    To be honest with you man, the responsibilities of team captain doesn't seem to be that bad. I was reluctant to nominate myself for team captain as I, like my fellow team mates, have full time jobs and familys. So don't let it put you off that much man. Go over the op and see what you think. Hopefully more people will join in time.
