I am surprised how many people voted for AC3.. I just got the plat and I thought it was one of the best AC games, but I guess everyone is entitled to their opinions and all that

The game got TV ad spots since the Superbowl in February, and it continued all through the year. By the time the game came out, I was glad that the fucking TV spots had ended by that time, because I was sick of it.

Borderlands 2. It was TOO MUCH like the first, and it doesn't quite deserve the high scores it received because it hasn't done anything really new nor over the top. It got too much praise from gamers and critics alike for it being just like the first game.

Need for Speed Most Wanted, not Criterion's best. Now I love this game but it disappoints as it is not the game it was hyped to be. It was going to have a story, more cars, basically it wasn't going to be Burnout Paradise with a NFS skin but it did. It doesn't have much replayability, you dont unlock anything useful for completing every SP race and on top of that the MP is really lackluster, other than that the game is fun but over rated.

The sad thing about growing up is that you have to watch things from your childhood get raped one by one, Resident Evil got it pretty deep this year!

Yes, it's a little known indie game on PSN, but it seems like everyone else who has played it, reviewers or otherwise, falls head over heels for it. Meanwhile, I'm sitting here all like "lol wut" and being bored. What a massive waste of $15, all for Windows Media Player Visualizations: The Game. And this is coming from a guy who loved flow and flower.

Maybe I need to give it another chance?

From what I have heard and read its got to be ACIII. I have yet to play it though.

Don't vote for it if you haven't played it! What sense does that make!! I really enjoyed AC3 and I feel like it is just having the Call of Duty effect in this thread right now. My friend ad I played and finished Leon's campaign in RE6 at his house so I will have to go for that. Capcom promised more than they could deliver.
