplayer content the game has to offer.

Tactical Specialist
Get 5 Medals based on a Specialist Ability in a single game.

This trophy might be slightly harder to obtain than the Deadly Specialist trophy. You will have to earn 5 specialist based medals during one game. Since you have an entire game, I would suggest playing Domination or other game modes where there will be multiple rounds of 10 minutes. Game modes such as Kill Confirmed only last 10 minutes in total. Therefore, you will have more time in Domination to unlock this trophy.

You have to figure out what specialist you like. It's hard for me to say that one is better than another since it is highly dependent on your playing style. However, I will suggest some of the Specialists i found useful while going for this trophy.

The Ruin Specialist have two variations. A weapon variation (Gravity spikes) and an ability variation (Overdrive).
I got the trophy using Overdrive which enables you to move very fast. I like to rush towards players while on Overdrive and quickly take them out in close proximity with a shotgun or a submachine gun. Do this 5 times, or even better get multiple kills while using only one Overdrive boost, and you will easily unlock his trophy. For each kill you get while using Overdrive you will earn the medal "Speedkill". Earn 5 of these in one game and the trophy is yours.

However, if you care about your K/D the Ruin Specialist might not be for you since this method requires you to get up close and personal.
For further information on other specialists and their ability, please refer to Battle Tested above.

[top]
Deadly Specialist
Get a Specialist-based medal that requires 3 or more rapid kills while using any Specialist Weapon.

This trophy requires you to get 3 rapid kills with a specialist weapon or ability. This trophy is pretty easy especially if you find three enemies standing close together.

I got this trophy using the Outrider Specialist with the weapon variation Sparrow. The Sparrow gives the player a bow that fires explosive bolts. Find three people close together and shoot one with the explosive bolt. This will probably kill all three enemies. If not, quickly fire another bolt at the remaining enemy/enemies and you can still get this trophy. It does not need to e with only one bolt.

If this method proves to difficult, try using the Gravity Spikes with the Ruin Specialist. The Gravity Spikes are very powerfull and create an explosion with a large radius. Find three people standing close together and fire it off. The good thing about this, is that you can actually get the kills even though they kill you mid-air, since the animation has already started. The downside to this ability, however, is that you have only one try, so if one of the three enemies flee or is out of range, you will have to retry.
